Love Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps us keep a great timeline and allows us to not miss any details on projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish 2 people could type at the same on a note page like google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
forgetting to accomplish small task and keeping our whole office on the same page for collaboration
Great project management tool, with intuitve functions
What do you like best about the product?
The automated functions save time, due to the sheer volume of projects we work on. I've been trialling Asana since December before our whole team migrates to it - it's far better than googledrive, I appreciate the personalised views.
What do you dislike about the product?
No undo function - ie when mistakenly bulk renaming files or editing job titles erroniously
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inidividual boards for each member of our team, one main live schedule and personalised boards for each user mean we can tailor Asana to our specific needs as opposed to using a spreadsheet / not being able to customise views. The ability to filter by due date / label helps me organise my workload better
Ease of use and helps with organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Asana’s design is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to get started and navigate.
The ability to break down work into tasks, subtasks, and dependencies gives teams detailed control without becoming overwhelming. Also being able to see tasks in different formats so timeline/list/etc

What do you dislike about the product?
With many tasks, projects, and subtasks, Asana can become messy if not well-organised.
Also, the mobile version lacks some of the functionality and visibility of the desktop version.

It still is a bit difficult to navigate and feels os cluttered and not clean.

making it more easy on the eyes in terms of how the user journey flows from one thing to another, finding the imp things in asana itself would really make it easy to navigate and esp. having a here's where you can learn about it section with ease

I Simply Cannot Function without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many project management tools, including Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, and Wrike. Asana has the most intuitive interface, advanced integrations, smart features, and intuitive UI.

Canva Review
What do you like best about the product?
As an executive assistant juggling calendars, deliverables, and cross‑departmental requests, I rely on Asana to keep everything on track—its intuitive task lists let me break big projects into clear, manageable steps, subtasks keep details from slipping through the cracks, and the timeline view makes it easy to spot deadline conflicts before they happen. I love how automations handle routine follow‑ups—so I can spend less time nudging and more time strategizing—and real‑time collaboration means stakeholders are always in the loop without endless email threads. Integrations with Slack and Google Calendar cut down app‑switching, and the mobile app ensures I can respond to urgent requests no matter where I am. Overall, Asana has been a game‑changer for keeping high‑stakes projects running smoothly and proactively supporting our leadership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana offered more robust built‑in time‑tracking so I didn’t have to juggle separate tools just to log my hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana tackles the chaos of scattered email threads, ambiguous task ownership, and shifting deadlines by centralizing every project detail in one place, automating routine follow‑ups, and providing clear visual timelines—which means I spend less time chasing updates, never miss a critical deliverable, and can proactively support my leadership with confidence.
