Asana makes work easier to track!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes work across our organization easier to track, monitor, and follow up on. It is a great tool to keep all the information about a project in one place and create reminders and build sub-tasks. I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would change about asana at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy to connect on a project and keep others updated in a streamlined fashion. It is a great place to build the strategic plan and monitor and update throughout the year.

Integration and access. Restrictions, security, granularizations on notifications and access. Controls on visibility and sharing.

something are not intuitive. Search not always helpful.

Workhorse Pose
What do you like best about the product?
It cuts down on distraction and keeps my team's work and communication about the work all in one place. It's one of the best collaborative workspaces I've ever used, and I find it equally useful for thinking through and organizing solo projects and tasks. It has been a gamechanger in our ability to be efficient when dealing with repetitive tasks; people love the happy unicorn that accompanies completing some tasks.
It's far more more easy to implement than it appears at first, due to the fact that it can accomodate various work styles - from kanban and calendars to projects and lists to "just show me my assigned tasks and let me get them done." We now use Asana every day and it is the foundation of all our work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because we previously used - and still use - so many other software tools, it took my team quite a while to get used to staying in Asana to focus on their work. That learning curve was worth it, though, especially since we have started setting up integrations, and know that customer support is there for us as we add more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure no customer falls through the cracks while keeping our team cohesive despite team members belonging to multiple organizations and working from remote locations across the country.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a tremendous help for our team to project management multiple client projects at once and work effectively together behind the scenes as a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A major downside is how rules aren't able to be created to run specifically to a particular project. For my team's use, rules are created in separate places but overlap in other projects that the rule isn't necessary. It would be helpful to have rules that are specific to the project with the option to be applied to others if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management! It helps our team effectively manage clients projects and individual tasks.
Great project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is simple to use and has a wide breath of possibilty thanks to it's robust functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of Asana's great fetures are locked behind subscritpion plans. The base teir is quite limiting conpared to the feaures seen in the piad tears.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross departmental collaboration has seen significant imporvement sense the adoption of the platform. Communication is simplier and in the one place, everyone is keep up to date on tasks and issues are resolved soooner.
Project Management made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Creating and managing tasks to suit my needs. I personally prefer the list view but having the calendar and gant view options there is handy for for more time senstitive projects. I would live to try integration with other apps (such as dropbox) which my organisation has yet implement and see what else it has to offer since what I've seen so far does not disappoint
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd prefer if the inbox section seperates task completion notifications from actual messages from team members. Also as a side note, if there were any features I haven't used yet then I tried to give a neutral score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tasks, subtasks with custom field tags which allow me to see who is working on things and how the current progress is.
A foundational platform for all businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I truly believe Asana is a tool that you get what you put into it. The customization capabilities ensure you can manage projects for your organization in the way that makes the most sense to your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope there are developments in the future to make guest users have more capabilities when collaborating. It is hard to fully integrate as a freelancing professional.

Task management and transparency to leadership and stakeholders

I really like how Asana has tasks and subtasks and you can connect different tasks assigned to various people together and track the progress easily. I also really like that we can give status updates with data sharing. Finally, I like how you can see the tasks on the timeline.

I don't think I really dislike anyhting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps organizing and keeping track of my and my teammates works. It also help our team stay updated about our work while also letting each other know about the challenges we face early on.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration! Asana makes working with others easy by allowing a single destition to share updates, feedback, and ideas. It's more functional then an email since it lives in a relevant project and doesn't get lost in an email inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor issues but asana is constantly updating and making improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has drastically helped me manage my workflow. The ability to step rules keeps things moving along the pipeline until they're completed.
