Efficient, User-Friendly, and Reliable Collaboration Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Workplace for its ease of use and reliability. It's great that it combines video meetings, team chat, phone, calendar, whiteboards, and AI-powered meeting summaries all in one platform, which really boosts collaboration efficiency. The audio and video quality are consistently good, and screen sharing is seamless. I appreciate how well it integrates with other business tools, helping our team stay productive whether we're working remotely or in the office. It's simple for remote and hybrid teams to connect and collaborate in real time. I also find the interface easy to navigate, and meetings are quick to join. The integration with other productivity tools we use, like Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, is another big plus, making the workflow smoother. The transition from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Workplace was smooth, and it offers a more reliable meeting experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the desktop application can sometimes use a significant amount of system resources during long meetings. AI features and advanced capabilities are often limited to higher-tier plans, making them less accessible for smaller teams. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered as more features are added, making it harder for new users to find certain settings. Additionally, I think improving dashboard customization, notification management, and providing more flexible meeting controls would further enhance the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Zoom Workplace streamlines communication and collaboration by merging meetings, chat, phone, and tools in one platform. It reduces app hopping, keeps me organized. However, the desktop app uses lots of resources, AI features are limited for smaller teams, and the interface can seem cluttered.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace allows us to establish trust and rapport, as well as get to know our coworkers' personalities through the camera, which is something we would have had in a physical workplace. Since our positions are remote, Zoom Workplace is a great tool for this purpose. I appreciate how it lets us connect with clients remotely and personalize our service with one-on-one face-to-face interactions. I also find the functionality of Zoom Workplace to be quite good, and the initial setup was a breeze with the secure sign-in feature. Overall, it has allowed us to have more successful outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace is best for its all-in-one integration, which cleanly unifies team chat, scheduling, and collaborative docs into a single app so you don't have to constantly switch windows.
Its built-in AI Companion is also incredibly helpful because it automatically generates accurate meeting summaries and action items without requiring expensive third-party add-ons.
Finally, it remains unmatched in connection stability, consistently delivering smooth audio and video even on spotty or low-bandwidth Wi-Fi networks.

Centralized Zoom Workspace Makes User Management Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Our zoom workspace allows us to keep all of the users in one location and as the admin I can see who is using their account and from where. This has helped us to manage usage and determine who is using the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with workplace is we would like to see more security features on the recordings. We have had some issues with recordings being accessed and we would like to see more passwords on recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have moved most of our meetings to virtual which has saved people coming into the office. This has also helped when someone is running late for an in person meeting and we can start and just add them to zoom. I have also liked the ability to record meetings and then I can go back and extract extra notes that I need.

Familiar, Reliable Meeting Tool with Game-Changing AI Summaries
Reviewed on Jul 14, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is that everyone already knows how to use it. When I'm jumping on a call with a client or someone external, there's zero "wait, how do I join?" back-and-forth. They just click the link and they're in.
The AI meeting summaries are also a game-changer. I don't have to scramble to take notes during a call anymore — it just generates a summary of what was discussed and what the action items are. Super useful when someone misses a meeting and needs to catch up fast.
And it just... works. Screen sharing, calendar sync, integrations with basically every tool I already use. It doesn't get in the way, which is all I really ask from a meeting tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
The 40-minute limit on group calls is genuinely annoying. It always seems to hit right in the middle of something important, and then everyone has to scramble to restart the meeting. Fine for quick standups, but anything longer gets frustrating fast.
The app has also gotten pretty cluttered. They've added docs, clips, AI features, chat — it used to feel clean and simple, and now it just feels like a lot. I get that they're trying to be an all-in-one workspace, but sometimes I just want to hop on a call without wading through a bunch of stuff I don't use.
The notifications can be a lot too. Once you've got chat, meetings, and everything else rolling at once, it starts to feel overwhelming pretty quickly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is keeping remote collaboration actually functional. When your team is spread across time zones, staying aligned is hard — Zoom makes it easier by being the one place where meetings, screen sharing, and quick catch-ups all happen without friction.
The AI summaries solve a real async problem too. Not everyone can make every call, and instead of someone manually writing up notes or teammates sitting through a full recording, the summary just handles it. That saves a surprising amount of time across the week.
And for anything client-facing, it removes the "getting people into the room" problem entirely. No downloads, no account creation, no support calls before the meeting even starts. Everyone just shows up, which means I can focus on the actual conversation instead of the logistics around it.
