Its very good to be able to come back to tasks and see a list of completed and to do tasks per project. Its a very good way to stay on track with work deadlines and the overview page gives you a countdown of due dates and upcoming or overdue tasks that you can open and once completed you can tick it off.
I use asana very often, almost everyday.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is there are so many other features of asana that I am not aware of and I dont know how to find them myslef with no guidance.
It would be beneficial if there was a section on the app/ website that had all the tutorial videos of all the different things asana offers so then people can get the full use of the software.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving having to rememeber tasks for projects. So the team can simply go and see what is assigned to who and when it is due by, this allows for even workload distribution and no one is lost on what they have to complete in their role.
Coordinate your projects and team members
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps organized projects into subtasks in a collaborative workspace with team members in the same place. Instead of having to keep a kanban or todo list and collaborate over Slack or another communication channel, Asana puts all of this into one space. Additionally, Asana comes with a ton of integrates to plug into your existing systems such as Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most robust platforms that handle a lot of things, there's a bit of a learning curve in the beginning including thinking about organizing work in a different way. Also, as a small healthcare provider practice, it would be nice to have HIPAA compliance accessible at lower tiers as much of the features geared to personal use and small teams are more than adequate for small teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is providing a visually easier way to organize and navigate our projects and tasks including links to our more detailed documentation on Google Workspace. It's easier to plan and collaborate through Asana rather than constantly navigate folders of documents. Additionally, we're using Asana to coordinate our onboarding and offboarding process for new hires.
Asana is one of the BEST task managers for small to mid size teams
What do you like best about the product?
The features, and the layout. It's super simple to keep tasks organized, asign tasks, and have everything you need from your projects, at a glance. I use it daily, and it's been super helpful in integrating my team for project and process implementation. 10/10, definitely.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike, it's wickedly powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us organized, tasks in motion, and the team aware of what's where, at all times.
One place for all my roles and tasks - Action Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Many wonderful features to organize tasks and projects, communicate with team members, delegate and keep information threads together. I wish I'd found it sooner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is very challenging. It's hard to get the attention of tech assistance - my emails for support were unanswered for over a week. Billing is an issue now - a trial upgrade that was canceled before the end of the trial was still billed to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the many tasks on my team and making them actionable and trackable. Keeping key information with the task makes work much more efficient.
