    What do you like best about the product?
    Zoom is good for business and lots of features like phone call, video call chat file sharing also we can share remote.
    The Zoom phone application is of good quality and very easy to use, as well as to implement and integrate. and also good customer care support. And, I also use it every day.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I dislike Zoom because if my number is marked as spam, there is no solution from zoom.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sometimes we have faced phone call connecting issues and it resolved after the update zoom application.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I enjoy having features, like Zoom Phone, so I can talk to clients without having to use my personal phone number. This also allows me to take calls on my computer, like I would a video call. It gives me better work-life balance.

    It's easy to use and sits right on the dock of my laptop. It's also easy to implement across an organization, giving employees a unified place to meet and discuss. It's also super useful for integrating notetaking apps with, and provides transparency to clients that the meeting is being recorded. I use Zoom Workplace pretty much every day.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing specifically. Occasionally the app crashes but that's it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It's solving quite a few things for me. I really don't like to take calls or send texts to clients from my personal phone number, so this allows me to avoid doing so. Plus, you can add your ideal hours to get/send texts and calls. Mine is set to 9-5 to promote a healthy work-life balance.

    Easy to use and very adaptable took less than 2 hour to get use to of it

    Sometime there are server issue which cause drop in call and failure of text message

    Zoom Workplace is providing a overall solutions to get connect with team members within the company and other people as well.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Zoom is fast to connect; you don't have to have the app to join a conference and it is easier for people who don't have a lot of experience with technology.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It would be great if zoom has instant message suite to use it on a daily bases in the company

    other platforms are to heavy and slow; you can add anybody you want without any difficulty when logging in

    For me Zoom generally provides a stable and reliable connection, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted meetings. It also offers a wide range of features beyond basic video conferencing, including screen sharing, breakout rooms, chat, file sharing, and more.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing so far, for me it is the best app for meetings
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    In my experience, many workplaces struggle with fragmented communication across various apps (email, chat, video calls). But when I discovered this Zoom it can now help teams work more efficiently it also reduces miscommunication and ensures that everyone is on the same page.
