First time user, pretty impressed with integration and ease of use!
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses Google Sheets to track tasks and it is ridiculous. We need something more robust and I think this will help a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't seen anything yet to dislike; new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking task completion by multiple team members daily
Finally a program that shows us at a glance were we're at
What do you like best about the product?
Finally with the help of Asana we have clear processes and we know where each project is at. Plus we have the ability not only to automatically assign tasks but to see when they have been completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could edit documents within asana instead of having to download, edit then re-upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us track where we are at with each project, we no longer have to worry about missing steps or being behind on a project. The fact that we can track what our staff has completed and what needs to be followed up also is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage all project artifacts in one place and to create goals and milestones to achieve them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting could be more robust and integrate better with Azure DevOps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping the organization with digital transformation and helping my department (IT) with project collaboration, management, and resource allocation. We also use Asana as part of our project governance initiative.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a game changer for staying organized and keeping track of tasks, especially when working with a team. I love how everything can be done in one place - in my case, It’s really helped improve communication and accountability in our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the notifications can get a bit overwhelming, especially with larger teams or frequent updates. I just turned this off from the settings I believe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting deadlines and accountability directly within the project spaces I work in. Keeping everything visible and organized, so it’s easy to know who’s responsible for what and when things are due.

I like how customizable projects are and how flexible the views are within a project to help different work styles thrive.

While the automation is helpful, there are a lot of bugs that can be frustrating.

Asana helps keep tasks, projects, and workflows organized in a central location.
Easy to Use and Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive it is and the features on the free plan are more than enough for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the work it takes to set something up front isn't worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do multiple things in multiple unrelated spaces so Asana helps me keep track of all the things I need to do across those spaces.
Easy took for campaign and project coordination
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to team members to have visibility into each person's contribution on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there can be a lot of notifications if there are many campaigns going on simultaneously.

With a globally distributed team, Asana helps make asynchronous collaboration more efficient.
Super Helpful For Keeping Work Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is always releasing new features to improve the product, but it remains simple enough to use without all the bells and whistles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations on mobile make it less friendly than the desktop version, but still works nicely on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of wondering where work details are and keeps all the relevant work in one place.
Awesome tool for organizing tasks and collaborating with your team (and others!)
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great integrations! This is a great tool for businesses and personal use when you have a lot of things to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about this software - but watch out you don't fall so much in love that you spend all of your time organizing your time and work, and none of it working!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many different projects to track, and Asana makes it easy to keep that all in one place. In addition, our workplace uses EOS, and all of our scorecards and meeting agendas are kept in Asana, making them easy to find and update.
