Simple and adaptable platform for projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me and my team keep track of various projects, enabling me to assign tasks and customise each project according to our needs. It is very easy to learn all of the features and is the best way for our team to stay connected about various tasks

Nothing really - perhaps the outstanding tasks list could be divided into projects a bit more easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables all of our tasks to be in the one place and helps link them to our company's overall strategic goals and direction.

Asana been easy to learn as a new employee and has been a gamechanger for managing tasks and timeliness across many projects.

Integrations could be better but these things take time.

We use asana to track projects status and tasks needed. we assign the task and re-assign as needed. it is super helpful especially when working with third parties

Asana can easily be customized to each project partner's preferences so that they can view their projects and tasks in the most helpful way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy integrations are available for all the apps we already use and that we can have guests outside the organization join our projects and tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are starting to get all of our team's work products organized in one place to view how each of our projects influences each other's projects.

I love how easy it is to assign tasks to people in order to complete a project. It is also visual which is great.

I haven't found anything yet that I dislike about Asana

The ability to assign tasks and follow up with those people when a project is stalled

What do you like best about the product?
The simple interface of the app allows for efficient use in project management. The live training calls hosted by Asana are extremely helpful as well!

None so far! The customer support has been great in troubleshooting.

I like Asana’s user-friendly interface and seamless integration with other tools like Slack and Outlook.
One unique feature is how it handles portfolios, projects, tasks, and subtasks. This is achieved through its graphical presentation and multihoming capabilities, which is particularly useful for large teams. If you’re coming from an Excel spreadsheet background, this feature will be a game-changer.
