Great tool for great work
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is Asana gives you a way to keep track of all things, so that you don't have to worry about leaving something halfway and pick it up on the next day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting isn't always easy and needs quite an amount of imagination to the through the numbers and data. Would be good to have examples but the support team is always helpful with this!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is currently helping us solving workload issues and in general it helps my company keeping deadlines on track

What do you like best about the product?
I like to be able to create various projects and interconnect the tasks between them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are available only in the advanced plan. For company management, it is essential, however, the cost is much higher. So, we don't have this feature yet. There is also no feature to export and import tasks between accounts, which makes it quite difficult when we need to move a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time visualization of project progress. Which activities have already been completed, which are pending, what is left to finish, etc...
I just went through the Getting Started training. Alex & Meagan were awesome!

It's great for helping to organize my tasks and deliverable due dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still getting used to the structure of things, so I'll need a little more time to see what I don't like.

Asana is helping to keep my entire team on-track for deliverable due dates, as well keep track of assigned tasks contained with our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers a seamless experience when it comes to tracking, assigning, synchronizing and prioritizing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task assignation is a bit slow as it has to be done manually.

Tasks assignation, teamwork and time management.

The priority with tasks. It's great for brain-dumping all the things you have to do.

I like Asana, I think it's a great organizational tool.

The ease of creating projects and tasks and how user friendly it is! They put on great training webinars as well

Not many downsides that I have encountered while using this tool!

Asana provides a clear, concise common goal for our organization and easily keeps us on time and focused
A project manager’s dream
What do you like best about the product?
It's like they thought of everything a project manager needs! The interface is extremely easy to navigate and learn quickly. I was shocked because there are so many features, I figured it would be messy, but it's the opposite. Very easy, organized, and has everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I'm hoping it will be easy to collaborate with external customers/stakeholders. That will be the next test on how much I love Asana, but it's off to a fantastic start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to design an implementation framework for our new product, and then using for implementation project plans with customers and internal stakeholders.

The to-do list format really brings clarity to daily tasks assigned

I didnt find a navigator at the start so browsing through is difficult to show me all benefits

I assign tasks to my juniors and then forget,The To-Do list format here will hopefully end the hassle
Project and task management streamlining
What do you like best about the product?
"My tasks" is great to put several to-do lists in one place and also to help keep momentum on cross functional tasks with colleagues. Fairly new but learning alot in a short space of time. Highly recommend to spend as much time as possible on the Asana Academy before implementing the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't look user friendly when you start using it but that is why I would recommend to spend time on the courses.

Streamlines projects and to-do lists in one place for everyone in the organisation.

Organized and simple to us without detailed training due to intuitive icons and organization

Cost is prohibative for smaller non profits to include board members
