Asana for Projects
What do you like best about the product?
All of the different things you can set up in Asana. From being able to manage projects and even set up if/when people do orientations and such. I've been using it for nearly two months now and it has all been going well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It is really easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being sent daily reminders about what is due and when and allowing for dialogue with members of the team.

I don't see any downsides yet, it has everything to manage the projects.

I do not believe it is as user friendly as it could be.

Projects made simple through efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to organize my projects and tasks with ease. The trainings are clear and concise. I am able to find answers to my questions with ease using the search feature. I use it daily for my workflow and goal tracking. It is easy to use, and I am able to integrate my email with the Asana platform. Customer support is readily available to answer questions, and it's ease of implementation allows me to focus on my work; rather than, be overwhelmed with my workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, thus far, that I can see. I am new to the platform, so I am still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving daily efficiency challenges, which allows me to focus on clear objectives and goals that align with my timelines and due dates.
Keeps Me On Track
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use way of tracking tasks and meeting deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't been able to collaborate on projects with the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminds me of deadlines and enables me to track a multitude of projects. If anyone asks what I'm doing I can export a detailed list.
Easy to set up
What do you like best about the product?
I tried Asana after using ClickUp and the setup was so much easier and I actually enjoyed using their mobile app. It's definitely more user-friendly than ClickUp's mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I find annoying on Asana is that you have to pay to have more than 10 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep the work organised for the different departments in our company and I can easily follow the progress on the different projects and assign tasks.

I love that it connects me to my team and gives me a nice dopamine hit when I click "complete" and a narwhal comes across the screen.

I need to watch more tutorials because I'm not using it to its fullest potential.

Asana has a lot of great features. One thing that would be helpful is a list format of tasks instead of individual tasks. Like a chart that is editable.
