Very good project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a very helpfull tool that facilitates project organization in a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, the only downside is that the mobule app does not support the Everhour add in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, time managements and collaboration
Could not do my job without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I could not manage my workflow without Asana. I am responsible for project managing many people across multiple departments in our organization, with ongoing projects throughout the year. I use Asana daily to keep track of what everyone's working on and make sure that we're hitting goals. We've gone from just our team using it regularly, to integrating our entire company into using Asana over the last 6 months, and it's made communications so much clearer and easier to follow and look back on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that because it has so many levels and options, it can be intimidating for some people to start. But as an avid user of 6+ years, there's nothing I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are all juggling so many balls and Asana helps us prioritize them, stay on top of projects, and to know how the work you're doing as an individual fits into the overall project. The archiving of past projects has been a godsend when I'm looking for how we did something 3 years ago and need to refresh my memory. We also use forms for intaking information from customers.
Excellent tool for Type A workers!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm still obsessed with Asana. As a Type A person, it helps me keep all the details straight without having to keep it all in my head. Plus, it's easy to search and reference back to older projects when we're either replicating something again in the future or trying to recall what we did before. We also have an entire project that tracks all the things our creative agency does for us, and Asana makes it VERY easy to monitor those projects and submit feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zero issues . . . except still withing I could leave feedback on videos as subtasks the way you can for PDFs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps us all organized. It's easy to see where we are in a project and who needs to do what next. When you're working on a fully remote team scattered across multiple time zones, that is incredibly helpful to keeping everyone on target.
Asana is a great way to stay on track
What do you like best about the product?
I like to have my weeks and months planned out with Asana. It saves me a lot of time daily when I just open Asana to see what I need to do "today." I start and end with Asana every work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they didn't charge more than double my membership just to add how long tasks will take to complete. That should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to be efficient when working on steps within projects.
Asana - User Friendly, Customizable, Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been such a great tool to track our projects and workflows and I love how customizable it is so that users throughout our organization can tailor it to suit their needs without forcing others to adapt to a fixed method.
I love everything about Asana and how easy the program is for less tech savvy people to use as well as the robust features available for those of us that are tech savvy.
We are constantly making changes to our templates and improving our use of the features available. It was so easy to implement and integrate with our current technology and easy to update as we develop internal processes.

Easy to use and works well for our team.

ASANA is the Key!
What do you like best about the product?
I found ASANA to be extremely helpful for in managing several projects and tasks.
It's a great time-saver and has significantly improved our team's productivity and helps us to beat our deadlines and prioritize them as well.
ASANA also has a functionality where it can be merged with an existing app. For example, Google can be assisted with ASANA and a task can be synced with an email. It is very intuitive and easy to use. It's been invaluable for A LOT OF MY PROJECTS and WORKFLOWS.

The rising costs per subscription, it started out at the perfect price and then has kept increasing ever since.

Keeping track of multiple Electronics Engineering projects & tasks, daily. Sharing information with Team members. Setting due dates for various task/sub-tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone in the company I work for uses Asana. Occassionally too many sub-tasks, sub-sub-tasks that can get overlooked. Management not holding personnel accountable & responsible for their tasks/sub-tasks & documenting thoroughly & accuraetly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana assists us in keeping track of multiple Electronics Engineering projects. Beneficial in that our Process Engineering team can share details so that we are all "on the same page".
Asana is necessary for Project and Product Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful project management tool that offers so many features to help us stay organized. Its user-friendly and its functionality make it a strong choice for a variety of projects and products. Asana is definitely worth considering.

It is difficult to understand everything Asana can do.

It allows me to share projects and products with outside users (guests). This is crucial for the work we complete.
