    What do you like best about the product?
    The best thing about zoom according to me would definitely include it being very easy to use joining meetings, sharing screens, scheduling meetings, be it anything it requires very minimal effort.
    Other than this, a lot of times I have noticed that even if I don’t have a strong internet connection still the video and audio quality stays very much consistent.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have noticed battery drainage issue while using Zoom on my laptop a lot and I have also heard some security issues regarding Zoom from my colleagues which made me think twice before using Zoom.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I very much like Zoom’s clean settings and easy setup, they have also unified calls, meetings, calendar, chat which helps me save a lot of time switching between these.
    I have been loving the AI feature as well, it’s been so easy to summarise meetings, follow up drafts and make schedules using the AI feature.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how this siftware helps me to connect with my team who work remotel, daily to discuss and startegize. Whiteboard and screen sharing features help me put my ideas in front of them more effectively. It helps a lot and is easy to use.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing. It is a good experience till now.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    As we work remotely, we need a tool to connect with each other quickly and daily. This platform does that job very well. It comes with features like Whiteboard and screen sharing which help a lot.
