What is our primary use case?
If we decide to go with SailPoint Agent Identity Security , our main use case would be control and lifecycles over the agents. Controlling and managing the lifecycles over the agents means that if somebody who has a solution is quitting their job and the solution is left without an owner, it solves a challenge for us.
What is most valuable?
I hope SailPoint Agent Identity Security could help with discovering all the agents and sending out alarms if something happens that is a security concern. The best features SailPoint Agent Identity Security could offer for our needs include discovering and integration with our SailPoint Identity Cloud platform. I find reporting and alarms important as additional features I would appreciate in SailPoint Agent Identity Security.
If we decide to implement SailPoint Agent Identity Security, I think it could positively impact our organization through compliance, security, overview, and control. Having control with SailPoint Agent Identity Security allows us to report on it, and finally , we are compliant.
What needs improvement?
I think SailPoint Agent Identity Security is in beta and not a final release, so I believe the foundation of the platform has to improve to better fit our needs. I would like to see a working product as a specific improvement in the final release of SailPoint Agent Identity Security. There are probably many more improvements that SailPoint Agent Identity Security needs.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Based on my impression and research so far, SailPoint Agent Identity Security is stable, but it is not at a level that we want.

I believe SailPoint Agent Identity Security will scale effectively for our organization.

The customer support for SailPoint Agent Identity Security is at a lower level of competence based on my experience and what I have heard so far.

I did not previously use a different solution for agent identity security. Before considering SailPoint Agent Identity Security, I have not evaluated any other options or vendors, although we have considered Microsoft and SailPoint.

My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing when I looked into SailPoint Agent Identity Security is that the licensing is difficult to understand, but the rest of the setup is acceptable.
