What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about GTM Workspace is that it brings prospect and company information into one place, making it easier to research accounts, identify the right contacts, and find relevant business insights without switching between multiple tools. It saves time and makes the overall prospecting process more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that some information can be outdated or incomplete, so I sometimes need to verify details through other sources. The interface can also feel a little overwhelming when working with a large amount of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Workspace helps solve the challenge of finding accurate prospect and company information in one place. It makes account research and identifying relevant contacts faster and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools. This saves time, improves efficiency, and helps me make better-informed decisions.

Strong for organized sales execution and campaigns, but the dashboard can get cluttered

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps our daily sales execution organized and proactive, and supports our overall efficiency and accuracy by keeping our follow-ups updated. I also like having communication management built directly into the workflow so reps can execute outreach seamlessly. Campaign management acts as the automation engine for our go to market strategy and lets us manage targeted email campaigns efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant updates on micro-events can clutter the dashboard and obstruct high priority buying signals that actually require immediate intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay organized and proactive day to day, with better efficiency and accuracy from keeping follow-ups updated. It also supports targeted email campaigns, and it reduced manual work somewhat.

Strong prospecting and outreach, but activity and CRM data issues create manual cleanup

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Lead Builder because it helps identify the right prospects with advanced filters, personas, and saved lead lists, turning broad markets into focused target accounts. Search gives broad access to LinkedIn users and lets me find relevant accounts and contacts, including people outside my existing network. Messaging turns research into action with personalized connection requests and InMail, so I can reach out even when prospects aren’t direct connections. Overall, the data has been very dependable, intent and website-visitor signals frequently produce useful opportunities, and the workflows and AI significantly reduce manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Activity tracking is frustrating because key call, email, and cadence-completion data can be missing or split across systems, making it hard to consistently measure sales productivity, attribution, or overall SDR impact. Contact and account details can conflict between curated datasets and Salesforce, and weak account hierarchies make it difficult to view all relationships and activity tied back to a single enterprise. Data cleansing turns into an ongoing manual effort because records may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or inconsistently structured, and those issues ripple into reporting, automation, and targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me turn broad markets into focused target accounts and reach prospects even when they aren’t direct connections. The intent and website-visitor signals frequently produce useful opportunities, and the workflows and AI significantly reduce manual work. The AI also helped by pulling scattered points about activity tracking, contact databases, and data cleansing into a single clear takeaway: teams spend too much time reconciling missing, conflicting, or outdated data rather than acting on it.

Dependable data and useful intent signals, but weak CRM/automation integration

What do you like best about the product?
The company and contact data is mostly dependable, and the search and account-level insights work well for me. The intent and website-visitor signals frequently produce useful opportunities. Overall the product is fairly easy to use, and support has been solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to CRM/marketing automation is a major weak spot for me. Data cleaning/enrichment and real-time reporting also don’t meet my needs. The AI feels only mid-tier: accuracy is average, consistency is lower, and it doesn’t always explain results clearly or make it obvious when it’s AI vs. rules-based logic, so my overall trust is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I frequently get useful opportunities from the intent and website-visitor signals, and the workflows/AI somewhat reduce manual work.

Mixed experience: decent usability, but contact data and list pulls feel unreliable

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, setup, and support have been solid for me. Contact data availability and accuracy are generally okay when I’m pulling contact info off ZI’s sidebar (like alongside SalesNav).
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t recall even a dashboard for visual analytics or what information that would even present, besides number of credits used. The contact database is my biggest concern because it doesn’t seem to accurately exclude CRM integrated fields and there are a ton of missing contacts when pulling lists directly in ZoomInfo vs using SalesNav and pulling contact info off ZI’s sidebar. It tends to regurgitate the same leads/same companies when trying to pull lists directly in ZI. Engagement tracking isn’t as useful because it tends to track our existing deals. Also, ZI does not integrate with SalesLoft which is frustrating as that’s another step I need to take when uploading into SalesForce, and activities tracked in SalesForce don’t seem to show up in ZI when excluding existing contacts/companies. Phone numbers are wildly inaccurate (around 50%), and overall I’m sitting at about 75% accuracy even though I try to keep it at 85%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify company and contact information, but it’s been mixed in terms of dependability. I’m able to use it to pull contact info, though accuracy is closer to ~75% overall and phone numbers are much less dependable.
