What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Asana is how easy it is to use. It keeps everything organized in one place, so it’s simple to track tasks, deadlines, and progress. The team collaboration features are great too, like assigning tasks and getting updates all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like there are too many features, which can be a bit overwhelming if you’re just looking for something simple. It also takes a little time to get used to navigating everything, especially for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us stay on top of tasks, deadlines, and projects all in one place, so nothing gets missed. It makes it easier to work together, prioritize stuff, and see what everyone’s up to, which keeps things running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using it and how much more efficient it makes day to day work tasks no matter how small.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I might not be able to use Asana at my next job! Not sure I'd be able to do without it now (it's addictive!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project collaboration and workflow for me. Helps me stay on track and to arrange my work in a way where I can keep track of everything and analyse performance.

Gamechanger for managing projects at work

What do you like best about the product?
It's really intuitive to use, you can get started without any training, but with the training I learned so much more than I expected about managing projects. The academy and trainings are well delivered so I feel like we're steadily revolutionising the way we work and collaborate as a team. I keep finding new ways of doing things that blow my mind because I know they're going to save us so much time and help us stay more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Asana. It's an awesome tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small, remote team with a large work load. Keeping track of what needs doing was getting difficult and we had multiple projects going on at the same time. Being able to organise everything into asana has meant we can track the progress of different tasks, share documents and images for review and improve our efficiency. Instead of tearing our hair out in frustration being unable to find things, or forgetting about things, we can get things done with much less stress within better timeframes and we can judge our workloads, as well.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is and how it integrates with multiple platforms! Easy to navigate. Their customer service team is quick to schedule time and help establish better understanding of the platform. Jonas was able to help automate a travel calendar and it had taken me over 1 week to find a solution, without his help, I would still be researching the automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish OneNote would integrate without needing an additional license to purchase.

Some features are premium only, it is difficult to add more team members

The best tool for follow ups, you receive notifications and reminders as notifications and emails

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very user friendly and easy to understand. I love that my whole team can use it and share all the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found a downside of Asana yet. Everything I've needed it to do it has done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is keeping our team all on the same page about what needs to be done and who is going to do it.

Reporting and Portfolios are a great asset to my team and keeping track of day to day output by my team.

I can't pin point anything right now. I think they have figured it out and we love the product

Asana allows us to work as a team. It allows communication from at-home workers to in-office workers. It keeps us on track
