Fantastic tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use & keeps us organized; we use it to track all of our tasks and projects

Like all of these tools it does take time to setup, but then it is fabulous

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create discrete job tasks and have a record of the details. Can't tell you how many times I've followed a thread and recalled important information. When you've got several projects and several team members it's essential to keep tasks organized. Asana does it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
They made a recent change so that the app pops up when I'm anticipating merely replying via email. I'm getting used to this.

Keeps track of work flow.

Ability to manage multiple subjects for each academic. View workloads and timing of deliverables.

Some visibility of items added by academic themselves creating cross over of workload.

It is really useful to streamline communication regarding post development.
Other team members can update tasks that are assigned to me. Uploading info and images at their convenience and making it convenient for me to use this info

Might've been my own learning curve, but I found myself constantly clicking through menus, trying to figure out how to share/grant visibility to the right information with the right people.

Asana helps me keep client work organized and deadlines front and center, ensuring I never miss important milestones. The built-in time tracking feature is a game-changer for my consulting work, allowing me to accurately log hours and generate detailed reports for billing. With client projects neatly organized into portfolios and deadlines clearly visible, I can stay on top of my workload and deliver results consistently.

I love how I can set up timelines and stay on task. And stay on time. I also like that I can share my timelines with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much Asana can do. Sometimes there is a learning curve to make sure you are using it to the fullest.

Asana helps me to stay on task. I also allows my clients to see where we are in the process.

It is easy and fast, and very simple to use.

So much on there that it is scary but once you get pasted your fear it is very easy to use.

Asana is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana helps keep my entire team on track. During meetings we are assinging tasks and marking tasks off. We even use Asana with our warehouse in order to manage products and time lines. Truly not sure what we would do without it as we rely on it heavily. I love that Asana is also integrateable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres not much to not like. I am looking forward to seeing all the future improvement and tools they come up with to make my life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps the work flow between our team and our warehouse team. We are able to see which steps our warehouse is in during a product creation. It helps with clairity and also creates less back and forth.

I love Asana and it really helps me keep my goals and tasks in order. Good for completing projects on my own and working with a team and across departments as well.

I don't like the layout of the moblie version as much, so I mostly use the desktop.

It's helpful to have tasks broken down, and to be able to collaborate with people easily.
Easy to use task management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for task management and have for over a decade. It handles tasks and list perfectly without all the extra features being in the way. Searching history for tasks works well as well. It is straight forward and not cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I use it for there are no pitfalls.

Keeping track of projects and tasks within them.
