What do you like best about the product?
The search functionality and ability to filter is really nice especially when prospecting. It also connects great with intent
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be unreliable with phone numbers compared to some competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in contact with key decision makers is great especially for outbound prospecting.
This tool is GOLD!!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info helps me to find the right contacts to reach out to. They have everything from the top executives in a company to the administrators working in the offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform was a little difficult to navigate at first. The outreach tool definately does not have all the features of the site itself. Overall, with practice these issues turned out to just be minor setbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps me to get all the contact information on pertinent clients. Last names, phone numbers, emails, last names, and correct titles. Also, it provides great information on organizational charts if I am unable to reach a specific contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the Chrome Extenstion is readily avalible at all times. My email deliverablity has increased dramaticly since using ZoomInfo. I also appricate how there is an icon next to emails or phone numbers that are likely to respond. Zoominfo is excellent when it comes to prospecting or researching!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ZoomInfo SalesOS chrome extenstion can take some time to load, that being said a quick page refresh usual solves this problem. The only other challenge I have with zoominfo is when it has trouble finding employee emails for a specific company, usually the same problem will occur for each employee at that specific company. This challenge doesn't happen often though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to valid leads and contact information, prospecting contacts, check companies annual revenue. With out Zoominfo I would have very little insight into a prospective companies annual revenue. I also wouldn't beable to validate contact information. Without Zoominfo I would also have to manueling import contacts into saleforce vs currently I am able to import bulk contact lists seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me mobile phone numbers for prospects so I can reach them directly. This is very important because sometimes the HQ number simply isn't enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides. It makes my job so much easier. Like I said, I couldn't do my job without it. That's why I have nothing bad to say about it. My whole team loves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes these prospects are really hard to find. Zoominfo solves this problem. I'm able to find the contact I need and this keeps me super productive. It definitely increases my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily search and create call lists via zoom info. I have the ability to filter via job title, industry, location, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can sometimes be out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the ability to get direct lines and/or cell phone numbers for contacts.
Great potential, but inconsistent information.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to filter and search for certain titles or departments is very good. I also really like the Scoops and other features they provide to narrow in specifically on a company or person you are trying to reach out to. It is very convenient to filter for an ICP and have a link to their LinkedIn for connecting or messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the inconsistent data. Companies will often have incorrect addresses, LinkedIn links, or other data points that get pulled in incorrectly or are not quality-checked. This is a common issue with companies that have common names where multiple companies exist and cause the information to get mixed up. Additionally, in my experience, the emails of most contacts are either unknown or bad addresses heavily limiting email outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo does help provide information quickly. I find the extension especially useful for quick glances into a company or an easy LinkedIn link without having to find that.

What do you like best about the product?
Stremlined user interface makes an effective intereaction between the specific requiements and search results. Accuracy filter allows a user to get professional information to be more precise and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo has limited database of arround 250 million professionals and comanies which is less as compared to LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the challenges of lead identification, contact accuracy, and streamlined outreach for our staffing company.

I love the ease of use around mobile numbers, easy to grab them and know you are going to reach your prospect!

There are a few functional things like the amount of contacts, I wish you could narrow them down better

They are helping me to be able to reach my prospects more effectively, through mobile numbers and email.
