Easy Contact Access and Tailored Investment News in One Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily see contact information, and I also appreciate the investment news I set up through a filter. Overall, it’s a tool I’m always in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a lack of information about a contact. The filter UI can be difficult to use at times. Those are really the only two specific issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it very easy for me to access prospects when I need to get in contact with them. Specifically it has helped me close deals by seeing what my prospects are currently using and I can figure out how to position my product to that.

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for ZoomInfo is finding information about targeted companies, client information, and their revenue based on industry while working in a service consulting company. This allows us to identify people working in specific industries so that we can contact them and reach them with our services to generate profit.

A specific example of using ZoomInfo for this purpose occurred when I logged in to the database, clicked on the filters, and found data for a specific industry such as healthcare. I focused on proper location and company revenue, reaching out to the main CEO and founder of the company. This allowed me to obtain entire information including contact information, email addresses, and phone numbers so we could directly mail them or reach out to them.

I also made entire lists of segments by targeting specific industries such as healthcare or IT, categorizing client data by sorting all emails and phone numbers, running AI calls on the contact numbers, and executing mail campaigns on the email addresses. This facilitated our communication and replies through the information retrieved from ZoomInfo.

What is most valuable?

The best features ZoomInfo offers include the accuracy of the email addresses and phone numbers in the catalog, where there were hardly any contacts that were not related to the person, as most contacts were useful.

Most of the time the accuracy is definitely there, although there are instances where it was a company number rather than the actual person, and some information was outdated, such as when the person's name or information reflects someone who has already retired from the company, yet the system still listed that information. However, overall, the contacts we received were accurate and helpful for my team to acquire clients.

ZoomInfo has positively impacted my organization because of the contacts and information it presents. If it had outdated information like other apps, it would not be beneficial, but the information provided on ZoomInfo exceeded my expectations, leading to profit generation for us.

Before using ZoomInfo, my experiences with other apps left me with no clients, outdated information, and zero responsiveness. After switching to ZoomInfo, I closed three deals on the first day and suggested my company encourage all interns and my team to use ZoomInfo for lead generation, which saved us time and improved our client acquisition significantly.

What needs improvement?

I am not entirely sure if ZoomInfo includes mail campaign sharing capability, but if it does not, I think having AI call agents to create segments of contact numbers could be helpful. This would allow people to run a script and contact numbers swiftly, targeting up to fifty to one hundred calls in a short time.

Regarding improvements for ZoomInfo, I am not completely knowledgeable about specific enhancements needed, yet I commend the team for their exceptional work in creating a platform valuable to service consulting companies like mine.

Continuously updating any outdated information and integrating AI agents for mail campaigns would enhance the user experience.

For how long have I used the solution?

I started working in my current field in 2024, so I have been working here for about two plus years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

ZoomInfo is stable and remains unmatched.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of ZoomInfo is rated ten out of ten, particularly in features and working experience.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support at ZoomInfo is rated ten out of ten, as they are not rude and are very helpful, responding patiently within hours.

Although I have not personally contacted customer support, my friend has rated it ten out of ten based on their interactions.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

Previously, I utilized Google Maps Extractor to gather information, followed by purchasing old data from Instagram, and later using snov.io, which did not provide adequate results. I switched to ZoomInfo due to its comprehensive data organization and ease of access.

How was the initial setup?

I cannot speak directly on pricing and setup since I did not purchase it, but I know my friend's experience with pricing, setup costs, and licensing was great, as they faced no issues, and the customer support at ZoomInfo has been responsive.

What about the implementation team?

While I did not personally purchase ZoomInfo, I believe my organization did because I accessed the service using an ID password from a friend.

What was our ROI?

I have seen positive returns on investment, although I cannot quantify the exact metrics, but there has certainly been good ROI overall.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

Before choosing ZoomInfo, the other options I evaluated included Google Maps Extractor and snov.io.

What other advice do I have?

My advice for others considering ZoomInfo is to choose it if they are a service consulting company seeking clients and profitability while wanting to avoid wasting time, as ZoomInfo is the best and right choice for achieving these goals.

ZoomInfo is a great website and app for finding clients, and it has been the best tool I have ever used in my professional journey. I give this review a rating of ten out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
How quickly it helps you find accurate, targeted contacts and decision-makers without wasting time on manual prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most is that the data isn’t always perfect—there can be outdated contacts or inaccuracies that require extra verification. It can also feel a bit overwhelming at first because of how many features and filters there are, and the pricing can be high for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves the problem of inefficient prospecting by giving fast access to accurate contact and company data, plus intent signals that help identify who to reach out to and when.

Disappointing Data Quality, Poor Lead Information

What do you like best about the product?
I found that the sample data provided during the sales process was of decent quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the data for leads outside of the sample list that I was provided was totally abysmal. It was extremely limited and terrible quality. ZoomInfo was the most disappointing product compared to other lead enrichment tools we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hoped ZoomInfo Sales would help identify potential leads and contact info within our ICP, but the data quality was extremely limited and poor.

What do you like best about the product?
I think ZoomInfo Sales is easy to use. It quickly addresses needs, and it's very up to date. I also value the organizational hierarchy and the intent piece within the tool, along with insights on leadership changes. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think just being able to do the org hierarchy and keep it up to date. It is a lot of manual. So if they could actually update it as people leave, that would be much better.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to find contacts for business development, especially c-suite names with the right contact info. It provides market insights, tracks leadership changes, and indicates company interests, making it easy to use and up to date.
