What do you like best about the product?

I've been using Zoom Workplace for daily meetings and team collaboration, and it's been a really smooth experience. The video and audio quality are reliable, and joining meetings is quick and hassle-free. I also like that it combines chat, meetings, screen sharing, and file sharing in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized. The interface is simple to use, even for new users, and it works well across both desktop and mobile. Overall, it has made communication with my team much more convenient and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I don't like is that it can sometimes use a lot of system resources, especially during long meetings, which can make my laptop slow down. Occasionally, joining meetings takes a little longer than expected after an update, and some advanced features are only available on paid plans. Other than that, my overall experience has been good.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Workplace has made it much easier to communicate and collaborate with my team, especially when everyone is working from different locations. It helps us hold meetings, share screens, discuss ideas, and stay connected without needing to be in the same office. It has improved communication, saved time, and made remote work much more efficient.

It’s mainly for screen sharing, and it works with my Android phone.

The meeting quality tends to be low whenever my internet connection is unstable.

Zoom Workplace can be fairly resource-intensive, which leads to occasional slowdowns on some devices. The frequent UI changes, along with intermittent connectivity issues, can also disrupt the overall user experience. I think a lighter app with more consistent navigation would make it even better and easier to use.

Zoom Workplace solves the challenge of seamless remote communication and collaboration by bringing meetings, messaging, file sharing, and team collaboration together in one platform. It helps me communicate with customers and colleagues more efficiently, saves time by reducing how often I need to switch between multiple apps, and ultimately improves my overall productivity.

I like the design of Zoom, the setup, and the color ensemble of the application. I've had a great time using the app.

I think Zoom could get better by minimizing its appearance so I could multitask while using the application.

I think Zoom is actually bringing people closer and overcoming distance to ensure they stay connected.

Integration with Calendly so it automatically creates and shares Link when meeting is booked.

I've never had any issues with them, so I don't have any recommendation for improvements at this time.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is to navigate and use other applications within the app. It’s also super simple for non-tech-savvy people. Everything is very self-explanatory, and what you need is right where you expect it to be.

What do you dislike about the product?

When I’m not using the premium package, the 40-minute timeframe feels very short. I really wish it would be extended to at least an hour, or even an hour and a half.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it helps a lot during the interview process, especially when you have multiple interviews. It’s easier to connect through video as a first filter, just to get to another person and move things along. It makes everything simpler because you don’t waste people’s time, and you don’t have to go out to the office, travel, and do all of that. Overall, that’s something I find very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?

I'm a secretary asked to make a meeting zoom occasionally, navigating the product has been frustrating from time to time as set up does not seem to be as easy as Teams. When it is smooth, it works fine and fast. I was not familiar with any support features as a colleague walked me thru it first. Not sure of pricing as I work in a hospital and do not purchase. Have not tried any AI features yet.

It takes too long to set up a meeting and sometimes the date and time to put in is cumbersome and getting my people's emails to come over from outlook, I could not figure out so one at a time had to be put in. Teams is so much easier.

I like that the interface of Zoom Workplace is quite easy to understand. I use and value mostly the chat and call features, which help in collaboration and easy communication.

I think some of the scheduling mechanisms in Zoom Workplace don't really work well. I don't have a specific suggestion, but I think it could be better.

Zoom Workplace allows me to host meetings with multiple participants and conduct webinars. The chat and call features facilitate easy communication and collaboration.

You can host a very large number of attendees in a single event.

What do you dislike about the product?

I didn’t notice any AI integration in the app. Maybe I just haven’t had the chance to attend a meeting where the AI features are used.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a meeting organizer, I find it easier to host a meeting than in Teams. At the start, you can set the ground rules clearly (for example: attendees stay on mute, only speakers can unmute, and presenters can share their material, etc.).
