What do you like best about the product?
with Asana, it is very easy to Create, share or assign the Task to anyone in the Organization. Loved how it is part of day to day task management

it Solves very basic nature of task management, as someone is new dont have to apply rocket sciene

What do you like best about the product?
As a heavy user of Asana since this year, I appreciate its user-friendly interface, which facilitates seamless project management and cross-functional workflows. The ability to create customized templates streamlines processes and enhances team collaboration.
Additionally, the live training sessions and support from the customer success team have been invaluable. Their responsiveness and expertise help me maximize Asana's features effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana are a few key limitations regarding its integration capabilities with other applications. Firstly, it lacks the ability to automatically create tasks from certain types of emails, which can hinder workflow efficiency. Additionally, the inability to send direct messages to individuals on Slack from Asana is a significant drawback, as it complicates communication.
Moreover, some functionalities feel insufficiently developed. For instance, the rules feature does not allow for rules to be deactivated; the only option is to remove them entirely. This can be cumbersome when adjustments are needed without completely eliminating the rule.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Asana has streamlined my project management processes, making it easier to coordinate with cross-functional teams. The clear visibility and smart integtation into project timelines has improved my ability to manage workloads effectively. Additionally, the supportive customer success team has provided me with the resources needed to maximize the platform’s capabilities, ultimately enhancing my productivity and collaboration within my organization.

How I couldn't find it as an option to use since years as i had not heard about. I think it should be known more so Asana can try highlighting it in more ways

What do you like best about the product?
Good for delegating tasks and tracking completion for tasks alotted. Once the app is udnerstood with all teh features inbuilt , its make the manager or any project owner life easier for tracking completions. App is used daily in terms of taks division and rank them on priority. Customer support is available for any questions post FAQ reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more simplified and user friendly as it takes alot of time to initially understand the whole app and intergrate for usage while implementing the features was taken care by guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm driving a specific metric project which involve a lot of efforts in temrs of seeking information from multiple collaborators while the same need sto be completed in timelines given. So, using ASana I'm able to delegate and track teh task completions from the project contributors to ensur ethe mrteic drive in goign in direction with path to goal defined.

I could get habitual with using it and it's very user friendly and i can manage my projects better because of it.

It should be well known. Nothing apart from that which Asana should improve.

So, Asana keeps track of my pending tasks and helps me get done with my tasks before deadline.

What do you like best about the product?
It is not just a place where I put my tasks. It can also automate work intake and assigns tasks to other people

None so far. From what I have experienced while using Asana, I have not encountered anything that I dislike.

Overall task management. Assigning tasks is easier and automated. Project management also is easier.
Easy to use for keeping track of project and task management
What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana on daily basis in our work and it´s a real life saver. I really love that you can develop dashboards, tasks and subtasks within Asana, assign each specific task to an individual, and you can see the real project of the tasks and projects that you are involved. I love the integration that it has with Slack so you can be updated and get notifications whenever something new happens in a project that you are working on it. I also really like the integration that it has with Google as e mails can be synced and you can relate the conversation with the task that you are working with so you can have a full overview of the projects.
I regularly use the Web version as I spend the most time working and switching in between tabs on Google Chrome. Asana is really reliable and throught all the time that I have used it I have never seen the service go down.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is great and I love it, but it will be good to add some new features or to update the UI a bit to make it a bit more modern and less boring. Would be also great to have some AI intregration within Asana ,like using Chat GPT or any other AI to help to optimize tasks, like marking tasks complete when you add a comment that is related to a task or helping you to write comments within the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana Saves us so much time as we can keep track of project and the status on those. As well we can keep track on daily tasks and see real time updates.

Engaging way to start with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Staying organized and on task! Seems to be pretty seamless.

Navigating is half of the battle so don't have any feedback for this right now.
