    That it’s easy to connect and gives good links and area codes for connecting

    Screen sharing limitations. At times connectivity issues and call dropouts. Frequent updates that cause technical issues.

    Meetings, team chat, phone, AI tools, etc with more time getting work done. Collaboration becomes smoother. You can run or join meetings without any stress. Meetings run smoothly, clear and video sound.

    The most helpful thing about zoom Workplace is that it puts many work tools in one place,making communication and teamworks easier.it is making easy video meeting and all tools in one place then AI help for meeting and easy to acess anywhere work from anywhere.which helps teams communicate and work more efficiently.

    I dislike about zoom workplace is that it requires a strong internet connection,has limited customization,and the free version has time limitations,such asa time limit on group meetings.overall while Zoom workplace is a very usefull tool for communication and collaboration ,these limitation can occasionally make the experience less convenient for some users.

    Zoom Workplace solves the problms of communication and collaboration for remote teams.it allows people to meet,chat,share screens,and work together online from different locationsthis denefits me because it saves time,makes communication faster,and hepls teams stay connected and productive without needing to meet in person.

    Smooth Meeting Links, Virtual Agent Summaries, and a Helpful Digital Whiteboard

    What do you like best about the product?
    Zoom is very smooth when it comes to sharing meeting links, and I also like the new feature, the Virtual Agent. Whenever I join a meeting late, I ask the Virtual Agent to summarise what has happened so far so I can catch up quickly. I also find the digital whiteboard helpful because I can draw sketches and convert them into actual images, which makes it easier to share ideas during the meeting.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Actually, I’m used to Zoom now, but when I first started using it as a beginner, the UI and overall interface felt very overwhelming. It has a lot going on, and the layout can feel cluttered, which sometimes makes it confusing to navigate. Compared to FaceTime or Google Meet, Zoom felt less straightforward at the beginning.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom Workplace keeps a summarisation or transcription of the meeting, so we can easily create the minutes of the meeting. It’s also beneficial for me because I’m always overloaded with meetings, and it helps me keep a clear summary of what happened in each meeting.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I think Zoom Workplace is a lot more comfortable for initial meetings, especially when sharing our web-based platform. I really like the ease of navigating and the sharing features. The muting and different views are also great, and the chat's pretty easy. I like how it integrates with my Google Calendar, making access from the calendar pretty awesome. Overall, I think it's gotten so much better and it's real good.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes taking it from my phone just doesn't log in very good. So I'm so annoyed.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom Workplace lets me hold comfortable, unobtrusive initial meetings and easily share our web platform without worrying about parking.
