What do you like best about the product?
I find the reporting easy to use. Creating reports is Simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
My use of the product isn't too extensive, so I don't have a lot I don't like.

Access rights
A great company with great software
What do you like best about the product?
How interactive the ERP Maestro team is with us. We recently had a feedback call for 2018 and a roadmap for 2019, which not many of my vendors do at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to hold a conference! It'd be great to meet with other users or to hear from the folks of ERP Maestro in person to get the most from the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ERP Maestro is great for auditing our SAP usage for SOX compliance and has made life way easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great company that will keep in touch to ensure you are successful.
Making Terminations a Little Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Allows for easy automation of termination scripts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy now to run an automated script to remove a user from the Active Directory.

It's a great product.
Powerful Access Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
One stop location for permission requests and approvals. Powerful tool with lots of possibilities!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming and not 100% intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of Access requests.
Sailpoint - sail through your identitity management
What do you like best about the product?
Sailpoint is very flexible in configuring to enterprise needs. It have very good UI and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such that i dislike about the product. I really love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing identitities in the enterprise effectively and reducing dependence on multiple identity management software.
Great Product. Better Support.
What do you like best about the product?
Saving money from eliminating unused products is my favorite. Although, obviously being able to make sure we are getting the most out of our other SaaS is great as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to report as of yet. Will let you know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing our spending in real-time, and we are figuring out better policies and procedures to approve SaaS applications moving forward.
Rolling out IdentityNow
What do you like best about the product?
We are in the process of rolling out IdentityNow and we absolutely love how easy SailPoint has been to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing our privileged AD account structure has been a bit of a struggle but we were able to get it figured out eventually and get the IDs to correlate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Oracle Identity Manager for our IAM software and it's starting to fall apart on us so we have decided to implement IdentityNow going forward
Sailpoint Life Cycle Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sailpoint is a good tool for Role based access provisioning and role mining.
What do you dislike about the product?
No feature for doing Segregation of duties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sailpoint we are using for Identity governance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely I would recommend as it is a good tool for IAM.
Password help
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to set security questions in case I forget my password instead of calling tech support
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter anything negative about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reset password easily if I forget it.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Great access area and easy to navigate. Has easy to find access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to get the whole program up and running. It is worth the wait to get it live. It seemed to slow down our system at the time but am sure it has been upgraded by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better security and easier access. Haven't had this go live yet but seems like a really easy to use program. Used in the past but not live now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is cost effective and easy to implement. It did slow down my system but that was over a year ago. Need to implement and get running again.
