What do you like best about the product?
The easy of use, the control provided over the email management and montoring of the email. The ease of integration.

Could enhance deepfake functionality within the product

Great experience with Proofpoint

What do you like best about the product?
Secure and flexible. Easily adjustable with the settings
What do you dislike about the product?
Raising tickets can take some time unless if it's an urgent request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive over million emails per month and after filtering process, it is between 250 to 300 thousand emails that land into our inbox.
Thanks to Proofpoint we have manageable systems to deal with malicious and suspcious emails e.g. Phishing button which is also connected to threat response, where we involve some human interactions. Using DMARC alignment, Anti SPAM emails, etc helps us battle against malicious and suspicious emails.

What do you like best about the product?
As a user the simplicyty of using the product is great, i undertand the vulnerabilitys and sign to avoid a beach, the training is up to date and simple to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of Proofpoint email security there is very little that I dislike about using the product the only thing that I am not completely happy with is the overall cost. I think that the price point could be more competitive for the SME market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email solutions including the security awareness training keep evryone in my company aware of the dangers of email and how to detect them and avoid them

Strong security performance.

Excellent product support.
Granular configuration available when compared to previous vendors.

There are multiple platforms to login to.
The cloud hosted platform is very outdated visually, although improvements are being made.
It's hard to stay aware of the product base due to the use of many acronyms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reascting swiftly to new threats and making additional configuration available.
Misconfigurations addressed in review meetings.

Amazing mail filtering platform

What do you like best about the product?
The way Proofpoint instance work assures me that my mails are in good hand. Management of my instance is quick and easy. Customer support is exceptional and quick with assisting. Our TAM makes sure that our tickets are closed asap and provides us with insights and recommentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside i can find is look of management portal which is little dated. Luckily Proofpoint is alredy working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we used different profuct for mail filtering we had issue with amount of spam mails which was going through. Now with Proofpoint we reduced amount of unwanted mails by additional 15-20%.
