What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about the Zoom Workplace is its ability to provide such seamless meeting support and various features like recording, addons, and others. It helps to schedule a meeting/call quickly, or at a particular time. Its efficient calling feature provides great reliability in terms of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really dislike anything, but I would appreciate either a slight price reduction or the option to add more members in a single meeting when setting up a meeting. Because of this limitation, we sometimes have to switch to other platforms for meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us by providing meeting support through both audio and video calls. In addition, it helps with managing participants for webinar or event calls as well. That’s why I prefer Zoom over others.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Zoom Workplace is how simple and reliable it is for daily meetings. Video and audio quality are mostly stable, and screen sharing works smoothly during discussions. The ai meeting summary is quite helpful after long calls because it saves time in noting key points. Overall it makes remote collaboration more organized and less hectic.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like is that the app can feel a bit heavy sometimes, especially on slower networks. Occasionally there’s slight lag when switching between features during a meeting. Also, the mobile version is not as smooth as desktop for longer sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom Workplace mainly to manage meetings and stay connected when everyone is working from different places. Earlier I felt it was confusing switching between different apps but here most things are in one place. I can share my screen easily and join meetings quickly, and the meeting summary helps me remember important points later. For me it just makes daily communication more simple and organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited meetings, recordings with subtitles and transcripts, and solid security. The quality is consistently good, and it’s easy to manage overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble hiding or moving the controls so I can see the full screen while I’m presenting. I wish it were easier to reposition the control box during a presentation so it doesn’t block what I’m trying to show.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace makes it easier for me to run large meetings, jump on impromptu calls with my team, send SMS messages, and host webinars at scale whenever I need to.
Great Video Calls with Flexible Multi-Presenter Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it’s good to have nice video calls and the option to present with multiple presenters.

Zoom’s GUI isn’t very attractive, especially if I compare it with Teams.

It’s a really good platform for having virtual meetings instead of having to visit places in person for a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Zoom Workplace because it makes meetings easy and reliable. I use it all the time at my company, and it helps me stay organized. I also appreciate a lot the high security that Zoom has in place, it makes all of us work better without the need to worry about that. Another great hin is the helpful interface which makes everything easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have a downside, but if I had to mention one, it would be that when we need to merge an interpreter, sometimes they can’t unmute themselves and we struggle a bit with that. Apart from that, I think everything works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps streamline communication between our departments and our clients. It also allows us to conduct interviews more easily by simply sharing a link, and we can add anyone we might need right in the middle of a meeting.

It’s not really about Zoom itself, but sometimes people don’t have a good internet connection, and that makes the video call quality bad.

Sometime uses a lot of the system resources, and the app can feel a bit heavy or you can say laggy when you’re switching in between features or running long meetings and crashed few times as well

this makes it easier to run meeting without technical issues, so all teams can connect quickly and also stay focused. It bring the video calls, chat, and collaboration tool in one place, which cut down on switching between app. it help communication feel smoother and keeps everyone aligned, when working on remotely.
