Excellent Video Conferencing Service
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect to and there are many features to facilitate various kinds of meetings. Screen sharing and annotating are often great for 1-1 meetings and really seeing what the other person is seeing. Being able to mute everyone is great for group calls to avoid feedback loops.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out if it is possible to integrate a Zoom meeting into my Google Calendar events on my mobile device. I can do it on my computer but part of this problem may come from having a different email address for my Zoom account which is my business email and my Google Calendar which is a personal email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to connect with people across large distances and still have ease of communication as if it were in person. I am able to easily communicate with people in other states and countries with no problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Effective tool to start your group work and prepare for presentation with all your team at once and help each other to ready for most important tasks like online classes and group meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime hard for the new user to find the meeting conference ID and password which makes it difficult. Simple way to connect is to one time generate one time link without sign in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Education industry and business used this tool in the pandemic time as everyone was working from home. It makes everyone life easier to meet up online as offices were closed.
Indispensable video meeting and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the best video meeting and collaboration tool in our arsenal. Reliability and quality of communication are top-notch and exceed the performance of any other meeting tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the integration with Google Calendar is flaky - especially when dealing with recurring meetings (for some reason such meetings do not show up within the Zoom desktop app for quick join)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom to communicate between team members and external parties - whether potential business partners, candidates, or other third-parties. It's the key tool we use for any video meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, has lots of features and works on all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when I am sharing my screen and the menu bar gets in the way of what I am doing. I wish it could be hidden for a bit with a keystroke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom in my business because I have customers and teammates all over the country and world, and when we need to (or want to) have a business meeting or share product testimonials, or have classes, Zoom is there for us. It is also very helpful for keeping in touch with my family and friends who live out of state.
Great for business or personal use
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the different options for how you view other participants in the room. Sometimes I like the speaker view, and other times I like the gallery. So the options are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a lot of downsides to Zoom except that I wish I could use the backgrounds! Something is wrong with my computer options that I can't blur my background or use different backgrounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with teams. I used to have to do things by phone where you could not see body language or notice when someone was trying to talk. So, I appreciate that Zoom allows you to do that and that you do not have to have a Zoom account to join a Zoom meeting. We also use Zoom to record meetings that people can use later and that is helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom on my mobile and laptop, easy to use. connection is very easy. zoom is one of the options for my daily meetings online. compare to other software its very easy to use, my parents who don't know anything about applications use it to connect with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
being accused of selling user data to third-party organizations. when you are using the app to connect with your loved ones security is one of the concerns which comes first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
zoom is upgrading the versions and hopefully, it will patch up all the errors and improve the customer services to compete with other software in the market. looking forward for new updates with i like to use.

Although the most important thing I liked about zoom is scalability and availability during the pandemic time, since the use of virtual tools increased rapidally zoom for me stood out the way they built in number of features whi helped thousands of corporates , organization help meet their needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing which I faced in particular, just that security feature they can work upon, as in last 2-3 years from time to time they provided fixes to whatever reported to them

Effective way to interact virtually with clients
What do you like best about the product?
I can stay connected with my clients wherever they are physically located. I can conduct engaging meetings and trainings using tools such as breakout rooms, whiteboards and polls. I can send recordings of meetings to participants which helps them review work covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you are using Zoom backgrounds it is difficult to hold up a document without losing some of the visuals. It would be helpful to have a way to stabilize this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has made it possible for me to continue to have regular meetings with my clients across the country when I was unable to travel during the pandemic. It has helped me to reach out to individuals in ways that previously wasn't possible. It has allowed me to engage with clients and develop collaborative partnerships across the globe which is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom every day for my ADHD coaching practice. It's easy to use for my clients and me, including screen share and whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connection is unstable and I'm not sure why. Usually it resolves by turning off the camera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I coach clients all over the world, from Mexico to the Philippines. I Zoom even with my local clients so there's no commute.
Awesome software for video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily setup meetings and integrate the software with apps such as scheduleonce and calendly seamlessly for sales calls or other online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on meeting times for more than 2 people in one room during an online meeting. Overall I am happy with all the other functionality of Zoom and haven't had any other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for sales calls and online meetings for my online marketing business. The biggest benefit is also having the ability to easily record and store videos in the cloud to re-watch later.
