What do you like best about the product?
Team collaboration tool; able to manage workflow; flexible, fast, and modern design; free version available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not dislike any specific aspect of it. Not ideal for graphics-intensive work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
collaboration tool that helps teams manage all kinds of tasks, including on-boarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Loved that we were able to do so many things in one platform. We were able to set deadlines, prioritize projects, keep files in one place, make notes, keep changes organized. It was very useful and helped us stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
Design wise, it looks a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allowed the CEO and I to understand where we were at in certain projects, helped us keep all files in one places don’t easily accessible. We no longer misplaced files or emails or missed deadlines without realizing it.
Largely very effective with a few drawbacks

Asana is excellent tool for project management, you can assign tasks, set deadlines, and break down projects into as large or small sections as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a few issues with integration with other software not working very well, or working on one level of tasks but the next level deeper of tasks it won't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was excellent for signing tasks to designers on my team, i was able to keep track of who was doing what, get notifications when a deadline is missed, archive old projects but still have access to them, just to name a few.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized Asana is! It keeps me on track and helps me stay organized! I also love the color coding and easily ability to share tasks and comments. I also love that you can add subtasks when needed for different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike. The ease of using Asana, along with the organization is perfect! Maybe an option to 'hide' some tasks that are far out in the future, so that scrolling down 'my tasks' list isn't so long and overwhelming?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing projects and tasks. I use Asana daily for both work and personal tasks. It helps me keep track of my daily work responsibilities, with due dates and the ability to look ahead. I love how it frees up my mind space to focus only on the tasks I need to complete 'today' or 'this week', so I'm not worrying about tasks that are coming up in the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It makes checking off all of those pesky tasks fun! A lot of our clients struggle with getting and staying organized. I love how easy it is to schedule tasks and share them with our team. Being able to separate different projects and work areas really helps us to be able to keep everything organized and on-time withthing the business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to collaborate and create milestones for projects. There is an ease of use in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the timeline feature only picks up the primary tasks and not the sib-tasks within the task.

Good idea, needs to be more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea of it and the versatility. Having everything organized in one spot and the ability to add team members to projects is great. I also like how you can assign people to tasks and decide what their role will be and how much they will be able to control in it. I always get email notifications when someone assigns something to me or comments. I like that cause that way I see the notifications but I dont have to be logged into it all of the time. I also love getting email notifications when something is getting close to a due date as well as each day that something is overdue
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be too much, and confusing. I think the platform needs to be more user friendly. The search bar doesnt pull up the results that im looking for, and i know that they are there! honestly, if it werent for the email notifications i dont know if i would ever be able to find my tasks

It sends reminders for due dates, which has solved the problem of letting things slip through the cracks!

Maybe look up some tutorials or ask other people about how to use it

What do you like best about the product?
It;s super easy to set up, I got going in around 5 minutes and really like that they have a very generous free plan. Presumably most of their revenue is generated from enterprise accounts as the free plan has everything our small team needs.
The platform is quick, responsive and everything is tied into a decent email notification system which reminds us to check back and ensure people are doing what they are required to.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to really dislike about Asana. I think some design could be a little cleaner but overall its a solid platform and there isn't anything to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our requirement for a strong project management tool that keeps our team at Treefort on track and executing upon our tasks for the day and week. The fact that it's free is a bonus.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Asana versus Trello or others, Asana is the only real project management tool that helps us stay on track and is 100% clear. Others are usually really expensive or buggy, but Asana is a great tool and I thoroughly recommend using it!

The collaborative aspect of its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
How complex it is. The learning curve is fairly steep, because there is a huge degree of freedom in how you can use the software.

I guess its really hard to find bad in a picture perfect product like asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a retail business is always a mess and with so many projects and teamwork. I had to deal with numerous tasks such as sales statistics and monthly performance evaluation of sales team and i was assigned to escalate the data and plans to improve the monthly sales targets and sale staff's performance. So i came up with this idea to use asana for my task and project management and rest is the history. asana has all the ingredients to make my project recipe perfect, it was so easy for me to keepon check and balance to all the task that i have assigned to my sales team with easen, it has all the tools to make my work more easier and swift, performance graph of my sales team touching the sky high since then and asana played its part.
A highly recommended platform. Now i have switched to IT industry where my job is more technical as compare to retail but i would really like to use asana in future.

I would highly recommend asana to others, Easy to manage and sate of the art tools to clear the messes around, it will reduce the escalation time and help you out a lot to increase the productivity
Decent and standard task manager
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is always adding new features and just recently updateddto give a cleaner UI experience. Collaboration is easy and sorting tasks and projects is a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you pay for premium there are a lot of features missing that other tasks managers offer for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm getting a new startup team organized and creating a reliable process to funnel tasks and projects through Asana
