asana: an organized way to communicate at work
What do you like best about the product?
makes work more organize and it is a good way to collaborate with the team due to its feature for tagging people within your group to make sure we see who needs to response on a certain task. Also, I like how it can be connected to time doctor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting is missing an option where one can see the previously assigned. Also images can't be paste you need to upload a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing schedule with my tasks.
Benefits, it helped me with my day to day tasks and also helped me communicate better with my team mates esp we are all working homebased and communicate only via online. This product is a great way to organize your team's project.

I like that Asana has a lot of features but the UI could be a tad more simplified.

sometimes it’s not intuitive, I feel more people use trello, so it’s easier to use trello for collabs

What do you like best about the product?
We have many clients, and Asana helps us arrange our projects, put timelines on it, and assign it to our developers and team. Thus Asana is the perfect project manager as it helps us collaborate and able to show / manage all the projects in a more advanced and broader way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing at asana is a mess, as being a small company i cannot subscribe to timeline aspects and not having this in asana as a free user, it will not push boundaries of asana to reach the market bigger than current as lot of people want to use, but due to pricing issue, they might not use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, Stake holder management, Timelines, Assignment of collaborator.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana should decrease prices, and make some features available for teams of 5 or less to help small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps organize everything for me and my colleagues at work. We can build timelines, assign it to different people within the team, and the bar part for me is when it’s linked to our gmail accounts and we can add a task or to-do through an email. So helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any dislikes about it! I think the only frustration that I had is that when we were linking the functions to our gmail accounts. It took a while for us to get it set up. We’re still using it, but still have a way to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of them are related to major projects and implementation within our organization. It keeps everyone on track on what they need to do and what all things need completed by a certain time period or you can even create a to-do list!

Very intuitive and easy to use. I like that you can enable the functions you need and disable the ones you don’t.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more the premium functions were on the basic plan - like the full calendar view option and the advanced searching of completed tasks.

Keeping all to-do item in one place, organized by project.
Free and easy project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Can add project tasks and assign to other team member and send reminders, can change reminders, can upload documents, files, etc all to one location for all members to see - not files getting lost in email! Feels good when you complete a task and check it off in Asana

The emails everyday but you can filter them out or change the settings

Go for it! It is free and you can upgrade for more add ons/more services if you need more from it.

Asana was a powerful tool, but my team was too small

I like how it easily integrates project management and helps my teachers to keep track of everything we work on together. I like the general idea of a project management tool, and a digital to do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, but I didn't have a big enough team to make this product worthwhile.

We used Asana to keep track of everything we needed to work on for work, both major and minor projects.
