What do you like best about the product?
A comprehensive email protection solution to protect organization againt emerging email-born threats.

Expensive. DLP product is till maturing.

Protected our organization from BEC, Phishing and gray email threats.

Proofpoint's flexibility lets me customize solutions for my clients

Cluster redundancy is not a built in ability. You have to design your own redundant architecture
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients have different requirements about the mai they send and receive. Proofpoint lets me customize the mail plant to meet these sometimes conflicting needs

Proofpoint catches more threats than i anticipated

There are many UIs needed to use the product suite

Proofpoint EP is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I feel safe sending emails knowing that we use Proofpoint within our company. We like it because a few had been tested and ProofPoint seemed to "catch" more of the threats than other similar products.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far, PP EP meets all my company's need for email pritection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam and phishing leading to user compromise has been mitigated significantly by PP

The beneifts of Proofpoint protection would be there scalability of large environments, also they try to help you as a customer to customize the product to your needs.

What I dislike about this product would be the bugs and lagging of the product at times. Sometimes this product is not dependable.

Solid performance. Gathers telemetry well.

Some parts of UI counterintuitive. Integration to M365 could be better.

So many modules that are being integrated. Sometimes the product differences show.

Best in class email protection. The email team is great at meeting with us and helping us better configure and use the platform. Integrations are valuable.
