Project Tracking for the Organized Professional
What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant, it's important to keep track of all of my deliverables for clients. Asana keeps all of those accounts and tasks organized. Asana was easy to setup. It is customizable (even with the free version) so I can tailor the app to suit my needs. Thanks Asana for assuring I never drop the ball on a client!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to do more customization but that is only included in the paid subscriptions, which I'm not yet ready to upgrade to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps all of my tasks organized. I am able to communicate with colleagues on tasks and assign as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I throw everything important in my life into my Asana, both work and personal, all in one place. Before Asana I had random to-do lists all over the place (notebooks, personal and professional Google Workspace accounts, etc.) but now I have it all in one easy place. I love navigating back and forth between the different views (mostly list and calendar) so that I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Whenever I have a task that's a repeatable process, I make it a template to use over and over.
I just started using Asana in Janurary 2024, and my only regret is that I didn't start sooner.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I love it. No complaints I can think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I document my regular work projects with Asana, I'm creating templates (which, is a lot of work in the beginning). But! It pays off. Now I'm able to do tasks more efficiently and accurately, plus I love the dopamine hit my brain gets each time I check off a task.
Highly recommend Asana for productivity!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana integrates into Slack as well as other solutions. It is easy to utilize and is making us more productive. Keeping track of projects will be easier to keep on tract and ontime. Like the overall layout of Asana - Dont change it!

Hard to say what I dislike about Asana. I dislike that I have not had it until now.

First Time Asana User - Love It
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are multiple ways to view projects and how you're able to create subtasks. It makes organization and communication so much easier within my company. I like how it is divided into projects and teams. I've used other work management platforms and Asana is the most advanced and easy to integrate. I use Asana everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so many features where sometimes it's hard to keep track of subtasks and messages. I don't have too many dislikes, but since I'm a new user it is a bit overwhelming. Once I get use to using Asana more, I feel like I will wiz through it and be a pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping all tasks and projects for internal work for external clients streamlined and on track. It is organized and efficient.

It is a workplace where different groups cn work together in 1 single place.

I am not sure what I dislike about Asana so far.

Asana is a space where all project informationa and communication can be visualized and updated in 1 single place.
Asana is a great platform that changes for nonprofit organizations that are constantly changing.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the features, the UX design, and very friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automations are funky would lvoe to get rid of Zaiper if there were more robust automations.

Less meetings! We're able to get things done without the back and forth

Great to keep track of everything
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is easy to use. The fact that they are adding new features to make sure you can keep track of your work well. They appreciate good feedback and keep users informed of changes/new features. Training is very simple and easy to use. Googling a question about Asana is VERY easy to do and get the answers you need quickly. I really like it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get impatient about getting some new features in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps track of projects easily and with multi-homing, we are able to connect dots. I like the rules to make the automation easier. I am sure the AI features will do the same, once I am more familiar with them.
Excellent project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers good automation possibiliets, creating work fluxes that I widely use. Also, it allows to generate activities via a web browser form, which can be very helpful for some ticketing style activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to have a better management of the sub-activities, with an automatic update of main activities end dates according to their sub-tasks. Unfortunately, this function is not present
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, I was using other tools available to my group. Each one of this tool was achieving a goal that I needed for activity management, but none of them was able to achieve all.
This caused to have activities fragmented on different activity management tools and sheets. In the end this caused an end to the activity management.
With Asana I have an integrated environment that satisfies my needs: long projects' management, short and punctual acitivies, extendend collaboration

Excellent Project Management Tool for Hobbyists, Artists, Small Business Owners, and Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has so many pre-built tools and the concept of everything being based off a simple checklist makes it easy to grasp and plan your projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes theres so many tools and templates that getting started can take a little digging around and tinkering with items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single place of truth for tracking all projects happening simultaneously while giving the flexibility to break each project into tasks. I can do all this while sharing twhat Im working on with my manager and teammates. Its a great tool for visibility.
