What do you like best about the product?
It gives me current numbers even if i have to update when people change jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of emails. I think that if one domain gets entered for a large enterprises companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me direct info to upload quickly and I like using the extension.
Best way to look at top of the line technology and decide which vendor would be best for you.

It helps sales people like myself find the best contacts to reach out to.

I wish it would update faster so I could get the most up to date contacts.

It helps me understand the companies I am calling into and gives me good contact info.

The zoominfo website and extension are a crucial tool for any business.

The website and extension will occasionally bug out and keep logging one out of the other.

As a salesperson, G2 gives me a chance to compare my company against competitors and gain insights into where my company stands against competitors.

I think the IU can be slightly confusing at times

Some of the information is not accurate.

ZoomInfo is able to provide accurate and honest buyer intent.

What do you like best about the product?
I learn about new account in my territory and in addition they are actively researching products that my solution can solve, leading to a warm introduction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the update date can be skewed as I have called people that have already bought a solution or already out of their evaluation phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps drive prospects into my outbound cadences. Usually leading to a warm introduction because they are already in the market for a solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are multiple ways to look up prospect info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when prospect emails aren't updated and you have to look through the company contacts to find prospect info

ZoomInfo SalesOS is Part of My Daily Success
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the "Likely to Engage" feature ZoomInfo SalesOS has added. The information is very accurate and helps me target the right numbers and emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate be generic, but I really don't have any issues with ZoomInfo SalesOS. I geniunely like all aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me see if prospects have changed roles or companies. This saves me time making data mining cold calls so that I can focus on building businesses the way I need to.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo and it's extensions really helps make prospecting/inputing contact data a breeze. Very straightforward, easy integration, pretty good UX/UI. The intent tools, such as buyer intent, are nice to have as well. I've particularly enjoyed the new(er) feature of "most likely to engage" tags on contacts. I also enjoy the advanced searches and the list making. I use Zoominfo every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe this is a downside of most databases, but sometimes the info is very outdated. Unsure how often Zoominfo updates their information but this has been the biggest issue. I come across contact info that can be up to 5+ years old. It could be my internet speed, but it seems slow sometimes on importing data and needs refreshing more so than my other tools.

Solving the problems of finding propsects and their data, gives a good look into buyer intent/keyword searches. Zoominfo helps me in a variety of ways as an SDR: finding contact data, giving company insights, showing company/lead intent.
