What do you like best about the product?

I like that there are a lot of different options available with Zoom Workplace, which is really helpful for us. We can assign different owners of events, making it easier if someone is terminated, as switching the owner is simple. One of my favorite features is Zoom Phone. It allows us to contact scholars or vendors using a Zoom phone number instead of our personal numbers, maintaining professionalism. It's helpful because we frequently speak with scholars, and having that Zoom phone number helps in maintaining a level of professionalism while providing them an avenue to reach out to us directly.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think one of the main things that could be improved is that it can be a bit hard to navigate. There's a lot of information in one setting, and there's so many different services that they offer. There's, like, nonprofit accounts, educational accounts. There's, like, so many things. I think if there was a quick learning course, that would be really helpful. Especially when we're onboarding a new HR employee. If they're able to quickly learn about this platform, it'd be really helpful to us, and it'd save us a lot of training time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings in our hybrid environment, enabling us to meet and schedule events regardless of location. It helps us maintain professionalism with features like Zoom phone, providing a dedicated number for communication.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Zoom Workplace because it has a good interface and I can easily have chat rooms. I enjoy the good communication and stability in video conferences, without interruptions. I love being able to share screens and designs while being seen from another country or state. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and simple.

There are times when it bugs and doesn't allow quick connection.

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings with colleagues, and it makes it easy for me to share screens and designs. It has good communication without interruptions in video conferences, and its interface allows creating chat rooms easily.

What do you like best about the product?

It is easy to set up, before getting the package from the workplace, I personally purchased and used for different work meetings, instant calls etc. The app support is great. Also, I can purchase the cloud storage as add-ons which is great. The call quality was top notch. The UI loke cleaned to me.

The pricing is very high. Sometimes, when I do not need to use, I still had to pay, so there can be some pay as you go system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me to set my meeting even when I am out of work location. Also, all work meetings can be saved so that I can take a look back at the important information in a previous meeting. I used to work with Workplace and Calender too. The AI features are truly good and I was able to integrate with Onedrive too.

A good, professional networking application for the entire organization.

Compared to other applications, I feel that some features are still missing.

What I like best about Zoom Workplace, in a simple, human way, is that it takes everything you normally juggle — meetings, chat, docs, whiteboards, email, scheduling and puts it into one clean, stable place.
It feels like Zoom finally became a full workspace, not just a meeting link.

Zoom used to be simple.
Zoom Workplace adds meetings + chat + docs + whiteboards + email + scheduling… and sometimes it feels like everything is stuffed into one window.
Why it’s annoying:
You open Zoom to join a call and suddenly you’re in a mini‑operating system.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that Zoom Workplace is available as a mobile app, a web interface, and also has an app for Mac. I appreciate being able to log in through these platforms simultaneously and use them at the same time. It's great that people can connect directly with third-party companies through Zoom, which makes it very useful. I also think the setup process is quite easy, especially with how well it integrates with Google. The fast performance and versatility in using Zoom for various activities like call taking, meetings, live interpretation, and education sessions make it a valuable tool for me.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't have a lot of feedback with things that couldn't be improved but maybe, like, a link that will just set you up on a call directly without having to download the app people that are not tech savvy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoom Workplace for calls, meetings, and education sessions. It works well with third-party tools and is versatile across platforms. It's fast, and I'm able to use it for various tasks.

It eliminates the 40 minute time limit on group calls. It's nice that is is now AI integration compatible.

What do you dislike about the product?

No real downsides other than the cost especially if one isn't using it regularly enough to recoup the cost.

Meeting with clients who are not local for in-person meetings. That's really convenient. Sharing slides is also a convenience and assigning a co-host.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoom is user-friendly for web- or app-based video services. It offers many helpful features for meetings, and it has a wonderful non-profit discount package. Adding a BAA to help ensure your services are HIPAA compliant is also quick and simple.

What do you dislike about the product?

I didn’t like being automatically enrolled in the gesture-recognition emojis feature. That said, it can be turned off, which I found helpful.

I like that the app itself helps create better experiences and modern ways to get the job done. It helps me work around things individually by keeping up with calendar year times and dates, both financially and physically. The ease of video calls, counseling sessions, and phone meetings is also a benefit. The initial setup was very easy.
