What do you like best about the product?

The breakout rooms are really helpful as we can go into individual discussions without leaving the main meeting

The cross device interface is very different, the controls are different in mobile and on desktop

Zoom helps a lot in training and especially with the breakout rooms it helps a lot

What do you like best about the product?

I’m not the biggest fan of Zoom, and it’s not my first choice. Unlike Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, it feels like a separate app that I have to open up specifically for meetings. With Teams, even though there’s an app, I also have the option to join in a browser, which I find more convenient. Zoom’s UI is a little funky, but it does work once you get into it. Performance can be solid as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

App can be a little confusing to navigate. Wish it had the ability to open in browser (as far as I know, it doesn't)

What do you like best about the product?

I like almost everything about Zoom Workplace. The features I value the most are Screen Sharing and Team Chat. The setup was very easy for me.

While I find that Zoom Workplace gets the core video calls right, I get frustrated with a few things.

I was tired of using different apps, but Zoom Workplace consolidates them. It's good overall.

The voice quality is good, whether I’m on a call or in meetings.

I have an ASUS VivoBook, and sometimes the Zoom app doesn’t seem to support it properly. During calls and meetings, the receiver’s voice breaks up, even though it works fine with other brands. I’ve noticed the same issue across multiple ASUS devices I’ve tried.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It brings calling, texting, and meetings together on the same platform.

Quick set up, great viewing, easy scheduling, click friendly.

Some of the recording service could be better.

"Sometimes Zoom Workplace consumes high internet data and device memory during long business video meetings. The user interface can also feel a bit complicated for new clients who join international calls for the first time."

What do you like best about the product?

it is easy to use for meetings and team communication. The video and audio quality are generally good, and joining a meeting is quick without much setup. I also find the screen sharing and chat features useful during regular work.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the app can use a lot of system resources, especially when I have a meeting running along with other applications. There can also be occasional audio or connection issues, depending on the network. Some settings and options can take a little time to find.

It makes remote meetings and team communication easier. I can quickly join meetings, share my screen, and discuss things with the team without needing to be in the same place

What do you like best about the product?

I use Zoom Workplace for Zoom calls, meetings, and online classes. I find it very convenient as it saves travel and wait time, allowing me to attend important meetings from my current location. I like that it offers user-friendly access, whether it's for broadcasts or classes, and makes multiple interactions easy. The ability to publish is a plus point for multi-person interaction.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find meetings difficult when participants speak different languages, and I wish there was a subtitle or translation option. If an AI could be integrated to detect the language from one end and translate it with a subtitle on the other end, it would be great.

Zoom Workplace is a convenient platform that saves travel and wait time by allowing me to attend important meetings from anywhere. I like its user-friendly access, making it easy to handle multiple interactions.

I like being able to connect with manager and coworkers at the same time

The least helpful I think are the breakout rooms, having to wait until the breakout room can't hear or see anything.

It's solving having to commute and go out into an office to meetings.

I like how easy Zoom Workplace is to use for meetings and team communication. Joining meetings is quick, and features like screen sharing and chat make it convenient to collaborate with others. The interface is simple enough that I can use it without spending much time figuring things out. I use Zoom through my organization, so I don't personally pay for it. From my experience, the features are useful for regular meetings and collaboration, but I can't personally evaluate the value against the subscription price.

Sometimes the experience depends a lot on the internet connection, especially during video meetings. The number of features can also feel a little overwhelming at first, and occasional audio or video issues can happen during longer meetings

Zoom Workplace helps make remote meetings and team communication easier. It saves time by allowing us to discuss things quickly through video calls and screen sharing instead of having to meet in person. It is especially useful when working with people from different locations.
