Very mechanical
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to organize subjects and tasks

Can become overwhelming with so many threads and notifications that disappear in mobile

Coordination across multiple parties. Easy to add participants

I have a hard time following what is deliverable by whom.

Project management and timelines.

Asana is easy to use and allows rapid user adoption for teams just switching over.

I wish there were a few more project management elements such critical path.

Daily task and small project management - individually and with small teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is my go to app for daily tasks and small project management. I will use other apps when I need all of the elements of a project management environment, but for 90% of what I do, Asana is spot on.
Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Asana is easy to navigate and create within, and I’m able to collaborate with my team in one space on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit empty/too simple. It could be helpful to have more direction for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to keep track of and check off tasks easily.

It’s a relatively easy program to navigate and helpful to use.

Tasks organized in a pleasant way, can be dragged around. Text editing feature is useful

Cannot apply bullet points format to published comments

Team tasks. Tasks with or without deadlines
Grouped organization for planning, and ensuring everyone is on the same page. Extremely helpful!

I love the simplicity of assigning, and working together with my team. Being able to keep everyone together and on the same page for what is going on, and due dates is super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is cluttered a bit at times. Some of the functionality of creating similar tasks get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are ensuring deadlines are met, and everyone knows exactly what is do and when.

Asana is absolutely great for building out projects and ensuring everyone is on the same page. The design of the software makes it easy to assign task, due dates, and add any/all information you need,
ASANA is the perfect task manager/project management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how straight forward and integrated ASANA is with other major applications. I use ASANA to manage every single task and project I have. I have been able to customize my ASANA to make it the most user friendly for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version had some of the more powerful features that PRO has. I am not yet able to upgrade to pro, but hope to soon once my start up has more cash flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, Organization, and delegation. These are the major areas that ASANA has helped my organization of 7 improve greatly.

Go for it! the free version will help you see why you must use this tool.

The calendar view to see the tasks and the column view to see tasks within a project are great tools
What do you dislike about the product?
The home view on Asana isn’t helpful at all. I also wish you could make a “default” view when viewing your own tasks. I like to sort my tasks based on due date and I always have to switch it to due date when I’m on that page. It’s time consuming when I’m switching pages on Asana a lot

No problems.
Great for organization

Asana is the best project organization tool that I'm aware of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Premium features aren't especially useful since the free version is so robust.

All the members of our team use Asana to organize large tasks and projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
High-powered tool for organization. If your company is small, you likely won't even need the premium features.
