What do you like best about the product?
I like the Intent and Websights tools, as it allows me to see potential customers who are interested in the topics that can directly help me drive business. I also like the tag function and how easy it is to see info using the Quick View on a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search funciton does not always work smoothly, and many times i find myself having to refresh the page in order to get a serach to work correctly. I also wish it was easier to break down contacts under companies by their actual company instead of the parent. As an example, a person who is a general manager for a Marriott hotel will be listed under Marriott instead of the property itself, which means finding the actual correct person can be a bit more time consuming than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me get accurate and up-to-date contact information quickly, as opposed to having to slog through other areas like TripAdvisor and LinkedIn hoping to stumble across the info I need. This puts me in front of an actual person more often than not, as opposed to constantly running into email bounces.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the info is laid out. The contact information is usually much more accurate than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is outdated or the contact info is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we need to reach out the a senior over an area to close a deal. Using Zoominfo has helped us find the right person and connect with them via phone and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I uttilize the company description, financial data, technology aspect you can dive into before even having a conversation with a prospect, as well as identifying key players. All immediately accessible through the Zoominfo extention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike here as a seller, it's about acting quickly - with Zoominfo we're able to accomplish what may take hours worth of research. Only call out is maybe sometimes data isn't completely up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is able to help me prospect quickly, identify key players for who to prospect, also, the extention helps me prospect and add prospects from LinkedIn almost instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Saved searches and massive amount of filtering to really hone in on your target market; Intent data is helpful when looking to prioritize prospecting efforts; surfacing accounts headquartered in specific territories that also have operations in foreign countries
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality is sometimes touch and go, it's 3rd party scraped data so the net is wide but sometimes not very deep, sometimes a bit inacccurate; sales rep credit model doesn't really fit our use case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI helps our reps identify net new companies in their territory, it can help prioritize prospecting efforts based on buyer intent, it can help identify additional members of a buying committee we need to make sure to include in our outreach and sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
Lead Generation and Prospecting: ZoomInfo's lead generation capabilities are invaluable. I can create highly targeted lists of prospects based on various criteria, such as industry, location, company size, and job titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its many strengths, there are a few areas where ZoomInfo could improve. For example, while the data accuracy is generally excellent, there are occasional inaccuracies, particularly with smaller or newer companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with CRM Systems: Another strength of ZoomInfo is its compatibility with various CRM systems, including Salesforce and HubSpot. This seamless integration allows me to sync contact data and keep my CRM up to date effortlessly. It also enhances my workflow, enabling me to manage leads, track interactions, and measure the success of my campaigns more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how ZoomInfo Sales integrates with all of my existing sales tools and works quickly, saving so much time over manual updating. I particularly like the Chrome extension. I use it to identify decision-making hierarchy, then import the new prospects and add them to a cadence in Salesloft while keeping Salesforce up to date as the source of truth. I also appreciate the notifications for prospects browsing our website to gauge their level of interest. The database is wonderful and highly accurate, which is crucial since other databases were not nearly as up to date and accurate. Our operations team worked with ZoomInfo customer support to set it up, and my experience was uninvolved and very easy to sign in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the direct number for a prospect is listed as the department number instead of their desk. The process for submitting incorrect info could be easier, even though it's already rather quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for sales prospecting and clearing outdated contacts. It helps us find new prospects we wouldn't know to reach otherwise. The integration with tools like Salesforce keeps our data current and saves time over manual updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has more accurate contact information than any other prospecting platform I've used
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only export 25 contacts at a time to Salesforce or Excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was dealing with poor information accuracy and a lack of geographic and industry filter variety. Both of these are solved now, and I have way fewer bounced emails

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that it's very easy to use, and they also provide courses to help you have the best experience with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
didn't like that the categories and tags sometimes don't align well with the businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me see that the campaigns we use with prospects are visiting our website, so being able to gauge that interaction seems excellent to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Understading the estimated revenue for a prospect as well as the contact information to reach out.

Some of the information can be outdated or innaccurate.

ZoomInfo helps make my lead identification/generation process more efficient which allows me to spend less time searching and more time selling.

What do you like best about the product?
i really like the websights and intent features. I find that it helps me accurately target the correct ICP specifically with intent data for campaigns about cloud. With this insider information I am able to speak directly to the potential customer and craft a relevant message for the reader.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest downside of zoominfo is the data quality. If you want solid contacts you need to be filtering with a minimum of 92 accuracy or above (along with many other features). Previosuly I had been getting too many bounce backs or messages from people that are no longer at the company - since boosting the accuracy I have seen a significant decrease in bounce backs althought not totally eliminated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally, Zoominfo makes pulling lists so much easier. I am able to input my filters and can get down to the smallest details. Zoominfo is also a resource where I can go and research specific companies to see what kind of behaviors they have been displaying.
