What do you like best about the product?

Thanks to the pandemic it is now the most widely used conferencing software after the phone. As such, it has a widely adopted user base with a high degree of familiarity.

What do you dislike about the product?

Memory usage and disk footprint are just too high; it feels bloated. Please clean it up and reduce the sandbox size, either by adopting a different sandbox approach or by building one from scratch the way LiMusic did. Right now, a single sandbox just to play YouTube through Chrome/Edge can take 250–400 MB of RAM, while LiMusic sits in a tiny corner at around 30–40 MB. That’s roughly 10%, because it doesn’t drag along all the garbage that comes with a full-stack sandbox. If you need to open a website, make an external call instead of relying on in-band browser objects.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Zoom Workplace seamless and easy to use, with its amazing AI companion being particularly beneficial. I also appreciate its ability for app consolidation, which helps streamline my workflow effectively.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the UI clutter and navigational complexities in Zoom Workplace to be a bit of an issue. As Zoom expands, the desktop interface has become somewhat cluttered. Toggling between team chat, phone, whiteboard, and different meetings can feel a bit disjointed, which can make the experience less smooth than I'd like.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoom Workplace to solve context switching, app fatigue, post-meeting administrative overhead, and hybrid meeting inequities.

What do you like best about the product?

I find Zoom Workplace incredibly easy to use and easy to learn, which makes the initial setup super easy. I really like the screen sharing feature and the ability to divide the audience into 4-5 groups. It's great for video calls and office meetings to connect with a larger audience, and I even use Zoom for giving presentations. If it were my company, I'd switch my team to Zoom Workplace. I’d rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending it to friends or colleagues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Zoom Workplace for video calls and office meetings with larger audiences. It's easy to use and learn, with valuable screen sharing and audience division features.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easily it integrates with Outlook, and the note-taking feature is straightforward and convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?

It sometimes freezes when a large number of users log in on their phones.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Even though I have access to Webex, I really like that meetings are easy to join without needing to log in.

What do you like best about the product?

I mainly use the integrations: I schedule meetings through Setmore, and I also connect it with Fathom for note-taking, along with the notes Zoom captures.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it’s hard for customers to know how to use all the options and settings, so it could be more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Note-taking has been much easier for me. I don’t have to write down literally everything during meetings anymore, because I rely a lot on the meeting summaries Zoom provides.

What do you like best about the product?

The UI is friendly and easy to use. It includes many useful features. I find it commonly used.

What do you dislike about the product?

It runs outside the browser and isn’t integrated with Google Calendar.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to connect and simple to use. The video and audio quality are excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?

A better custom selection of backdrops is needed for the screens.

Zoom has improved the video blurring that used to happen when multiple users were on a call.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the Zoom integration in our office meeting rooms because it allows us to directly connect the meeting rooms to Zoom, which is really convenient. I also appreciate how Zoom Workplace accommodates as many people as I'd like for meetings or webinars. It's great that its AI helps us summarize meetings, which means we can spend more time focusing on the meetings rather than making minutes. The initial setup of Zoom Workplace was quite straightforward and easy, which made everything very simple to implement. Moreover, I use it with tools like Microsoft Office, Outlook, Slack, and Jira, and it integrates really well through Zoom meeting notes. Overall, I feel that Zoom Workplace truly helps a lot in our work processes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can set up meetings for any number of people and the AI summarizes meetings, so I focus more on discussions rather than minute-taking.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to switch between the contact center for calls (both inbound and outbound) and Zoom meetings. I also appreciate being able to customize my account to fit my needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I haven’t found a single feature in my Zoom account that I dislike.

Zoom helps bridge the space between remote workers.

What do you like best about the product?

ITS EASY TO USE and very friendly with users. I like how intuitable the interphase is and how easy is to integrate with other devices and platforms. Good performance overall and good customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes it is not too able to edit certain settings, AI assistant might not be the best if you compare with other AI. Better to have a good team to use better pricing plans
