Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can easily keep track of things to do and their deadlines in just one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get pretty messy, all the task may appear confused, just right after another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re keeping track of all the things we need to deliver in one single place and all the people that are supposed to work on those tasks.

I can create projects and set up tasks for different projects, assign them to a user and add follower to any task

Functions and settings are not easy to find or navigate through

My experience with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
As per my last long experience with Asana, it is a good software to use for a team to manage project progress and tasks in better way. It helps to analyse the progress and blockers for each team member individually. Also we can analyse the all over progress of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing i observed bad thing Asana is we can't set the due dates as expected for sub tasks also, it will be a good thing if Asana provide such feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana as an alternative for tsks management.
Ok for simple projects/tasks that have clearly defined steps
What do you like best about the product?
Because it's simple, there aren't too many things to distract you. Each to mark things completed and to assign people tasks (and those who are assigned tasks automatically get emails/follow ups)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not good if you have projects that aren't sequential in their steps, ie: a tree of things being done simultaneously. Sometimes the information can get buried if there is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing email campaigns that require interaction from multiple people. It's good from a calendar stand point, since schedules of my colleagues become a bit more obvious.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth it for coordinating among multiple people, and keeping track of what has been done with a single project or in the past (you can search, so if you are careful in how you label things, it can be helpful)

Asana makes it easy to create project plans and go down to the individual task level and assign them out to coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who are more visual, the Asana look and feel may not vibe well with what they're used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to map out our projects and assign tasks to people. We also use it to automatically keep each other updated.
Challenging at best
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful project management tool, but it has a comparatively steep learning curve in comparison to parallel products on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface, while lucid, doesn't really compare to something like Zoho Projects, which is overall a better product for a comparable investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found Asana moderately useful for tracking project time and budgets, but a poor fit overall.

Was able to work with collaborators and stakeholders for a product buildup through Asana product management.

Please improve pricing, provide us with all the features available for 5 fewer peers in a company. Help small businesses.
Gets the job done - mostly
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to assign tasks to multiple users on multiple projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The horrible email notification process. very hard to see comments that are added to new tasks and notifications are overwhelming.

Tracking tasks by individuals.
Asana - Easy to Handle Complex
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about asana is they have a free plan. So users can try the number of features free of cost. Another important thing about asana is this tool can be integrated with the number of software as well very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because asana offers many great features, their projects can get complex and confusing. Another important thing that I don't like about this app is it only allows you to assign task to one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that helped me with is that it helped me assigning projects to a single person which helped me a lot.
