What do you like best about the product?
Amazing place to meet your co-workers, friends, managers, family members, and even more.
Zoom basically is easy to use , makes you feel comfortable and safe when you meet with anyone.

Zoom is easy to use and has very good quality for sharing your screen. also lag-free .

Quick and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very efficient and effective in terms of navigate, easy access, and very helpful in everyday assisting customer. It is very usesful for our daily tasks and communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The update is too frequent and sometimes when an update is required the whole app shuts down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being use and integrated with our softphones used to handle calls without hassles and bussles.
Zoom has got it all
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is one place. I can take and make calls, chat my coworkers and take video meetings all within one app. Its my most used tool while working from home.

There isn't much that I dislike about zoom... It does what I need it to do.

Helps me stay connected to my coworkers, even though we work in different states.

It has a user-friendly interface, reliable video and audio quality, collaboration tools like screen sharing and you can integrate with other apps like Google Workspace.

I have been using Zoom for a while but I haven't seen anything to dislike.

It solves remote collaboration problems and it helps us by enabling seamless virtual meetings, ensuring team members can collaborate effectively regardless of their physical location

As a user im really feeling thankful for making such great app which is zoom workplace it has saved a lot of time and realy flexibille and helpful in day to day work life

Business Meeting Software
What do you like best about the product?
I am truly impressed by this application, as we consistently utilize it in our company for meetings and seminars. It eliminates the need to physically travel to the head office for in-person meetings. Through this software, we are able to see and connect with each other using just our phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I encounter an error when I try to access the sounds, resulting in scratchy and loud noises, causing the system to briefly hang. This issue is specific to a particular phone and not accessible on devices from other brands. I faced this problem when I downloaded it on a phone of a different brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using it during the COVID days when travel restrictions prevented us from attending seminars at the head office. It has been very convenient, and we continue to use it to this day.
I have a experience that this is the excellent platform for official meeting.

I have a most of a time experience this is secure plateform for the official meeting place.

Some I have a network issue in connectivity.
