What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and implement for finding relevant prospect information, enabling you to craft tailored outreach, book meetings, and close deals effectively. The seamless integration with CRMs makes prospecting not only easier but also less time-consuming. Additionally, their reliable contact information gives you confidence in reaching the right people, saving time and enhancing productivity. I've never had a need to reach out to customer support because the UI is very user friendly. I use this daily and highly recommended for sales professionals looking to streamline their process and boost results!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo will have duplicate company accounts or does not automatically update people who leave the company. It's a small dislike that does not out weigh the pros of having this software for GTM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of not having good contact information, this is very beneficial for B2B sales.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to the Data providers, ZoomInfo wins the race, At Iksula, we are working with the third party mail marketing agency and alot of data flows here and there but with ZoomInfo we have all integrated with ZohoCRM and get clear view of all the data. we take help from ZoomInfo to cleanse and enchance the existing set of data before any of the marketing campaign

ZoomInfo is flawless, considering the volumner of data it handles on daily basis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo we get Data in the realtime and with company data, it becomes valuable to hunt in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
My Sales rep Joe Contento was instrunmental in getting us ZI right when we needed it most. The tool it's self has yeilded multiple high value contacts and insights for our business. My sales team loves the AI features and functionality. We would love to see further integration into the PipeDrive CRM but overall we are very happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need better cross platform functionality with PipeDrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding motivated leads when we need them.

Lead management and nurturing at its best, looks quite easy to use and highly integrated with a loads of features.

Dislikes are a myth for zoominfo, it got no flaws.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform provides information that we didn't have easy access to before. The helpdesk has been supportive. Customer account team has been very helpful with trying to figure out our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the filters can be hard to use due to the type of industry we are in. We are a unique industry so figuring out how to manipulate the filters hasn’t been easy. Sometimes the data is wrong or outdated but can’t be corrected with a suggestion update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to information for contacts and phone numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
Its been around few years of using the B2B data enrichment process Software wherein i can manage my sales team and providing good inputs of mine to improvise the skills of my sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
everything is good but, sometimes the data which is being received by me was not appropriate and not even as fresh as i want. They may be consumed by someone before sharing with me. Data Enrichment is cruicial thing which you needs to maintain guys.

All in all, rest of the things are perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily assign or track the data assigne to the down the line users and ask them improvise their skills and dedication towards work.
