A Powerful AI Tool for Inside Sales Success
ZoomInfo GTM Workspace: Fast, Accurate Data and Strong ROI for Channel Prospecting
- Contact accuracy. Direct dials and verified emails land right the first time, which matters when I map new VARs.
- Intent signals. I see which accounts research storage or backup in real time and route them to partners.
- Similar companies. Lookalike target lists in minutes instead of an afternoon on LinkedIn.
- HubSpot integration. Enriched data flows into CRM without cleanup.
- Copilot. Org charts, funding events, and buying signals show up in one place before partner calls.
- Performance. Searches return fast even on broad queries. No lag when I run multiple tabs.
- Support and onboarding. Onboarding was structured, and my CSM responds quickly when I need help with a workflow or new use case.
- UI. Clean layout. Nothing buried.
- ROI for a channel role. Pipeline I build through partners traces back to ZoomInfo research more often than any other source. The time saved on pre-call prep alone covers the cost several times over.
- Data decay on smaller accounts. Contact info stays sharp at the enterprise level, but mid-market and SMB records go stale faster. I cross-check before outreach.
- Intent signal noise. Useful at the account level, but the topic taxonomy is broad. Storage intent sometimes pulls in adjacent categories I have to filter out.
- Export limits. Pulling large lists into CRM hits caps that slow down bulk partner mapping projects.
- Mobile experience. The desktop workspace is strong, but mobile feels like an afterthought when I need a quick lookup between meetings.
- Learning curve on advanced search. Boolean filters and saved searches take time to master. Worth it once you get there, but not intuitive on day one.
- Pricing tiers. Some features I would use sit behind higher tiers, which forces tradeoffs on what to activate.
- Partner and end-user research in one place. I no longer bounce between LinkedIn, company websites, and internal CRM notes to build a picture of an account. Cuts pre-call prep from an hour to ten minutes.
- Finding the right contact. Verified direct dials and emails mean my outreach lands with decision makers instead of gatekeepers. Response rates climbed once I stopped relying on guessed email patterns.
- Account prioritization. Intent signals show which accounts are actively researching storage, backup, or virtualization. I route those to partners while the interest is warm instead of cold calling blind.
- Lookalike targeting. When a partner closes a strong deal, I build a similar companies list in minutes and hand them a vetted target account list. That turns one win into a repeatable motion.
- CRM hygiene. HubSpot enrichment keeps partner and contact records current without manual cleanup, so reporting actually reflects reality.
Net benefit: more pipeline sourced through partners, less time on research, and faster handoffs from signal to action.
