I have used ASANA for my team's task management since 2 months ago.
What do you like best about the product?
From my point of view, Rules, portfolio, and workload are the best features of this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not have something like a document section to put my researches report there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ASANA have solved task management challenges in the best way and I can easily analyse my team and product progresses.
Makes Working on a Team Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps our team collaborate on tasks and projects in an efficient and time-saving way. It also helps me stay organized on a day-to-day basis. I use it every single day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have Google Calendar integration. Also, for those of us whose job it is to create graphics and creative assets, it would be nice to have a digital image based task board instead of text based with the option to attach a photo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being forgetful! I look at my tasks for the day and know what I have to get done. I also can easily move tasks around in case I don't get to something and customize my board to my needs.
Asana keeps our team united on tasks and provides an easy way to move tasks through our processes.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to move around through Asana and look at multiple avenues of our business.

Tracking subtasks and how they are viewed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our team united. Allowing us to see where everyone is on their specific tasks. We have multiple offices and Asana keeps our inbox and emailing volleying to a minimum.
You get more than a project management tool with Asana.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very simple to use and figure out with the basics. However, they provide a lot of resources to help you master the program and your process.

I haven't found anything yet. If there has been any issue, they have responded quickly with a solution.

We are using Asana to manage our tasks and workflow. It helps us to stay organized and prioritize our projects and work.

One of the things I love most about ASANA is its ability to organize tasks into different projects and categories, making it simple to see where everything stands. The ability to create tasks, subtasks, and due dates has made it so much easier to break down complex projects into manageable steps. The team collaboration features, like task assignments, comments, and file sharing, help keep everyone on the same page and improve communication.

I LIKE everything about ASANA. It's such an amazing tool!

You can be on top of your tasks with asana as you can decide the timeline. I use asana everyday.

There is nothing not to like. You can create different projects with specific coworkers.

Emails and notes gets missed. The great thing about asana is you can set up due dates for a week or a month and things don't get missed
Great Option for Team task Managment

Helps keep a large volume of tasks organized within our team

can be a little intimidating to set up, learning curve is short though

It is so easy and intuitive it is very easy to get the basics in place very easily. I am still learning but the integrations with other platforms is great.

Nothing so far, I am still finding my way so something may crop up but so far so good

It is a more collaborative way for us to manage projects as a team/company and allows me to keep ahead with my people strategy in HR
Best tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best tool out there. Easy to use at any age. It helps to stay organized, keep track of tasks and assign tasks to other teams members with deadlines. All folders are stored together under a task or project , no need to search. Great project management tool.
We are a big corporate office and al of our staff is using Asana for various tasks.
My friend also uses it for her small business and currently upgraded to premium.
I highly recommend Asana and would definitely invest the time and money into learning how to use it
