What do you like best about the product?
I love how Zoom Workplace facilitates easy meeting notes using AI, which significantly enhances the productivity of my meetings. The capability to conduct meetings with a large number of participants seamlessly is a standout feature that I appreciate greatly. Furthermore, I find the annotation and live sharing functionalities incredibly useful during meetings, as they ensure easy collaboration and effective communication. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was straightforward and user-friendly, allowing my team to get started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the meeting access feature in Zoom Workplace to be a bit difficult. It would be more efficient if a single link click could open the meeting without additional steps.

Not really much I have not enjoyed. I use Zoom for most of my meeting needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace helps solve communication and collaboration gaps by bringing meetings, chat, and file sharing into one place. It reduces the need to switch between multiple tools, saves time with built-in AI features, and makes remote and hybrid work more efficient. As a project manager, I benefit from clearer communication, organized meeting follow-ups, and an easier way to keep everyone aligned and connected. What do you like best about the product?
It has every feature you need for a meeting or webinar as both a facilitator and attendee. The features are intuitive and easy to use. In particular, breakout rooms, transcripts, and live chats are particularly important for a lot of the online events I have attended.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I particularly dislike - I prefer Zoom over most other virtual meeting platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is easy to use across different workplaces that may use "conflicting" platforms (Teams vs. Google Meet). I also attend a lot of webinars and events via Zoom, and things like presentation mode and breakout rooms can make events far more interactive and engaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Its seem less latency free video call session together with its easy screen share ability. Clear video and voice quality. Utilizing it daily for external client call.

Nothing so far to dislike. Haven't faced any kind of glitch or issue so far.

We needed an easy to use not so complicated software to host aur client calls without any interruptions.
