    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for Zoom Workplace Business  is internal meetings and client meetings. A typical example of how I use Zoom Workplace Business  for these meetings is that we agree that a meeting needs to happen, send a calendar invite and attach a Zoom Workplace Business invite link to the calendar invite, and then join the meeting. We oftentimes screen share or record the meeting.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features Zoom Workplace Business offers are screen share and recording capabilities. I find it nice that it is integrated with Outlook and the other features of Zoom Workplace Business are particularly valuable and useful for my work.

    Zoom Workplace Business positively impacts my organization by making meetings really smooth, quick, and easy. It just works. Meetings become smoother and quicker because all of the benefits that I get from meeting with my colleagues in a seamless way apply here. This has definitely increased collaboration and increased the cadence of touch points with various people.

    I would continue with my review, as I find value in the platform.

    What needs improvement?

    The quality of transcription in Zoom Workplace Business could improve. I wish the quality of the transcription was better.

    I would describe the user interface and overall user experience with Zoom Workplace Business as quite good, though sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to find certain settings and features in the share sound area. Otherwise, it is quite intuitive.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using Zoom Workplace Business for about five years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    I find the reliability and uptime of Zoom Workplace Business to be good, with no outages or disruptions except when there are broader macro level outages.

    We did not use any solution beforehand before using Zoom Workplace Business.

    It was seamless for my team to adopt Zoom Workplace Business.

    I have not seen a return on investment with Zoom Workplace Business, and I cannot share any relevant metrics, but I have a general impression of it.

    My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing is that we have an enterprise agreement, which is more expensive than we would prefer, but feels reasonable.

    I did not evaluate any other options before choosing Zoom Workplace Business.

    What other advice do I have?

    On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Zoom Workplace Business an eight because it is very good but not perfect.

    Zoom Workplace Business is deployed in my organization in a hybrid cloud model. It supports remote and hybrid work models in my organization as it is vital. We seamlessly integrate with Slack in addition to Outlook, and there were no integration challenges. I would recommend any business to use Zoom Workplace Business because it just works. My overall review rating for Zoom Workplace Business is 8 out of 10.

    I like how Zoom Workplace offers ease of usage and is very effective for my job profile. It lets me connect to my clientele from anywhere at any time, which is great for supporting them in any way that's helpful. The connectivity helps in better resolution of errors and bugs faced by my clients.

    Sometimes the connection is lagging, and it should be better on low data.

    What do you like best about the product?
    It is one of the best AI powered collaboration platform. We are using it for troubleshooting purposes in our client environment. It has advanced features like screen recording, live captions, breakout rooms. User interface is very user friendly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    in general no that much cons. Sometimes the android app lags thats it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Once meeting is done we need to send MOMs. Zoom workplace has AI feature which can summarize the meeting which we can use to make the MOMs easily. Along with it screen recoding, screen sharing are good features for troubleshooting call.

    What do you like best about the product?
    One of the best and leading meeting platform allowing the users to collaborate, connect and meet with remote team and clientele.
    It's a unified platform allowing the users to communicate via video, chat, conduct meetings, collaboration tools like doc sharing and whiteboard features etc.
    The paid plan comes with fantasying AI features that can auto summarize and write meeting minutes that can be really beneficial for business meetings.
    It's quite user friendly and easy to initiate. Setting up your account literally may not require any technical knowledge if you an email address. There is now limitation on the per day usage. In case of free user subscription your call limited to 40 mins but you can reinitiate the call.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Requires good internet bandwidth which can be little challenging if you are belong to those areas with poor network connectivity.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It solve biggest challenge of collaboration with remote teams or meeting clients. It becomes a synonym of virtual meetings in a business world as it allows everyone to connect remotely avoiding travel time or geographical differences.
