What do you like best about the product?
Compatible with phones, tablets and PC. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
integration with google calendar.
The price is somewhat prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For people who use it, it's really helped. It is a little tough getting everyone on board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
EVERYONE'S involvment is critical. If one applicable person isn't active with this application it's almost useless

I love that it was easy to learn the interface and when you complete tasks, the unicorn shows up!

The daily emails reminding me I’m not done

What do you like best about the product?
We use Asana for organizing our church projects with deadlines. I love how you can add a task to more than one project and how you can @ a user and it keeps the thread on the task. I love getting emails when someone comments on my task!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the plus button when adding to a project just let you keep typing projects instead of hitting the plus sign. I also do not like that sometimes when you drag a file, you have to click on it to open. I wish the thumbnail would stay in the thread.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tab button does work. It takes you out of your typing and toggles your around the screen. Asana keeps our 24 employees in the loop about projects and deadlines!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely give it a shot. We have successfully used it for a 24 person staff and it’s very user friendly!

Impossible to open links from slack. Very hard to find task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To streamline and allow for instant communication and updates on tasks.

Very interesting and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
Free! Many integrations. Great charts for dependency management and time tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex. The many features can make projects confusing. Also, tasks are limiting and only allows tasks to be assigned to one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management. Benefits: tasks assigned.

What do you like best about the product?
Free account users get many task management features. It has a better design than Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't switch between Task and Kanban project views after creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were one of the early adopters but the software was not really finalized but we could notice a lot of potential in Asana.

Perfect for Underwriting and Technology

What do you like best about the product?
We have a record for collaboration and accountability for our Underwriting/Compliance needs. We are in a highly regulated piece of payment technology. We need to BE SURE that our clients are in compliance for their ability to move money.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many clicks to get to where you can see details. If there would be a way to expand the menu section to the left of the page that would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previous to using Asana projects would get left undone, files would sometimes not get completed. Now, we are collaborating on projects, and communicating progress in the project while we are still working on it

Great software for keeping work teams on task

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly. Super easy to set up projects and assign tasks and keep everyone on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to get some of the premium functions included in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing my team to all go to one place for task assignment and team communication. Keeps everyone in the loop and it's much more structured then other software like Slack.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if using a chat-based task management software, Asana is a good alternative that's easy to set up and use. Plus it's free.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has helped make the work flow more streamlined allowing for better productivity in a shorter period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications seem to not work all the time on the mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing is ever lost in email chains. All work is concise and the whole team knows exactly where each task currently sits.

Don’t wait start using it now you will save a lot of time.
