    Difficult to find a dislike. It has been very useful and suportive

    We are using zoom for calls and punch in, schedule break etc for our daily routine.

    We don't have option to set alarm while putting break

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is incredibly fast, with no lag in audio, video, or screen sharing. Even with a larger group of members, it remains smooth and efficient, performing significantly better than Google Meet in terms of minimizing lag. A seamless experience all around!

    i dont like that if anyone doesnt have an account it gets tricky it lags and gets difficult to join from browser in an emergency

    What do you like best about the product?
    It’s easy to use and makes meetings simple. The video and audio are clear, and sharing screens is quick. Scheduling meetings is also super convenient.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes, there are connection issues even with good internet. The chat could be better organized, and the time limits on the free plan can be frustrating.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I have a lot of internal meetings—team check-ins, training, and quick updates. Zoom makes it easy to connect with my team, no matter where we are. The video is clear, screen sharing helps with demos, and everything runs smoothly. It keeps us all on the same page and makes teamwork easier.
