What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint is intuitive, responsive, and their market coverage means they can respond to threats they've seen with OTHER customers to also protect You.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proofpoint's older management interface was relatively slow, but they've been rebuilding a new interface that is considerably faster.
Proofpoint can rarely be a little over zealous with their protection, however support is very responsive and remedies the situation quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam protection is great, but I feel like URL rewriting is the real star of phishing protection. Knowing which links are clicked on (and being able to stop future clicks after a site is known bad) is next level.
Proofpoint Email has saved us many times.
What do you like best about the product?
It just works, we have used it for years and its rare for any phishing or bad email to get into our world. Very easy to implement, as Proofpoint will help you every step of the way, and if you need more direction after word they have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated due to the many options and areas in which things are configured and multiple servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the phishing and bad emails away from our executives that love clicking on things :)

Easy integration with O365, reliable and easy to use for our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints about the system. It is a little pricey.

This makes sure our emails are more secure, and prevents the accidental sending of personal information.

Only down side so far that i see is having so many different sites you need to access to manage the whole system.

Email security is the biggest problem it is sloving.
We also use for testing our users and trainning our users on email phishing techniques, which is very important to us.

The ease of use and setup are great and the support you get from Proofpoint is very helpful

I really dislike how everything is in separate portals and links. It would be nice if everything was in one link so you can view all modules and sources easily.

The amount of BEC it stops is impressive.

Phishing campaigns are a breeze! Training topics are plentiful.

Products could communicate with each other better. Too many logins for different services.

Proofpoint helps detect and prevent malicous emails, it has already stopped countless attacks on our company.

Sometimes, it can be a little slow, but not bad at all.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a fan of the integration of all of the products, especially the Email Fraud Defense when setting up DMARC. That was a tedious project and Proofpoint's tools made it very managable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main thing i wasn't a fan of is the reporting from Proofpoint's phishing tool. The tool itself is good but our company would like more detailed reports. The reports essentially would just print an iamge on a PDF and that was the "report" of whatever chart you were asking for. Just feel there could be more done here.

DMARC implementation was our biggest help. While the whole product we enjoy using and finding new ways to be more secure, it was a huge help when implementing DMARC
