What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the progress with everyone in the team is really good. We can see the plans for each projects separately and we can create our own daily plan without sharing everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot customize the graphics. It is not an important or big detail but it would be good. In the first look, it does not seem easy to use. After watching the tutorial, it is not so hard to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During projects, I can check the progresses and I see the increasing in efficiency since we are spending less time with meetings so we do not interrupt the work.
In my school projects, I always use asana if I am the team leader. If I am not, I recommend asana to the team members to use it. Everyone who I know and use it is happy.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Asana for both personal tasks and project management at work. Very customizable and relatively easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to visualize progress within each project (unlike Trello).

It is really easy to use and you can try it for free, so if it does not work for your company it will not be a problem. It works on many devices, IOS, Android and PC, so your colleagues can use it at home and at office.

I have not noticed any big problem. It is not just the case that so many people use it.

Organizing has become a lot easier and we are now a lot more on schedule. We can really work well as a team with it.

Don't hesitate, just try it, it's free to try.
Project management made easier
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is very useful for managing projects in multiple roles, since it allows linking of different accounts. For example, I use it privately but have also linked my university account, so I can find everything for my thesis work in a separate page, but still just one click away.
I can also definitely recommend using the "Extra Delight" function, which can be found in the Hacks tab of the profile settings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, figuring out how to use different accounts was rather tricky, since the button to swap accounts is hidden. Also, there seems to be no way to prioritize tasks that I've found, which seems essential for a to do list app.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is for us a platform we can use to manage projects. In this software we can make tasks and easily follow them, share them and make comments. Very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Asana. I use it for a few weeks right now and it is too early to mention any dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem that we couldn't organize projects in one place. We had different software platforms which was not easy to use because different type of data was placed on different platforms.

If you are looking for a platform that helps you organizing you projects, then Asana is great because you can store all type of data/information you need and share it with others.

The ability to manage your project easily. Good overview of tasks and who it is assigned to.

Takes a little while to know where all the options are.

Sometimes the overview of all the assigned tasks from multiple people. This in combination with multiple deadlines

Working more efficient with the team. There is less time wasted creating all those to do lists on offline notes and people are more productive

I used Asana for projectmanagement and it is easy to use. I used Asana to introduce other colleaugues/people to manage together projects and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to get Premium or higher you have to pay a monthly fee. Maybe Asana can arrange advertisement to keep Asana free.

It solved the problem that I didn't had an (online) tool for projectmanaement. Especially to use this workflow with different user (intern/extern).
