    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like about Zoom is its reliability and scalability. It delivers good performance even with a large number of participants. Zoom is also strong in ease of development and administration, which makes it straightforward to manage.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One of my main dislikes about Zoom is its resource consumption. On lower-end systems, Zoom can use a significant amount of CPU and memory, which may affect performance during long meetings or heavier sessions.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom provides reliable and efficient remote communication. It enables teams to collaborate in real time, regardless of location. It also offers multiple features for different needs—whether the meeting is one-to-one, a team collaboration session, or a webinar, Zoom suits them all.

    When I receive a friend's message, I feel very happy, and setting up Zoom Workplace was very easy for me.

    Low quality in Zoom, messages not being sent quickly, and issues occurring repeatedly.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use Zoom Workplace for chat, but it has network issues and message delay problems.

    It is very easy to use and very intuitive. Additionally, it can be used on any device, which makes it even more practical.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Perhaps the only thing I think they could improve on is the capacity, as it gets a bit stuck when there are many people in a meeting.

    It benefits me in the sense that it improves communications in different parts of the world, making connection easier.
