    What do you like best about the product?
    What really appeals to me about Zoom Workplace is how simple it is to use for meetings and regular communication. Because of the user-friendly design, hosting or attending meetings only requires a few clicks. I also like that the audio and video quality is usually quite consistent, even with mediocre bandwidth. Features like screen sharing, chat, and recording make it very beneficial for both business and teamwork.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I find it unpleasant when the app occasionally lags or freezes, especially after long meetings or when other apps are active. Furthermore, a number of sophisticated features are only available with costly subscriptions, which can be problematic. Notifications may also sometimes be a bit overwhelming.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Zoom Workplace makes it easier to manage meetings and communication between teams and clients, particularly when employees are spread out geographically. It facilitates meeting scheduling, participation, and execution without any technological problems or delays.
    Coordinating calls and exchanging information used to take longer before utilising Zoom, but now everything is more efficient in one location. It is simpler to review documents, clarify concepts, and maintain alignment during conversations when features like screen sharing and chat are available.
    All things considered, it enhances communication, saves time, and makes daily cooperation more effective and structured.

    What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how easy it is to stay connected with my team throughout the day. The platform is very reliable for meetings, and the video/audio quality is consistently strong, which makes a big difference when coordinating with a busy team.

    I also like how everything is integrated—chat, meetings, and file sharing are all in one place, so it keeps communication organized and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. Scheduling and joining meetings is quick and straightforward, which helps keep the day running smoothly.

    Overall, it’s user-friendly, dependable, and makes day-to-day communication much more efficient.

    While Zoom Workplace is very reliable overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times because there are so many features bundled together, and not all of them are used regularly.

    Occasionally, switching between chat, meetings, and other tools isn’t as seamless as it could be, especially when working quickly during a busy day. It would also be helpful if customization options for the workspace layout were a bit more flexible to better match different team workflows.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how reliable and easy to use it is, even with a slow internet connection. The interface is very intuitive, so I don't have to spend time teaching new team members how to join a call or share their screen. I also really appreciate the 'Team Chat' feature because it allows us to keep our project discussions and video meetings in one single place, which saves me from constantly switching between different apps.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    One thing I dislike is how frequent the software updates are. It feels like every time I open the app to join a meeting, there is a new update required, which can be frustrating when I'm in a rush. Additionally, while the many features are great, the settings menu has become quite cluttered and it can be difficult to find specific audio or video options quickly.

    Zoom Workplace helps us solve the problem of fragmented communication. Before using it, our team was scattered across different apps for calling, messaging, and document sharing, which led to missed updates.
