Good List-making Platform if you're dedicated to it
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it prioritizes the different tasks on your list, it was a good way to make days productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to keep track of if you're not disciplined, and personally i do better with physical lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me learn how to be productive and organized on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collaborate with my colleagues when using asana and not have so many emails going back and fourth. If I have questions on things, more likely than not, notes for my issuer have been added to my tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation is a little confusing at times, but I think I just need to get more acclimated to the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using asana on group projects so we are all in the loop of what each teammate is responsible for.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Versitile, yet user friendly and intuitive. Looks nice, sorta, filters and organizers well. The paid version is fantastic, but even the free version is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The android widget isn't as customizable as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. Collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
it keeps my team and i focused and on task. It has a clear organization that makes coordinating projects super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a lot of different projects and tasks, it would be nice for Asana to organize the tasks based on due date or something similar instead of doing it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set priority, how many hours are needed, assign to a coworker, etc. This platform has made project management incredibly straight forward.

This is a great platform for large projects and/or a large team.

Great product. Lots of usage that I can implement within my team and company.

I don’t like it’s name that much. Reminds me of a cartoon character. It should be more grown up sounding.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows me and my team to streamline processes and reduce errors. This allows us to maximize time on crucial tasks. We can also monitor the progress and status of key I initiatives in real time .
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there is not much I don’t like about Asana. I would like to see better integrations with our CRM SF. This would be very helpful when monitoring key projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has been able to effectively manage their time. They accomplish this my being able to create custom processes to there projects needs.

This product is do everyone not just excel users.

Asana is very feature rich. It can do so much, and it is a very mature platform.

Asana is so feature rich that is tends to be complicated.

As a remote team, we're able to stay on the same page, and communicate effectively.

It made organization much easier and allowed scheduling to improve.

Huge change over previous tool and lack of education.

Make sure to do an in-depth product introduction to the users so that they can understand all of the benefits of the product.
Asana is great for teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Actually, Asana is not only great for teams, but it is great to use for personal task agendas as well. With Asana, you can assign yourself or a teammate a task. You can even make conditional tasks. For example, say you are the social media manager, but your graphic designer has to make the image that you are going to post online, with Asana you can assign yourself the task of posting the image online but only have that task timeline start for yourself once the graphic designer has marked their task as complete. What's even better is that the graphic designer can store or attach the image that they completed in Asana. You will be notified that they finished your task and you will be able to go in, grab the image and get to work on your task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having one more platform to log into. It would be great if Asana was integrated with another tool that I use every day so that way I wouldn't be logging into 5 different tools a day. I also find some of Asana's notification emails to be a bit too much, but I guess that's something I could always change in my notification settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of "who said they were going to do this?" We now know who is assigned to do what and by when. This is so very helpful when working on big campaigns and projects with long timelines.
Flexible Project Management Tool..
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible Project Views and able to switch between boards to create a workflow that's right for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing Specifically that I dislike or hate with Asana
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management / Sprint planning is very easy on Asana
