What do you like best about the product?

I find Zoom Workplace makes it easier to hold meetings and appreciate that it's not complicated. I like being able to create links prior to the meeting, which I find very beneficial and makes me look professional when I set appointments. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was also easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

The mobile app can be improved a bit. I should be able to access all desktop features on mobile.

I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its range of features that assist in getting work done, like screen sharing, breakout rooms, and the ability to hold webinars. It can sync with my calendars, making it easy to track workload. I love the ability to record sessions and turn on transcripts for easier referencing, which helps if I miss any points during meetings. The feature to listen later or share recordings with someone who missed the meeting is very valuable to me. I also find Zoom Workplace user-friendly and the initial setup was pretty easy, without requiring a lot of configuring.

I find it battery-consuming and it takes too much processing power. Adding more features can make it look and feel cluttered, which can be a bit distracting. There's also too much admin and app configurations, making it feel overwhelming.

I use Zoom Workplace for video conferencing to save on costs and resources without hiring venues. It easily handles large groups, syncs with my calendar, and the recording and transcription features help me catch up on missed meetings.

The updates, sometimes if I am about to join a meeting, it will say that it needs updates and it will update it before I can join the meeting. And sometimes I'm late because of that.

The best thing about Zoom Workplace is its ease of use and reliability. The audio and video quality are excellent, screen sharing works smoothly, and it makes remote meetings, interviews, and team collaboration simple and efficient.

Zoom Workplace works very well overall, but it can be resource-intensive on older devices during long meetings. I also think some advanced settings could be easier to find, making the interface more intuitive for new users. More customization options for notifications and meeting controls would further improve the user experience.

Zoom Workplace has solved the challenge of conducting reliable remote interviews, onboarding sessions, and team meetings. Instead of dealing with communication issues or complicated meeting setups, I can quickly join meetings, share my screen, and collaborate effectively with colleagues from different countries. This has improved productivity, reduced the time spent troubleshooting technical issues, and made remote collaboration much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?

I don't use Zoom just for meetings. For me it's where the learning actually happens. After students finish a module, we jump on a live call, go through real examples, answer questions and discuss things that are hard to explain in a recorded lesson. Those sessions make the course feel much more personal.

I sometimes wish there were a simpler way to keep all meeting recordings and shared resources connected to a specific lesson. It's not a big issue, but it would make following up with students a little easier.

My course gives students the theory, but live sessions are where we discuss real situations and answer questions that come up while they're learning. Zoom makes that part easy. Instead of long email conversations or trying to explain something in text, we can jump on a call, share screens, work through examples together and solve problems in real time. It makes the learning experience much more interactive and personal.

Zoom Workplace is reliable and easy for everyone to join. The video/audio quality, screen sharing, recordings, transcripts, breakout rooms, chat, phone, and AI summaries make meetings and collaboration much easier

The biggest downside is cost and license flexibility. It can be difficult to easily cancel, reduce, or downgrade licenses, which makes spend harder to manage. I’d like more transparent pricing and simpler self-service license management

Nothing, its a necessary thing, but we use others as well that are better

I think the main problem with this is its less secure , more on the open ended like anyone can join it if he has the access

Frequent app updates can sometimes reset preferred audio/video settings or interrupt meetings. Additionally, managing notification preferences across Team Chat and meetings requires extra tweaking to avoid alert fatigue during busy workdays

Managing separate tools for video calls, team chat, whiteboarding, and scheduling created unnecessary friction. It fragmented communication and caused context to get lost across our hybrid teams.
