Love it! Once configured it has worked great
What do you like best about the product?
It just works so well; it continues to protect our end users from a mind-numbing amount of spam and other malicious garbage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface on the admin side can be a little daunting to those unfamiliar with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering all inbound and outbound emails for spam or malicious behavior. It provides better peace of mind.

What do you like best about the product?
The breadth of the available integrations and modules is very impressive, anytime we purchase a new service there is usually a Proofpoint connector.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some pitfalls when initially setting it up that can cause major issues. Also it is easy to misconfigure a rule and block emails unintentionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and monitoring of new threats, especially attachment or URL based phishing attempts. Proofpoint blocks thousands of phish attempts to our users daily.
Top tier e-mail security product
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best e-mail security vendors that actually blocks most malicious e-mails, easy to setup, SaaS and Hybrid options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive when comparing to packaged deals from vendors such as Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing malicious e-mails from reaching our endusers. Does a good job identifying phishing e-mails
Proofpoint is Power in Security
What do you like best about the product?
The filtering, protection, TAP and TRAP, everything about Proofpoint is better protecting our environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI could be updated. A search bar addition to locate certain settings would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint Email Security and Protection is eliminating the malicious and unwanted email before it reaches the environment.
ProofPoint excellent choice in email security
What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint is exceptional at email security. It is straightforward to use and administrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple add ons that are additional costs that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint services are exceptionally better than the built-in Microsoft ATP. We have Microsoft E5 which has ATP included, but we still use Proofpoint for our email security

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint is a fantastic product that has high performance and good coverage. It has blocked 99% of all threats and is unmatched in its industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface is a little outdated and tricky to navigate but once you learn it, you are all set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofpoint helps block most spam that hits our organization and protects us from phishing attempts and malware.
Very Happy with Proofpoint's Suite of Products
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tools to ensure our emails come in safely to the company, between EFD, TAP and TRAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there are so many tools it takes some time to learn it all but they have terrific support that keep us covered as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have custom-tailored rules regarding spoofing, spam detection and rules for filtering the emails as they're received.
Vendor Support is Outstanding!
What do you like best about the product?
Their support! Their support team is always willing to hop on a call and talk through issues when we have questions about our environment, and talk through the issues and configurations with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
GraphAPI Changes - they are currently in process of fixing the issues proofpoint is experiencing with the changes microsoft is making to their environments. Not fully on Proofpoint - we all know how Microsoft is with Azure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our end users secure - even when they try not to be. Proofpoint alerts us even when someone clicks something they shouldn't have so our IR team can follow up and remediate as necessary.
Best Threat Intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of threat intelligence data that Proofpoint has which allows them to provide the best detection capabilities that I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I do not like but possibly the UI is a bit outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the problem of phishing in email as it blocks most malicious emails.

The best part of proofpoint is the ease of use, and the reassurance of knowing you have quality email security protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I did not like about the product. It was a solid experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was a need for email security due to sensitive financial information, and Proofpoint helped with that.
