Asana is a amazing project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an amazing project management software which is being used by me and mang of my colleague still use it. The best part is that no hassle to assign work to your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as dislike is concered nothing i found in this software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot ot benefits like assigns tasks to the team then taking updates on it. Dividing customer complaints and then customers in to chunks and then assining the data to the team. Also, getting the report back from them on the same. I like it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should go for asana. I am recommending this after using a lot of projecf management tools. I like the product overall.
Great internal project management tool - not so great for customer/client communication.

Asana makes project management clear and efficient.

We’ve tried using Asana for client communication and it ends up being confusing and difficult to keep track of for both us and the client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management is much more efficient and Asana helps us keep clarity on whose responsible for what.

It’s not helpful that Asana doesn’t sync well with google apps

Organizational problems are solved with asana. Through the use of this I am able to stay on top of my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has occupied a really important place in the structure and functionality of my entire company, since it has worked in a magnificient way, providing the best tools to control the project system, and facilitating the creation of them. One of the things that I liked most about this platform, is the interface that it provides me, since in comparison with others, it is a very neat interface, with colors that help me to have a continuous comfort, and that in addition, I provides an order to find the various sections that the platform has.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that I really did not like about Asana is its synchronization with the OneDrive service, this synchronization really has not left me a good experience, since my projects are not automatically stored in the cloud, which It has caused some loss of information due to not having the corresponding autosave in the cloud. I would like Asana to have a perfect synchronization, capable of working to the user's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has had a positive impact on the projects sector, since it has totally changed the way we elaborate projects in the company I am currently working on. I believe that Asana has given me ease of use, and has made it possible for me to create projects as a team, with my other employees, and allowing them to give me their opinion and improvement factor for the projects being developed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a platform that is undoubtedly worthwhile, since its use is not complicated at all, and provides the user with a totally reliable way to develop projects whenever desired.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows definition of task complexity in a non-technical custom terms. We use it to track the non-programming sprint tasks that are not tracked in JIRA. It allows to specify the assigner and assignee of the tasks. I like the flying unicorn when the task is marked complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not allowing to assign story points to be able to use as a aglie based project management tool. It is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is useful for tracking non-programming tasks in our project. We discuss the JIRA tasks and the ASANA tasks during our daily sprint.
Asana for the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that there is an option to see all of your uncompleted tasks at a glance, otherwise since there are so many projects going on simultaneously I would have a hard time tracking them down. I really like the random celebrations that sometimes happen when you check off a task!
What do you dislike about the product?
The default settings with inundate your inbox with emails, SO MANY emails. It's also not intuitive how to edit tasks, add or duplicate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple projects and teams at the office, only some parts of projects overlap with each other. This allows everyone to include other team members in only a couple of small tasks if that's all that they're responsible in the big picture. It helps to keep everyone on track (on a timeline for deadlines).
Positive Experience With Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Asana because it makes it easy to organize all my work responsibilities, store ideas for projects, and collaborate with teammates all in one place. It helps me use my time more effectively. It also feels good to click the check marks when I complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be beneficial to add a more direct messaging platform to Asana.

Asana helps me manage my time by making it easy to organize and view which tasks are top priority.
Great team task and project management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Asana space can be shared by other team members. I also like the notifications and reminders generated by Asana that help keep projects and tasks on target.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I can think of are present in other task and project management software as well. Like users breaking tasks down too far and then not cleaning them up after completing the tasks thus making relevant information harder to find and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing teams to complete projects. This helps disparate teams, with the same overarching goals, to know what other teams are doing and when. It also helps team members on the same team work more effectively together and keep track of work.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use to keep everyone on track and yourself as well.

have to pay for certain features that I feel should be free

keeping our group up to date on everyones tasks to be most efficient and productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't necessarily feel that you need to purchase all of the items for it to be effective we worked with Asana with extra and with it just being free and both worked very well for our team.
Great for Task Oriented Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a check list, deadlines, accountability. It helps keep me and my coworkers on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is incredibly minor, but I'm not huge on the color aesthetic of Asana... Is there a night mode? Other than that it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've realized how beneficial it is for everyone to see a list and take tasks according to their strengths and what they have time to do. So often a project can seem so big that you don't know where to start or how to help. Now we can divvy up tasks and get it done much more efficiently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your organization struggles with communication, this is a great tool. I was an intern when I used Asana and it really helped me stay on track.
