It has been a very interesting process.
What do you like best about the product?
Its great because of how secure it is. I appreciate what the app is doing to make it secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hard to figure out - it has taken me over an hour to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I honestly do not know enough about the product or buisness to know what problems this is solving for me.

1password is very secure and ensuring every account are have strong password supports all the OS.

What do you like best about the product?
I have bee using 12Password for Business for over 6 years. I love:
1. easy of use
2. secure syncing in real time betwene devices
3. browser add-ons that protects me against phishing websites by filling login details only to a correct site (it won't be fooled by unicode characters)
4. sharing of items in my password vault with other people on my terms
5. 1Password Business gives me free Family licence completely secure from my Business
6. Integration to terminal apps to store anduse ssh keys (no more private keys on file system!)
7. excellent and knowlegeable customer support
8. Support for Passkeys which means Passkeys work cross ecosystems (no lock into to Google, Apple or Microsoft!)

What do you dislike about the product?
There is really not much not to like about 1Password. If I had to be picky I have to mention:
1. Unlike on Macos and Windows, on iPad and iPhone I cannot select the default vaul to save items into. (have not tried this on Android).
2. Sometimes the automated filling of details does not work on some website.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security of my secrets (mainly passwords) - this means I can have very complex passwords which are unique for each website. This would be impossible without a password manager like 1Password
Hate isn't strong enough
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely nothing.I had to create an account for work and I'll keep it because I have to, but I don't want to use this product ever if I can possibly help it. Nothing works the way it says it should and I constantly get errors from Chrome when creating a new password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding to a different device is nearly impossible. You need a Secret Key that doesn't exist. Creating a new password for a site errors every single time. I'll keep the account because ork makes me, but I'm going back to LastPass for an actual useable product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password creates more problems than it solves and is one of the most irritating pieces of software that I have ever encountered. 'Enter your secret key' with instructions, but there is no secret key. The secret key is a lie.

It's OK untill the secret passwords. That is horrendous. How about confirm with phone?

The secret pass words are horendous.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remenbers my passwords which are shorter than your 256 digits ecret codes. Coming from last pass where a password manager wasn't needed for secret codes. Install on another machine? The pain starts again. Would have gone back to Last Pass except I erased it. They have a security problem..Haxked twice. But no secret codes over and over.

What do you like best about the product?
I run a digital marketing agency, and we have to keep track of a zillion passwords - not just ours, but those of our clients too. On top of that, we work with freelancers, so it is important to keep our clients' credentials safe. 1Password is the only way we can do that - spreadsheets don't offer the same flexibility and security. Best of all, I can have it on my phone and it's super easy to use (their autofill feature is kickass).
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm so reliant on it now that I'm starting to forget all my passwords!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Keeping track of all clients' credentials - each client shares with us credentials for over 5 platform that we manage for them.
2. Keeping track of all internal team tools - as a digital marketing agency, we have 25+ SaaS subscriptions that require shared logins.

Great for work AND family
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration across all platforms. Clean interface, reliable service even in hard situations like employee termination. Flexibility for admins and secure password sharing in vaults.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it overruled iCloud keychain! Auto-generation of passwords not always compatible with some website's password requirements. I wish the pricing was a bit more flexible for families and early-stage companies as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure password management. We have single sign on with Google then Rippling but 1password has our backs in all remaining situations and gives us peace of mind for a compliant solution in a regulated, data-secure environment.
User friendly.

I like the secure storage of passwords, and easy ability to access and copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to login if I can't find my emergency kit data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it how 1password help me managing all my password, now i not worries about my account security, 1password help me generate unique strong password and store it in vault where i can i access my password anywhere in all my device.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's a bit annoying when i have to paid for autofill password, it's simple feature but essentials, but i don't hate it too much still ok at least i can access my password from extension.
