Really sleek interface and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use. it is also very intuitive. Great for multiple users and multiple teams. Their customer service is also really great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. I wish it would integrate more easily into other software but it's really dope all around, no complaints!

Project management. Tasks. Just organizing teams. It does it all!

What do you like best about the product?
I was first drawn to Asana's outdoor ads. (Applause for their marketing/advertising team.) Visual simplicity matters a lot to me when most project management tools have similar flows/logics in the market. Asana stands out to me with its intuitive design. The last thing I would want to do after a long day working is to figure out how to organize and manage my progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'll procrastinate in reviewing progress. Alerts help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To help me keep track of my progress and better manage projects.

Unique software for project management
What do you like best about the product?
For me, it’s a comprehensive solution for all my work related worries bearable I can easily form certain time holes through it that makes my work steadier and hence a good intuitive. In a nut shell Asana has make results outcomes and reporting a lot easier and also sharing with teammates about all the updates of projects is a lot convenient through it. Additionally, I love the in which it shows integration with dozens of applications that are quite useful and handy to manage in my daily work processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a finished heap of highlights and functionalities that aides in keeping up work process in cooperation ventures. Also, discovering answers for my issues is these days increasingly helpful on the grounds that I can without much of a stretch have my group support through it. In this way, by getting every one of these highlights I can't think about any irritating thing into this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User interface is of unique importance in this product because as it allows me to do complex tasks even more easily through variety of options that it provides. All these features and functionalities are making it more valuable day by day. Tracking each and every work process is not a tough task through it. Moving forward I can now manage all my group work projects through it by collaborating with my teammates in a more useful and productive way.

This item is clearly a decent recommendation for those organizations or associations where certain assignments should have been finished on regular routine. Additionally, where there is a need to work together among partners from national or worldwide level along these lines, imparting and teaming up with them is much simpler through this specific item.

Calendar View for tasks across projects!
What do you dislike about the product?
That if I’m the only one on my team, i have to assign all my tasks to myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to view a calendar of all of my tasks for all of my clients in once place, while also being able to create separate projects for each of my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re a trello user, recreate your boards as projects and then view all tasks under Calendar view.
New to Asana but enjoying it so far!
What do you like best about the product?
Very useful tool for our marketing team. I'm a very task-oriented person, so the way it's set up has been really helpful for tracking my projects and to-do list. It's also great from a team perspective because we are able to track a campaign or project and the tasks that are associated with everyone in one place. It's very easy to use and
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any project management tool, you need to stay on top of it, so it tends to be a lot of admin work. Adding tasks, comments, etc. can take a lot of time. But overall, I really like the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track our progress a lot better as a team and have more visibility where campaigns and projects are. We aren't a very big marketing team, but it's still been very useful for us. I've only been using it for a few months, so I'm sure I still have a lot to learn, but they offer webinars, articles, etc. that I've been taking advantage of to try and become a better user.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated a number of different options when trying to decide upon a project management solution for our team and ended up choosing Asana. The entire team liked how easy it was to navigate, update our tasks, and see what our quarter looking like from a calendar perspective. My marketing team is all in the same building more of the time, but I can see this being even more advantageous for people who work with teams all over the place.
Good for some things
What do you like best about the product?
You can have all your tasks organized as a kaban board, and then switch to calendar veiw so you could track which deadlines are coming up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very clunky once your team gets above 5 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on multiple different projects with varying timelines is handled really well in Asana.
Keeps Colleagues Current
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is the way you can check off tasks and having those updates keep all staff on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of Asana that are redundant or unnecessary. The interface could be a lot cleaner. I think it would be nice to have to do checklists on the first page, since that is what we mostly used it for. Also, the Asana app is considerably worse than the computer browser version. The app glitches and at times does not sync that I have completed tasks. Also when a manager assigns a task to more than one person, the checklists glitch sometimes and don’t update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana my project’s team had no good way to be up to date on tasks completed. It was really helpful for us specifically because we were working on an educational video game experience for our university, so our team spanned over several departments. Asana made it easier for Animators, Management, Sound engineers, Educators, and I, as the sole Graphic Artist, to stay current. It was quite a feat, and Asana made things easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you’re having trouble staying on the same page, Asana is a great tool. It certainly helped us make better use of our time and get tasks done quicker.
Intuitive Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It was very intuitive and user friendly to use Asana for various project management. Easy to color code and visually appealing to use. Easy to use templates for various marketing projects
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no great way to view all of the subtasks assigned to yourself. Sometimes these subtasks can get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of who is responsible for what with larger/big-picture ideas. Trying to limit the amount of internal emails

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many parts of Asana that I love, but the biggest benefit is the ability to add design files for various tasks along with the ability to create repetitive tasks. Both of these features allow my team to focus on getting tasks done while collaborating with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that it'd be great to have an end date for repetitive tasks. I also don't like how tasks that have a start and end date show in the task list view. For members that don't use the calendar view do not see these tasks until they're due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to manage all of our marketing efforts. From content calendars, to on-going maintenance tasks, to special campaigns, we're able to track these easily.
