What do you like best about the product?
1Password works flawlessly across all operating systems, and the mobile app is especially reliable. I’ve never had any issues. I appreciate that, thanks to our business plan, I also get a free private account. Beyond just storing passwords, it also securely saves other sensitive info like credit card numbers and handles 2FA codes, which makes it a true all-in-one security tool. It boosted my digital security both at work and at home.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but the interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users unfamiliar with password managers. Also, occasional browser extension glitches can happen, though they’re rare and usually fixed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password solves the hassle of managing multiple strong passwords across devices. It keeps everything secure, saves time with autofill, and even handles credit cards and 2FA codes, all in one place. It makes both my personal and work life more secure and convenient.
Best password manager for perosnal use and work
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and ethical. It's feature rich, good for both advanced users and those with basic privacy and security needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a downside, but wish it would be more transparent about what the admin can see when you use it for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to remember my passwords or re-use them. I don't even have to worry about 2fa and passwordless.
Has been useful and safe for saving passwords professionally.

Love that it prompts you to log in when it has a password saved but also that it’s not consistently logged in. Great at updating passwords as I do.

Doesn’t always save username component first

Very professional service form start to end, very slick product and easy onboarding process. Import of data form other providers was very impressive.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been a 1Password customer for almost 10 years, and our team uses it on a daily basis. It was initially easy to set up, and continues to be easy to onboard new team members as needed. It integrates with our identity management platform, which makes it even easier.
Web browser extensions and desktop/mobile apps make it easy to leverage through current workflows. It also encourages safe password protocols across our entire team.
Support has been excellent when needed, but is typically not needed, given the day-to-day performance.

I honestly don't have any dislikes about the platform.

1Password helps to keep our systems and data safe by encouraging safe password usage, building in functionality for MFA and identifying risks or threats.
Great Product, Terrible Customer Service

Easy-to-use interface, easy team sharing, good security.

Customer service is terrible, like unbelievably bad for paid subscribers. Confusing to set up.

I've tried several password manager tools, for both personal and professional usage. But 1password is by far the most convenient one.
They do not propose hundreds of services. They are focused on the management of password and they do it in a very efficient way. It is bug free, with a very good UI and UX and it is also cross device compatible, so that I always have access to my password, wherever I am

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time to time, auto-filling is working on some web sites. But I guess, it is also the website developer's fault, if they do not set their forms in a standard ways;

Enterprise credential protection in an easy--to-use format with amazing capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Man, what a great decision to move to 1PW. The Onboarding team helped me through every phase of my migration. With their help and guidance, I was able to successfully onboard 300+ users with ease. And their product is SO easy and intuitive to use my adoption rate was 82% in <1 week! Enterprise setup was very straight forward, their documentation is immaculate, and support from the team is second-to-none. Integration to our Entra tenant simple and straight forward. Setting up the SCIM bridge for automated user provisioning was key in ensuring my users had a seamless and simple authentication experience to get them going. Mike, Mat, and their team were critical to the success of my migration project. We're very happy to be part of the 1Password family!

Nothing! My users are singing my praises about moving to 1Password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security by expectation - purposeful, simple, and well designed. We have a lot of teams that share credentials for service accounts for various purposes, and using an enterprise password manager not only keeps these off of spreadsheets and chat windows, but it also provides enhanced protections from external and internal actors. Being an agile company, the versatility of the product enables our users and teams to quickly and easily find the authentication details and secrets they need to keep them working at optimum efficiency - no fumbling around with clunky tools. Also, using 1Password as way to provide my users easy-to-use passkeys and MFA options reinforces what we teach them in our awareness trainings by providing them way to me more secure and purposeful in their cyber activities because the extra layers of security are well integrated and seemingly automatic to my users. Integrated QR code scanning, OTP capabilities, Passkeys, 2FA codes - it all makes the world more secure. The cherry on top - their onboarding team and support teams are world-class.
