Asana has saved my life!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to assign tasks to coworkers and it keeps me accountable!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to see past tasks that you want to check in on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its keeping me and my superior accountable with the tasks I am finishing.

I love everything about this software, I am literally addicted and will always use this software for project management .

I wish that the free version offered the same benefits as the pay plan and I would pay once my account grew with users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my day-to-day tasks and my teams tasks are easily managed . There has been so much time saved .

What do you like best about the product?
For non organizers this is a wonderful tool because it allows you to put your thoughts and things to do into a task and tag all the necessary to turn that idea into something tangible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana offers several different ways to manage projects.Sometimes its valuable to have all the views for one project and while there are hacks it'd be nice to have a out the box hybrid solution,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is small but works cross functionally driving internal and external projects. Because we are so multi faceted and can be taken away on a project at any given time it allows managers to have better insight into the bandwidth of their team and adjust accordingly to meet goals while not overburdening one person.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate how you like to look at projects. The other thing to consider is the communication aspect. With it being tied to to other software it makes it easy to respond to stakeholders and see progress all in one source.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has so many ways to easily track your progress using visuals that everyone can follow. I have been so impressed with the ease of completing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I didn’t have to pay for premium, but it’s also worth it to have the extra features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and getting everyone on the same page. It is so helpful to stay organized, I’ve even started a personal account for home use.

Asana is helpful in keeping things in order by priority and assigning tasks

Not extremely user friendly, needs upgrading.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the different columns that tasks can be added under. The required steps are easily laid out and can the status can be changed by one simple click. It’s great when working with a team to monitor the progress of different team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like team members to be able to customize their setup of the timeline without changing the other team member’s viewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project timelines used to be all on paper or verbalized in team meetings. It was coming for team members to either forget about a task or be late on completion. This app holds people accountable and allows everyone to view the timeline on their computer.

What do you like best about the product?
It allow both board and lost views which allow faster sprint upgrades

Slow on first reload which feels bad when in meeting

Its free and comes with a lot of options to collaborate in that free version. Helps me keep track of a lot within my freelance work.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is meant to make your life easier by organizing it and having it in one place. That being said, it does just that. Asana tracks and manages all your accounts and you can have it coordinate for you as well. It’s like a mini personal assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tricky part is figuring out all the features so it does what it says it’s going to do for you. I’m not that techy so it took me awhile to figure it out. That can be frustrating. Trying to navigate the page and set up automatic features. It takes some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has me on a schedule now and I have my day all planned out thanks to asana.

What do you like best about the product?
Most flexible and fast tool with free version. Really helps to manage dependencies by looking at the Timeline and allocate tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana Premium costs per person for a year should be less and there should be a two-step verification for messages to make it secure to our personal data

Manage various tasks through the platform since it is very easy to use for everyone
