User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find and move tasks around Asana was easy. It helped build collaboration of the team utilizing the agile scrum methology we followed. Finding tasks was very quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a initial learning curve as I found it difficult to use initially. After I got to know the agile team works and how to set up the sprints and understand which items go where I started using it effectively.

Agile scrum method achieved successful

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible Asana is. Works for projects of all sizes if used well
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is terrible. Eg if you're a team of 2, you still have to pay for 5 people. Asana also lacks structure which makes it hard to run sprints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting tasks completed on time whilst also providing visibility to the rest of the organisation.
Asana is a fantastic project organizer
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loved the user interface and valued the way the it could bring together multiple perspectives and teams instantly. We also loved the value add in transparency and the reduction in needless updating. We loved the way team members could contribute, make updates, load files, and contribute at any level. We also loved the value of downloading PDF and excel updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana did not have a robust training program prior to using the software which meant we had a higher learning curve in the product. I would recommend having a training program outlined prior to adoption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed our team to better organize and track organizational projects and priorities throughout all of our teams. It has allowed for greater transparency and cut down on updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have institutional buy in because it's value scales as more people in your company use more of it's features.

What do you like best about the product?
Project activity easily notify, and project transfer to other member very easily,It also good for checking status of project.Very good application for job activity creates among the people and also comment on this activity.Its also shows time line and remind again and again for finished task.
What do you dislike about the product?
a lot of email reviving on mail regards on each activity.There are no facility to create on excel that how much task completed by member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved with time saving for movement again and again for knowing project status and project assign to member.Easily task now transfer to group member. group member does not come for know task or activity he can easily comment to which we can save time.

What do you like best about the product?
This allows for accountability and transparency. I always know what the meeting agenda is, and who owns each item. I can easily reference back to find out what we talked about, and which tasks have been delegated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to navigate, can take some time to remember all the nifty little improvements, but overall great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings are much more seamless. Things aren't forgotten, because action items are always assigned.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for keeping teams on the same page. At my office, our staff uses it to manage over a dozen projects. I love how I can create a task, give it a category, set up deadlines, share it with my team mates. It helps me stay on track and see what I've already accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about Asana. It took a little time to figure out how to use the features, and I'm sure there are more features I haven't discovered yet, but it would be easy to browse around and figure the rest out quickly. Asana is very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team used to not be very organized. And now I can keep myself organized as well as see what other people are working on. It's been really helpful in helping all of us to stay on the same page.

Assign tasks to specific categories and create sub tasks to stay more organized.

Easy to create tasks and jobs/projects. Also love the flying bird that appears after checking off multiple tasks.

There's really not much to dislike about Asana.

Ability to create teams and brake down projects into Milestones, Tasks, Sub-Tasks etc and assign individual due dates and responsible person.

It's lacking a nice and easy to understand dashboard with a visual representation of pending tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I like asana for all the functions it offers me, its interface is very easy to navigate and also intuitive. I also like that it allows me to tag all the members of my work team in the comments, I can share files and links, assign tasks to everyone and thus reach a general approval.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two very clear disadvantages, first if I choose a project format I cannot change it. Another is your search option is very overwhelming since it takes time to search for project names when I have too many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana benefits because it is a very useful tool in my company, since it has allowed to keep everything in an order. Keep all projects and tasks managed including text messages, copies, images, PDF, and have the facility to download everything to have it in physical.

With Asana you can execute tasks and projects without difficulty, this program allows you to organize and allows collaboration between teams in terms of activities, assignment of tasks and have the satisfaction that your company grows.
