Comprehensive, Accurate Data with an Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It's the most comprehensive database for finding accounts and contacts for our outbound efforts. I can trust that the data I'm pulling will be robust and accurate, and the interface is incredibly easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all database tools, you have to understand that the contact data won't be 100% accurate. That's not really a ZoomInfo problem, but a tools problem in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not only can we get a look at our entire ICP with their list builder, we can also see who is outside of our vision with tools like Intent and Websights. ZoomInfo gives us the full picture of who we should be targeting from an outbound perspective to help us drive pipeline.
Detailed Insights and Outstanding Support for Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can such detailed information about companies and contacts. My team uses it almost daily to help with sales and business development. The ZoomInfo staff is so easy to work with and the platform is constantly being updated with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to click on a tag on a company profile to then see the full tag list. It would also be nice to see websight location on the company profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has given us a tool to broaden our sales and marketing tactics for business development, expanding our existing customer base, and finding new leads. The platform gives us data like websights, intent, scoops, locations in one easy spot.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the seamless integration of ZoomInfo Sales with Salesforce. This integration is absolutely top-notch and has been a key reason for switching to ZoomInfo Sales. The synchronization between the two platforms makes it much easier to manage sales operations effectively, reducing the manual effort needed. This feature stands out as incredibly valuable, enhancing our workflow and increasing overall efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data isn't always accurate, which affects its reliability for making informed decisions. Additionally, the lack of integration between ZoomInfo Sales and LinkedIn Sales Navigator requires constant switching between the two platforms, making the workflow cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to manage my sales team and customers, finding direct contact information and validating email addresses efficiently.

I appreciate how intuitive the platform is, making it easy for a wide range of users—including AEs, RevOps, and Marketing—to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, certain add-on features ought to be included within the package we purchase, rather than being offered separately.

We needed our account executives to have access to better target accounts and a platform for sourcing them. This solution made it much easier for us to establish a new, self-serve prospecting process, which really helped us streamline our workflow.

I find ZoomInfo Sales to be an amazing tool for customer research and sales growth, which significantly aids in understanding organizations and preparing to position our services to them effectively. The technologies tab is incredibly valuable for ensuring that I am targeting the right customers aligned with the services and products we offer, providing a crucial insight into a potential customer's IT landscape. Additionally, the scoops feature is highly beneficial for keeping me on top of target accounts, helping stay updated with vital information. The integration with HubSpot enhances its utility by streamlining workflows, and I was impressed by how super easy the initial setup was, bolstered by a wonderful onboarding team. My positive experiences make me highly likely to recommend ZoomInfo Sales to others, evident by my willingness to give it a score of 10 in recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the intent feature a bit confusing. It may be due to training issues, but I'm unsure if we have it set up correctly. Trying to resolve this myself has been confusing.

Additionally, I greatly appreciate the plethora of filtering options available, which allow for precise data sorting and customization to meet our specific needs. The ability to map and filter on multiple custom fields would be a welcome improvement, though it's clear that the existing features already offer substantial utility for our team’s needs.

I don't like that ZoomInfo Sales restricts the ability to map and filter on more than one custom field in Salesforce. This limitation impacts my workflow and the effectiveness of my data management and integration with Salesforce.

The interface can occasionally feel cluttered due to the abundance of tools available in one place, and new users might find the learning curve a bit steep. Nevertheless, despite these drawbacks, the core data quality continues to make it a valuable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo Sales is how easy it makes it to find the right companies and contacts. The filters are solid, the data is organized well, and it helps speed up the early part of prospecting. It’s nice being able to quickly pull lists, check org charts, and get a general idea of who you should be talking to without jumping between a bunch of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a bit overwhelming at times. There are tons of features, tabs, and options, and it takes a while to figure out what you actually need versus what just gets in the way. It’s also pretty heavy on the upsells, and some of the best features are locked behind extra add-ons, which can get annoying. Overall it works, but it definitely isn’t the most streamlined or simple tool to use day-to-day.

ZoomInfo Sales helps cut down the time it takes to figure out who I should be reaching out to. Instead of digging around online or guessing who the right contact is, I can quickly pull a list, see company info, and get a general picture of the org.
