What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace facilitates collaboration and enhances business agility at its best, offering all the features an organization requires. It integrates easily with existing platforms, making implementation straightforward. This enables organizations to provide customer support and hold meetings with end-users both within and outside the company in new and effective ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zoom Workplace app on Android occasionally ends calls or meetings unexpectedly, without any prior warning. When this happens, I have to reopen the app and rejoin the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps save time when scheduling meetings and allows for a more flexible agenda, making it easier to address every requirement that supports business needs. It also streamlines customer support, project implementation, and corporate training, helping to avoid operational delays and unnecessary costs.

I have not found any dislikes yet and hopefully I will not

Just like I said it has been around and I feel like all the bugs are worked out

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Zoom Workplace for participating in team meetings since it helps my team communicate effectively while working remotely from different offices. I like that Zoom Workplace is user-friendly and offers versatility by allowing me to choose between using the camera, speaker, or chat, which is especially handy during live meetings when someone is at my desk or in the office. The ability to decide on the use of camera and audio adds flexibility to my day-to-day work.

Sometimes it is not as user friendly to connect or share certain documents and/or media.

I use Zoom Workplace for team meetings as we work remotely. It helps our team communicate effectively across different offices. Its versatility with camera, chat, and speaker options is useful if someone is at my desk or enters the office during a meeting.

No comments, no complaints. I dont currently use zoom anymore.

I use Zoom Workplace for meetings and personal family gatherings. It saves my time and money, and it makes it easy to connect with people from my comfort. I find it convenient and versatile, and it's user-friendly. The initial setup was really easy and user-friendly, so even someone with basic knowledge can do it. It's good.

I dislike that the feature of screen sharing lags a lot, there should be a stable bridge installed in servers.
