What do you like best about the product?
The curative list of features which are available which are customisable as per the company needs is the best thing about 1Password

Somtimes it is very glitchy and could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually when I login to different systems and applications, each has it own set of password requirements, but 1Password solves this by enabling SSO and keeps me logged in and helps me in focusing on work.

1Password makes password and credential management incredibly seamless across devices and browsers. I love how intuitive the interface is autofill works consistently well, and shared vaults make it easy for teams to collaborate securely without ever needing to exchange passwords manually. The Watchtower feature is also a great bonus for proactively managing security risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone in a customer-facing role, switching between platforms and tools is a daily task. 1Password removes the friction of remembering or retrieving credentials and instead lets me focus on the work. The ability to securely share access without exposing sensitive information has streamlined our internal workflows and reduced IT dependency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is solving the critical problem of securely managing and sharing passwords, API keys, and sensitive credentials across individuals and teams. In a remote-first and tool-heavy environment, manually tracking or sharing access information is risky and inefficient. With 1Password, we’ve eliminated insecure practices like emailing passwords or using spreadsheets everything is encrypted, organized, and accessible with the right permissions.
It’s significantly improved our security posture, reduced IT bottlenecks, and saved time across the board. It also helps us meet compliance requirements more easily by centralizing credential access and providing detailed audit trails.

1Password is one of the best password manager apps not only because it offers seamless integration between easy-to-use apps, but it also features 256-bit encryption, the option for a family plan, and a unique travel mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only minor problem with 1Password is they don’t offer a free version or live-chat support.

Very organized and easy to upkeep
What do you like best about the product?
It's great that we can store all the passwords in the cloud and have it shared with specific people

I don't like how you have to sign in when you put your computer to sleep
