Asana Helps to manage projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is helping me to manage every my client ,projects feedbacks , receipts etc . Every time i add my new projects using asana to my clients . they really like the way to work to make teams . clients . roles etc. I am software deveoper and i manage my mobile apps under Asana. and my cleints always helps me out to manage on asana.
First time i used in 2016 and now i have its premium subscription .

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time its slow when ever i used that . but its mobile apps really helps me out to work on that .

I am working to manage each of my freelance project with Asana. which is really helpful for me . my cleints loves to see my updates and new development under their project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Right now really its helping a-lot . and i think some features you need to add to improve . . while uploading files it some time take time . which is annoying .

I like how you are able to create detailed tasks that can be completely separate, and assign them to different people

Sometimes it can get confusing and it’s difficult to remember where certain subtasks are

Solving problems of assigning tasks to other team members. Realizing that organization can help to get tasks done efficiently

It would probably get quite confusing for a large group. Good for smaller businesses.

A very useful - maybe even invaluable - tool for busy workplaces. Asana is a great tool to coordinate small teams (or startups) and be more productive while monitoring progress and bottlenecks.

Not being able to assign the same task to two people is a pain. I don't want to duplicate the task because that clutters up my project space and can cause confusion

Asana has been a huge asset to our company! It is very easy to use, clean, organized, aesthetically engaging, and customizable enough to fit the specific needs of unique organizations.
Asana works with our time tracking platform so employees don't have to shift between windows to track which project they are working on.
Asana Timeline is simple enough that we don't waste valuable hours just getting the project timeline setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps us to completely focus on project goals, balanced workloads for a project team. It gives us deadline management, integration with other applications, Day, Week wise management etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if project is big than it's view get's really confusing. One more thing is it only allows to assign a task to only one person there should be multiple assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic Analysis of daily workload, easily integration of other apps like bitbucket, showing kanban dashboard and gantt chart really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The color coding and the capability of assigning tasks to each team member– everyone can keep track of each project
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of text style editing in the notes area of each project, it would be really helpful to have bubbles to mark off as to-do's inside of each project or task

Streamlining client cases in order for the team to be able to track and update assignments as needed

Make sure you color code, you assign tasks to members and take advantage of the notes section

What do you like best about the product?
With this tool, managing projects has never been easier. It really is amazing how easy and easy it is for the user. You organize your work and your team intuitively. With it you can track the results and progress of projects, as well as the performance of employees. It is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did not find any defects or flaws in this software. It is a great tool to manage any project and we recommend it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really liked the calendar and the schedule. This shows how tasks and people connect to the project logo, and are arranged on a timeline. It has app for smartphone and tablets as well as computer for easy use of the tool and all are great to work with.

I love the team management ease and being able to easily add daily task or something later on in the week or month and im able to keep my team updated on changes

I wish there was a way to schedule social media posts as well aside from team management

Collaboration with my team and keeping track of my daily task. My week can get pretty busy.

What do you like best about the product?
This apps can run in real time. So i can get real time changes. Also the feature is powerfull.

Maybe i confuse how to use some feature because i dont know

I like that Asana helps in managing our tasks within the team. It’s easier to see the progress of a particular task at hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would sometimes have issues looking for tasks that have been completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Asana while working with my previous employers. With just one look, it’s easier to see the progress of certain tasks at hand. By having that specific feature, it’s easier to get back to a task by following its thread in just one location. Not only notes are saved, docs can also be uploaded for easier access.

This is good for a businesses because it makes it easier for different departments to collaborate.
Basic Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I use the free version, so I'm glad they have a free option. So many of the project tracking apps don't offer a working version for free. As a start-up, it's a very welcome addition to my software gallery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it would integrate time-keeping and link to QuickBooks for creating invoices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a list of tasks & projects that I have in-house.
