Great Transition Team
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool to resources and contacts that are seeking business partnerships.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noted any downsides to SalesOS

We enjoy seeking business that fall into our service solutions.
Nice, clean, easy to understand interface with good domestic data.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand. Love the interface. Advanced search allows you to filter to exactly what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very much information on international accounts. At least for the ones I tried. Germany, Italy, Spain and Brazil. No luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to find additional contacts within my targeted prospects.
ZoomInfo platform
What do you like best about the product?
The most valuable part of Zoominfo is the ability to search for a company or person. Best thing is to find the contact information of the lead. Compared to competitors, this is helping me get my cell number.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to update the contact information and latest company details on the database. Sometimes it is outdated.Update database on the real-time when the lead updated his information on LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to locate right point of contact and get there email and phone number is very helpful.My productivity has increased. Business performance has improved as we have more outreach.
Data accuracy is at par. Filters available for everything. You can find what you pay for.

I have been using zoominfo since some time now. I have over achieved my targets. You can get accurate data wether their Linkedin profiles, contacts or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything. So far it fulfills all my requirements.

I have tried other tools similar to zoominfo. I can say zoominfo solves all my lead or data generation problems. I like zoominfo extension and data filters.
ZoomInfo has been great in all aspects and very supportive in our customer needs

Intent and WebSights tools are excellent for quickly and efficiently getting actionable data.Very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative is sometimes, setting up users and resetting password links can be glitchy.

ZoomInfo is helping Lightpath prospect and gain insight that we could not before.
Huge Data Pool
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data dn the general accuracy of everything you find is quite astonishing. On top of that, it is able to integrate almost seamlessly with other Sales tools such as Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can run into slow lag times as you try to pull vast amounts of data though it really isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things. Overall good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is able to provide me with information about my prospects such as their title, job history, email, phone number and much more. This makes my job much easier.
Vital for Intent Signals and Regional Data Bifurcation
What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales for its intent signals and the bifurcation of data by region and industry, which is the best function for me. The detailed information about an account is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy needs to be improved. Automation with LinkedIn should be included at no cost for ease.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to fetch contact details and intent signals, solving reach-out challenges across regions, which supports sales pursuits effectively.
A Necessary Sales Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The database in ZoomInfo in unparalleled but the ability to get alerts for triggers in your accounts is one of the best things about the platform.
I cannot think of another tool that accomplishes a fraction of the enablement ZI provides.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more depth that ZI was able to go into regarding the scoops they provide. Scoops are very powerful and I understand there are inherent limitations so this may just be a pipe dream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contact sourcing is the main reason I use the platform. But I also leverage the platform to get triggers as to when best engage my account list and the contacts therein.

What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo you can find the best contacts with their roles, phone numbers, emails, and where they are based. I would recommend ZoomInfo to anyone in sales looking for candidates to help grow their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to using ZoomInfo. The only bad thing I truly notice is that sometimes there is an abundance of information which can sometimes be overwhelming, which is still a good thing.

ZoomInfo is taking the stress out of my day to day struggle of spending countless hours looking for companies and contacts that fit in line with the businesses I am looking to call on.
