Great UI with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is its flexibility, be it writing comments and tagging people or changing due dates, asana is pretty smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike except that it hangs sometimes and there is some lag
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool to monitor and keep a track of my open projects, get reminders of due dates, tag someone directly on the task and ask if there is any further question. I use asana for these works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, it is a great tool to keep a track of all projects at one place

We are using Asana to assign tasks to different team members.
Tasks can be updated and tracked at each point.
Attachments can be stored as well as shared within the team.

A great project management tool. You should try using it to manage the tasks and it is one of the best tools for Agile development.
Best tool for organizing tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize, assign & manage tasks. The desktop and app are easy to use so I can track my to-do list anywhere and even have separate workspaces for different clients
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in the desktop version I’ll acccidentally add a tasks as a section and then I have to go back and remove the section
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to add, track and organize my tasks. I can divide them out by section and move them around according to priority

Tool For Best Of Agile And Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the metrics wizard. This tool is an eye-opener in terms of tracking and effective management metrics. And Service and support
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the mobile app, need to be more feature-heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has superior task management, It helped me in task management. And release time calculation it helped me a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want the best of MS Project and Jira...then this tool is it... It has superior task management and the learning curve can be a little more but worth it in the end

I do not like that you are unable to assign task to more than one person

Through asana, it is easy for us to stay on tasks. When tasks are overdue, it is easy to follow up with the assigned worker

The task management system is great. We're able to communicate with different teams thanks to setting up some custom fields and separate projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that Portfolios is an added cost. I understand why it is, but I hate that it costs extra
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has made it so easy to collaborate with other teams. We've broken up our projects into sprints (Q1, Q2, etc) so we can build things out and track how they're working. We also have a brainstorm project so things that we're vetting or getting approval from other team can sit until it's ready to move over to our Quarterly Sprints
Simple Project Management Tool for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create different teams within one business. The interface is easy to use and user friendly for clients and contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish their were better reporting options for lower tier accounts. The dependencies don't work great as they are either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep all of our company projects organized. I like being able to see tasks assigned for each team member.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look carefully at the features included at each price range. Some of the better features are only available on higher priced packages.
It is an amazing way to make everything flow.

The way to create infinite subtasks and how I can't assign parts of the work to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to find functionalities in external apps. It's amazing but it can be expensive if you have a large team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No task can be pending now. We are very happy because every teammate knows what to do at the moment they want. Also, it's easy to estimate how to take the project in a real way. Our customers are very happy when they see that we are working in this way.
