Great Chat and Easy Meetings, but Buggy in Back-to-Back Sessions

  • May 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom’s chat feature is the best part for me, and I also really like how easy it is to manage a Zoom meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very buggy, especially when I’m joining back-to-back meetings. The Support is not that great either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves communication and collaboration problems by bringing video meetings, team chat, screen sharing, and virtual collaboration together in one platform. It benefits me by making it easier to attend online classes, collaborate on team projects, and communicate efficiently while working remotely.

Seamless AI Helper That Makes Note-Taking and Tuition Questions Easy

  • May 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I do love the new AI helper, as it helps take notes and also can quickly help with questions linked to my tuition. I do like also how seamless it is, everytime the quality has been great
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is a bit clunky with too many tools now, for example I don't need all these extra whiteboards, just stick to the classic whiteboard.. Also I think it updates too often without asking me if I want the update
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling me to have high quality seamless tutoring sessions and appear professional

Great Integrations That Keep Meetings, Notes, and Recordings in Sync

  • May 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Marketplace has great integrations with other marketplaces, which helps sync meetings, notes, and recordings easily across them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a minimal UI/UX mode that people with less technical knowledge and confidence can enable. Right now, the number of options and pop-ups can sometimes feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace improves connectivity across different office spaces. It helps optimize meetings and, as a result, supports better overall output and performance while delivering a strong ROI.

Reliable Free Video Conferencing with a Beginner-Friendly Interface

  • May 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the free version. It provides reliable, high-quality video conferencing along with an easy-to-use interface. The UI is straightforward and easy to understand, even for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many unnecessary features, like the built-in email and calendars, which can make the app feel heavy. Because of that, it becomes harder to quickly find basic buttons such as reactions or settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved many of the major problems with traditional team meetings for people working virtually. It also helped a lot across different industries during the pandemic.

Rock-Solid Calls and AI Summaries Make Zoom Workplace a Time-Saver

  • May 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The call stability is what stands out most for me. Even on a mediocre internet connection, Zoom Workplace holds up without dropping or lagging mid-meeting. The AI meeting summary feature has been a genuine time-saver — I no longer have to take manual notes during client calls. Setting up a meeting takes under a minute, and the interface is intuitive enough that even non-technical teammates pick it up without any hand-holding. The breakout rooms feature is also handy for team workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is quite heavy on system resources — when I have a few other tools open alongside it, I can noticeably feel the slowdown. The frequent update prompts are also a bit disruptive, especially when you're about to jump into a call. The free plan's 40-minute limit on group meetings catches people off guard more than it should. I also wish the chat feature within Zoom was a bit more polished — it still feels secondary compared to dedicated messaging tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it solves for me is keeping remote collaboration seamless. Before settling on Zoom Workplace, switching between tools for calls, screen sharing, and scheduling was a constant friction point. Now it's all in one place — I can jump from a quick one-on-one to a full team meeting without switching apps. The calendar integration also means I spend less time coordinating meeting times back and forth. For client-facing calls especially, it gives a professional and reliable experience that I don't have to worry about on the day.

Easy Outlook Scheduling and Seamless Integration

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up meetings directly from Outlook, and I appreciate how well it’s integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed that since we started using Teams as well, if I’ve been on Teams a lot and then switch back to Zoom for a meeting, my settings can end up totally messed up, and the audio becomes difficult to set up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s nice that everything is integrated into one system.

Powerful, Reliable Meetings with Great AI Summaries—But the Free Plan Feels Limiting

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly the feature set is hard to beat. You get whiteboards, private messaging between participants, multiple screen sharing options and you can even draw or highlight over the shared screen all in one place. It works really well for large meetings and the waiting room makes things feel a lot more controlled and secure. Video quality stays good even when the internet isn't great which matters more than people realise. The layout doesn't feel cluttered either and you still get a clear view of everyone. The AI meeting summaries are genuinely useful and not just a gimmick. Integrations with Slack, Salesforce and others work without any hassle. Setup took almost no time and you can even join as a guest without logging in which guests really appreciate. The free plan cuts off group meetings after 40 minutes which gets annoying fast.We can use it for pretty much everything from internal catchups to client calls. The meeting summaries alone have saved a lot of back and forth on notes and follow ups. It just works which is really all you want from a tool like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features you'd expect to just have are locked behind the paid plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s easy to conduct meetings conveniently, and it can also generate AI summaries. It works best for large-scale, professional business meetings.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how easy it makes communication and collaboration. Meetings are smooth, the platform is intuitive, and features like chat, screen sharing, and recordings help teams stay connected and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional lag, high battery/resource usage, and navigation between settings can sometimes affect the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it benefits me by making coordination faster, meetings more organized, and team collaboration more efficient in day-to-day work.

Rock-Solid Calls and Seamless Calendar Integration

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The reliability is what keeps me on it. Calls just work, rarely any dropped audio or freezing mid-meeting, which sounds basic but isn't always a given with other tools.
The calendar integration is genuinely useful too. Scheduling and joining meetings straight from my calendar without any back-and-forth friction makes a real difference when you're jumping between calls all day.
For something I'm in constantly, meetings, chat, webinars , it holds up without getting in the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat is the weak spot. It feels like an afterthought compared to something like Slack , threads, search, and organization just aren't quite there. If you're using it as a real messaging tool day-to-day, it falls short.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Zoom, getting everyone in the same (virtual) room was a mess ,different tools, flaky connections, endless scheduling friction. For a remote team spread across locations, that adds up fast.
Zoom made remote collaboration feel normal. Meetings, webinars, quick chats , it's all in one place and reliable enough that it's just not something I think about anymore. That's the real win.

Consistently Reliable Video and Audio Quality, Even on Unstable Connections

  • May 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The video and audio quality is consistently reliable, even on unstable connections. Calls stay smooth, with minimal lag and very few dropped frames.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan's 40 minute meeting limit feels restrictive for longer colalborative sessions. The desktop app can be resource heavy, slowing down older machines during extended calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Zoom Workplace, our team struggled with unreliable video calls and the constant need to switch between separate tools for messaging, meetings, and scheduling. That back-and-forth regularly cost us hours of productivity each week. Now we can run seamless back-to-back meetings, chat, and coordinate calendars all in one place. As a result, we spend roughly 30% less time on meeting logistics, and our remote collaboration experience feels noticeably smoother overall.
