What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, I like that it has a browser extension. I reviewed it from a security perspective, and it appears to be secure and reliable. It allows you to store different types of passwords and, in general, anything you want to keep securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t find many things I disliked. However, I would improve the password-saving suggestions. Sometimes Google Password Manager overrides the extension and prompts to save a password, while 1Password does not. This can lead to discrepancies in stored passwords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is that it allows me to centralize all my passwords and other sensitive information I want to store securely in one place.

I use 1Password to store and share passwords within the organization and with external organizations, which keeps everything safe. I find it easy to onboard everyone in the organization. Most of the use cases we have are all available in the software. We connect via APIs to 1Password from the software application within the organization to retrieve passwords easily. The vendor helped us onboard, making the setup process straightforward.

What I like most about 1Password is the peace of mind it gives me. I no longer worry about forgetting passwords or using weak ones because everything is securely stored and easy to access. The password generator is a big plus as it creates strong passwords instantly without me having to think about it. I also really appreciate the autofill feature; it saves a lot of time. The setup was quite easy and straightforward. Installing the app browser extension didn't take much time, and the onboarding steps were clear enough to follow without needing extra help. Importing my existing passwords saved me from a lot of manual interruptions. I also like the interface that guided me thoroughly and made my experience much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I rely on 1Password every day, there are a few areas that could be better. Sometimes, the browser extension takes a moment to unlock or sync, especially when switching between devices, which can slow things down slightly. The autofill sometimes doesn't recognize certain login fields, and I have to copy paste it manually.

1Password secures my passwords and sensitive information in one place, generates strong unique passwords, and eases the stress of remembering them. It replaces risky storage methods like notepads or Google files with a safe, encrypted vault, simplifying access.

I like using 1Password for storing and sharing passwords. The password-sharing feature is especially useful for sharing passwords within our team, as I can use folders to share different passwords with different parts of the team. The safe storing of sensitive data gives me confidence in its security. I appreciate the sharing options and the lack of problems with data leaks, which were among the main reasons we switched from LastPass to 1Password.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it has overly short sessions, after which you have to login again. The Desktop client (Mac) could have more light UX.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there's a plugin for Google Chrome with 1Password, which automatically fills in the information when I'm about to log in to a site, making it more convenient. This makes it easier for me to manage passwords and logins for personal, work, and shared accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the plugin is a little bit clunky and doesn't fill in the information. There are also instances where I updated my password, clicked update on the pop-up from 1Password, and it didn't update the password.

I like that 1Password acts like a hub for my passwords, keeping them secured. The random user generator is really neat, and it helps me feel that my data is protected, especially in today's age of hacking and data leaks. The initial setup was very easy, probably about an 8 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches sometimes, where it doesn't load on the website. It also doesn't pop up, so I have to go back to the actual hub and find the domain I need the password for.

I like 1Password because, first of all, it keeps all my passwords in one place and saves time. It is easy to use, works seamlessly on different devices, and helps avoid forgetting passwords or using weak passwords again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is account recovery. If you forget the Secret Key and password, it is very hard to get access again. This is confusing for new users, and there really should be clearer instructions on how this works.
