I use Asana to create portfolios, tasks, and subtasks and collaborate with others. It is integrated into my daily workflow, where when a new task is assigned to a project, we note it, set up starting and due dates and completion dates, and assess complexity and workload indicators.

Must have productivity tool to manage multiple tasks across teams
What do you like best about the product?
The free plan is very generous, and it is more than enough for a small to medium sized company - it has all features you will need in a task management software. Interface is also very decluttered, easy to learn and manage tasks. Collaboration is great with integration with tools like Slack
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about Asana as it is completely free of cost for most features. The upload limit of 100mb per file on free plan is a bit less considering storage is unlimited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us manage multiple collaborative tasks with different teams on different projects effectively. Since our primary communication channel is Slack, the integration with Asana makes it even better to collaborated and track status of individual tasks.
Great tool for planning and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool for project planning and tracking. Their live trainings and resources on their website are very helpful to get you started and to learn about the more advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana could do with further improvements and added features to make the tool truly useful to the level required for more complex or detailed projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and tracking of not-so-complex projects.

Asana is the workflow management software of my dreams!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is what you're looking for! With the flexibility and customization possible with the interface, there isno task that gets lost or forgotten - no mater how small. Its so intuitive that if you don't know how to do something, it will only take a few seconds to learn. And the learning support is fantastic: very personal and taiilered to your work. We use this program for absolutely everything and every day we think of a new aspect of our business that can be suppported by Asana. And unlike other PM softwares, Asana was easy to set up, easy to learn, and intregating our existing projects was as easy as pie! We are never going back.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Details falling through the cracks; problems with tracking minor problems and their follw ups
Mindset Integration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Is the possibility to centralize all of my work or personal tasks, control duedates, insert responsabilities and share with all the team. It provides the way to overview all the team work on the same tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that is difficult to move the tasks to other places and until now we don`t have much trainings in portuguese.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our employees are remote and we work with digital marketing in different ways and times. Asana provides me the overview of the team and their workdone flow.
But the best past is to remind me of the tasks ald contain all the information provided by me to each one in the same place.

Great experience with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track task and projects with ease! It has been pretty seamless to implementate into my workflow. I typically use Asana for my daily task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing at the momengt that I do not like about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana I am able to view all my projects and task in once place with reminders on when they need to be done.
Exactly what my team needed to get on track managing projects and tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I chose Asana over some competitors because the free version had list view, which seemed more intuitive. Asana makes it easy to add new projects, tasks, and details (including links, attachments, etc.) so that everything for the project is in one place. Much easier to work with than the spreadsheet and list system that we had before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best features require the paid version. There are a few features that I would use in the paid version, but a lot of the features are not needed. If there was an option for add-ons or a low-tier package that just included a few essentials, that would be better for my budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult to keep track of all the tasks the team was working on before, but Asana makes it easier to visualize the big picture and see all the tasks in one place.
Great for complex cross functional work and small team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility that Asana offers in assigning tasks and creating workflows for just about any type of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight learning curve to strt using asana, so careful implementation is key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with visibility and tracking of tasks and progress on them for different simultaneous project at different stages at our RE Development firm.
Not impressed, but not disappointed
What do you like best about the product?
It does the basics of project management well but nothing spectacular.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in totality the product is not very impressive from a wholistic standpont.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use the solution for ticketing for internal support. It does what it needs, but I think it is not as dynamic of a project management tool to be one that is able to solve for that particular use-case.
Insightful dashboards streamline task management and collaboration
What is our primary use case?
What is most valuable?
The dashboard is the most valuable feature because other features are more or less common with similar platforms. The dashboards are really insightful and easy to use.
What needs improvement?
The main dashboard, where there is a list, needs improvement. It should have some memory because if you navigate back and forth, it does not show your last position. It should remember where you were, so it returns you to the same part of the list, instead of the first item, to avoid losing flow.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been working with Asana for about six months.
How was the initial setup?
During the initial setup, I found it was close to easy, rating it a nine out of ten.
What other advice do I have?
I would rate Asana eight out of ten overall.
