Excellent product and customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The product offers a lot of insight and control on spam filtering to help minimize the number of malicious messages. Overnight our phishing emails dropped 90% with the intial config. The onboarding services helped us tighten the filters even more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The panel has a lot of information and is a little overwhelming at first, but once you develop your workflow you will know where to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us completely turn our email security around.

Advanced email security tool
What do you like best about the product?
Real time monitoring of the emails which helps stopping malicious mails.
If a malicious mail is sent to 100 people and 5 clicked on that so proofpoint let us remove the mails from 95 people inbox and lets us focus on 5 infected users.
It helps us to add keywords in the inappropriate word list which is used while checking the contents of the mail. Even if the mail attachment is not malicious or the sender is not in the malicious list still proofpoint will block the mails.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime proofpoint detects the malicious email after it has reached user's inbox. Sometime this can happen if a new threat actor is active and intelligence came later after some hours. But few times the alert can came after some days also. It is difficult to contain the attack if the alert comes late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to block spam mails, attachments, malicious urls and abusive content mails automatically. It helps to safeguard the email which is the most used way to start a attack nowdays.
A complete and reliable security solution
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint provides a complete solution that you can deeply customize to fulfill expectations. It's also a reliable solution when it comes to block attacks with very few false positives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports could be improved to provide more depth and granularity. Also it would be great if all the Proofpoint solutions could be managed through a single console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint Email Security and Proofpoint is the best answer to email security threats. It provides full protection against all standard and modern attacks with the same efficacy.

Ease of use with an intuitive platform with little bloat

Reporting dashboard needs to be refined and data has to be santised before acurate results are displayed

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the presentations a lot. The opening presentation was very enjoyable, and the other presentations were filled with great information for any business owner. I will enjoy going forward to learning more on cyber security.

There was nothing that I disliked about the entire event.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized the impact that not increasing your email security could cost your company, and it is better to prepare and protect myself, before you get hit with fraud or phishing attacks through your email.
Proofpoint provides great products
What do you like best about the product?
They have good visibility into email and many settings that can be configured. Using Smart Search, Proofpoint Archives, and TAP together allows for a full visibility of emails sent throughout the org. There is also regulatory and compliance rules in place in the configuration page. Most of these policies are out of the box, meaning that we can use what Proofpoint has already created to be in compliance with regulatory bodies. We can also create more policies as needed. When it comes to DLP, these rules are great. We can apply these rules and policies, or restrict them, based on certain Policy Routes. These Policy routes are easy to create and configure and apply to various rules. This can help us prevent our users from emailing out SSNs, credit card numbers, and things of that nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several different URLs that are necessary to visit to access all of the features of Proofpoint. Having a single pane of glass to see everything would be nice. Some websites are more advanced and modern looking that others. Some look old. But functionality is there. Having a more modern look and responsive feel would help with overall enjoyment of using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding malicious URLs and attachments in email through TAP. We also see other ways that threat actors pose threats. Proofpoint is very accurate when detecting BEC with TAP also.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy this is you want to be able to review email that your users are sending.

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint does a fantastic job filtering out spam and malicious emails and then storing them in quarantine. With so many cyberattacks beginning as a phishing message, the quarantine report sent to users forces them to reconsider a potentially malicious email before interacting with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting features are greatly lacking. Competing products seem to have put more time and effort into developing reports that are useful for administrators, but unfortunately, the reporting features appear to be an after-thought for Proofpoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to protect our users and clients from falling victim to cyberattacks that start with phishing emails. It's easy for users to move quickly through their inbox and click on messages without considering if it's legitimate. Proofpoint does a great job filtering the messages into quarantine, which forces the users to think before they click.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always start with the trial and reference the extensive knowledge base articles.
Great customer service and excellent industry knowledge
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint has excellent events that provide excellent insights into more than just their line of products. They demonstrate that they care about the safety of their customers and provide education on current issues and events in cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at this time! We have been a customer for several years and have not had any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint fulfills and exceeds our email filtering requirements for our company. We're excited to be able to implement more features from ProofPoint's tools shortly.

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint analyzes and captures threats before they get to your users. This allows you to protect users from most attacks as well as report any security threats that they may see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the product; however, I do wish that there was a single pane of glass for all portals. Each portal has their own portal rather than a central location that can break off to other areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to prevent a lot of spam, malware, and security attacks from the end users. We have also been able to setup SPF, DKIM, and DMarc to protect our domain name as well.
