There really isnt any downsides to using zoom the only compliant is at times there are network issues.

I find Zoom Workplace to be easy to use on both desktop and mobile devices, which is really convenient for video conferencing. It helps my entire team get together all in one place regardless of physical distance, making it essential for keeping us organized and aligned on our project goals. I enjoy how you can hide background clutter in calls, which makes everything look uniform between participants. The initial setup was extremely easy too, as it's more or less built into Microsoft business suites now.

Sometimes latency affects call quality, but beyond that, no complaints or problems for me.

Zoom Workplace brings my team together from any location, organizing us and aligning project goals despite distance.

I like screen sharing, stable video quality, easy one-click joining, breakout rooms for group discussion, whiteboard, virtual background, and recording feature. It works well even on low internet and saves time and travel cost for college.

Sometimes audio lags when many participants join, free plan 40 minute limit is short for long lectures, and app uses more battery on mobile. Needs better noise cancellation.

Zoom solves distance learning problem for us. Our college classes, doubt sessions, and group project discussions happen online without travelling. It saves transport money and time. Recording helps to revise before exams. Breakout rooms help us split into groups for presentations. Overall it makes studying flexible from hostel.

I also find the meeting controls and screen-sharing options straightforward, even for users who aren’t very technical. The AI features for meeting summaries and catching up on discussions are also useful and can save a lot of time.

The main thing I dislike is that the platform has a lot of features, so it can sometimes feel a little overwhelming when you’re trying to find a specific setting or option. Some advanced features also depend on the plan or permissions available. Occasionally, notifications and chat activity can become difficult to manage when there are many meetings and conversations happening at the same time. Overall, though, these are relatively minor issues compared with the convenience of the platform.

Zoom Workplace helps solve the problem of having too many separate tools for meetings, communication, and collaboration. I can use it for video meetings, team chats, screen sharing, and sharing information without constantly switching between different applications. Meetings are stress free. I don’t need to worry about set up or the technical aspect. It is really straightforward and image and audio quality are the best. I dislike using other platforms altogether after using zoom

The 40 minute limit on meetings are annoying if you don’t have a paid license. Which sometimes is not granted in the workplace. Meetings can run longer than that and it puts a heavy influence on companies choosing to use competitors instead of zoom
