Asana: the best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
They have a free plan and it offers tons of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not assign one task to multiple people, thats a major issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is easy to use, saves your time, and is easily synchronized with the smartphone app. The best thing about it is you don't have to worry about the project which due tomorrow or the next day or the next week. Asana takes care of it all. And even it will remind you when to complete it and cross it off the list.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may need a little digging around to get used to the interface and really understand where to find all your projects and how to tweak them. But once you get used to it things become easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me schedule my daily, weekly, and monthly projects. It's also better than a few others that I have used in the past. Especially, you can add all sorts of content, which's really handy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth giving a try. Especially if you're on the fence about Asana. It works well. Saves you a lot of time an energy. I've been using it for less than a year now. And clearly the benefits are just amazing. You can't go wrong with it. Better yet, get used to it and you'll like it.
Best for project management and task management
What do you like best about the product?
In Asana is used keep track activity of any projects and user. Other advantage is Asana is break project into small tasks.this is efficient way to doing task.
What do you dislike about the product?
In that Asana we assign task to only one people and task is limited. So this is dislike for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using that keep track record of task on daily basis and give to higher authority.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that asana allows me to track my tasks in a easily consumable way, and is a great UX overall. It’s quick to learn and helps me keep track of progress in the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love that it needs to updated so much. I swear I get a message saying it’s out of date and needs to be refreshed about every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management, project management, project tracking, KPI data tracking. I love the benefit of assigning things to people so they don’t get lost on slack or email.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn it right away so you can get the most out of it! There are lots of little tricks I wish I knew earlier that would have been so useful.

What do you like best about the product?
If you want the ability to delegate tasks in a simplistic manner, this is the app to do it with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough people know about it making it hard for those to utilize it has a delegation method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to streamline communication for a recent promo video that we did for the organization.
Best project management software
What do you like best about the product?
It pushes you to work by sending continious emails which also gets annoying sometimes. But definitely increases productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of emails at times can be a little annoying. Should have settings to minimize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team productivity increased a lot using asana. Plus we hever had to open our emails again.

Use it will increase productivity for sure

Asana is a great collaboration tool that helps every team members keep track of the project status and the outstanding tasks that have yet to be completed. It allows for easy handover when a colleague is on holiday, has left the company or is away from the project for some time.
An easy and user-friendly interface, what my team really like is that we can color-code different aspects of the project and assign task easily to others. It helps to make things transparent and we can identify where the bottleneck is.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can take quite a lot of time when updating the status of the task/project, assigning task to others and keeping up with it. I personally feel that it is more relevant for B2B as the B2C segment is too fast-paced and changes are frequent and spontaneous, hence Asana may not be able to keep up with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning projects, and essentially cross-collaborating with teams that are not in the same office and country. We were able to rely less on email communication and everyone is in sync on the same platform, which helps to make the project move more seamlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has many features available and teams should take time to understand it. It will become a powerful project management tool once all members are onboard. Ultimately it requires the commitment of team members in order to make it work.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how you could visually see which tasks are being covered by which team member and the due date is right there! Great for visual learners
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard for me to recreate task lists for multiple projects with the same check list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management!!! I have realized that when everyone knows their role and duty, everything is a lot more streamline and I’m not micromanaging
Great Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is very simple to use, easy to follow up with, and a great reminder to stay organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve if one hasn't used a project management software before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I stay organized easier instead of having my tasks scattered.

What do you like best about the product?
Good to keep track of task I have for work and even personal. Great to share these task with others also.

I wished there are more features for asana and and better ability to have alarms.
