What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing professional, I have always believed that data is the backbone of any successful marketing campaign. And in this data-driven age, ZoomInfo has emerged as our team's ultimate secret weapon. It has not only streamlined our marketing efforts but also transformed the way we approach lead generation, outreach, and sales conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information can be outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo helps me to connect with customers and understand their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have updates when accounts are no longer in business.
It would be helpful to know if the company was acquired by another company.

It helps me to understand the business and buying intent.

What do you like best about the product?
It had contact data and user data insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to use.
Not easy to implement.
ZoomInfo requires hours of setup, hours of management and is super quirky. Reaching out to customer support means they'll point you to hours of self help videos, answer the wrong questions, or run out of time when you meet because it takes so long to show anything (too many steps). After months and months of trying to get it to do what is promised (and stated as easy), we don't use it. Overpriced for what we have been able to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we need contacts, we go into ZoomInfo to find them. We've used it to export a database for ad targeting. Websights is used for backup site visit monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to 100s of contacts and the ability to search for leads using various filter and keywords. Easy to port over leads from OS to Engage/SFDC/Outlook.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information isn't always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Abiliity to do targeted prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration, and that we can quickly get accessible on the contacts we're trying to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is there isn't always 100% company info. I'd say they have 90% of the info I need, but sometimes I have to look elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, just having as much information as possible. I had to use a competitor a few times this yr.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to find contacts and export them quick and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is outdated with contacts no longer at organizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the contacts at certain organizations that I want to get in touch with. It benefits me to save time by not having to search LinkedIn to locate these contact and find numbers to call.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a success rate of 90+% of getting the correct contact info for my target prospects. The added insights included with ZoomInfo SalesOS like who has been checking out my company make cold calls warmer.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite item about zoominfo would be its Chrome extension. it is in need of an update mainly for the visibility and UI to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me get precise and accurate data of my prospects and their companies.
