Aesthetically pleasing organizing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the options for organizing to dos .
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, however, it does take a little time to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying one landing place for my tasks and projects. I do multiple things and they do not necessarily intersect. This allows me to keep up with each project and the associated tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of everything and how easy it is to view the necessary tasks and projects you're a part of. Another cool option is having the ability to add people as contributors to an existing task so that they are aware of the updates in the tasks as well. Also being able to categorize by different titles, for example I organized it by "Do Today, Do Tomorrow, Do Friday, and Upcoming", so my tasks are not mixed in altogether. The AI assistance when you've written a description is also a time saver especially when writing a paragraph and you might be tight on time to check the grammatical errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you can add multiple assignees to a task when there's a group of people involved in a task. Having the option to make asana on Night mode with an easily visible button would help, so you can choose when to use the daylight vs night mode. It would also help to mark the task boxes of any overdue tasks in a different color than the date being red because it would be easier to recognize something is overdue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
staying organized and prioritizing what I need to do each day. Also ensuring what each task will be about, instead of having it written somewhere else.

I like that I can create a workflow for a process in Asana and assign tasks to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found Asana to be a great tool. I can't think of any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps to make sure that a project -in this case, a legal matter- stays on track and that my team knows all of the steps involved and where we are in the event that a client calls to ask for an update.
Reliable Project Management Tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Over time Asana has continued to improve its workflow and collaboration features. I especially like how easy it is to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and track project progress in one place. The timeline and board views help our team understand priorities clearly.
Another thing I appreciate is the integration support with other tools we use for communication and documentation. It helps keep our work organized without switching between too many platforms. Overall, it has made managing projects and communicating with clients much smoother.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is the search and task discovery experience when working with very large projects. Sometimes it takes extra time to locate older tasks or discussions.
It would also be helpful if reporting and analytics features were a bit more customizable so teams can quickly generate insights about project performance. Aside from that, the platform works very reliably for daily task management.

Helping my team to organize so much better
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana on my own for the past 5 years or more, but right now I'm using it at the company with a large team and it's so helpful to send tasks from the executives to plannins and from plannig to creation without the need of a gigant e-mail thread. It's awsome!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I'm happy with all the Asana features.

A lot of wokr would have a delayed deadline for a lack of communication and now this are runnig smoothly

All team members can see their related projects in one place.

Too new to know what I dislike. This will take follow-up.

Being used to share current staus of all our team projects in one place.
Asana has changed my business life and personal life! We have scaled BECAUSE we have this system!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything can be organized into projects and anyone who needs access can have that access.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not loving that so many of the basic features feel like they are only accessible in highly upgraeded plans. It's also challenging to have to pay for bucket sof five new users after you have 10. For example, when you're only using 11 spots, but have to pay for 15 spots -- it feels like a little bit of a waste! I feel like we should only have to pay for the users we need - and, that we should be able to pay for the access level that each needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving workflow problem for us, and this benefits us because we no longer have to guess which state things are in and whos hands its in.
Best Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It combines the best of all the other project managment systems I have used in the past. It is easy to use. Great for collaboration. Focused on training you well from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app versus the web are not identicle.

it is all under one roof and I don't have to use multiple products.

I love how customizable it is and easy to collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the notifications in the inbox were more visible. I work on several projects at once so sometimes notifications get lost, even when connected through email.

It's of the best productivity softwares out. I have tried a bunch and it really stands out

I think it needs widgets, and more custom features

Task assignment. Instead of following up in an email thread or a slack message, I can go directly to the task and see all updates.
