The ROI On Zoom is insane!

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use that a novice user can easily use zoom. They just have to click a single link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they've fixed everything. It's a great product! I do wish they had an easy way to have subtitles show while people are speaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fully remote company, we have employees all over the place. Zoom allows us to conduct meetings with our team members. It also allows my salespeople to get more sales meetings in a day vs meeting in person.

What do you like best about the product?
On the go access, expands audience, increase attendance numbers, flexible scheduling, reduces venue costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to tell the level of attention, motivate interaction. Frequent glitches or pauses to resolve technical issues ('where's the share button?'). Seems not all participants have access to all elements, so they're not used at all. Eg, 'raise hand' is apparently not accessible on all platforms, so it isn't used for voting. Instead Chat is used, which makes it cluttered.
Using on a mobile device is clunky; accessing chat completely obscures the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stable network, more secure, seemless login, recording and sharing events.

Zoom -the best meeting partner

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use ,having default configurations already set which requires zero intervention in settings by user.The quick creation of zoom link makes it faster to share with colleagues .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even after being logged in,it does log out and does not give option to record the meeting which makes it little annoying sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving our communication gap problem from the last two years working from home.All our standup meetings with team and meeting with customer are being held in Zoom.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started to use Zoom at the first UK lockdown to run Trustee Board meetings. It worked so well that we spread the use to various groups in the Charity - fundraising, communications and forward planning. It has meant that we have saved money and time both for the charity and for the individual trustees.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use user interface and secure meeting links. Widely used and known. Very useful during the pandemic. The innovative features such as disappearing pen and video face improvement feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor video resolution, occasionally video and audio lag, lack of annotation features; mobile app user interface could have more features like desktop app.
Better meeting recording features - e.g. each speaker's videos and audios separately, high quality.

Price on the higher end, especially for single pro users. Need more online storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with people over distance, easier. Very convenient. Great educational tool or everyday communication tool with family, friends, students, peers and associates.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate. Well known to users. No tutorial needed to use with first timers
Ability to refer to unshared Documents on the laptop while in meeting
Quick responses to customer care email
Meetings with people from different time zones
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated customer care chat is sometimes difficult to get answers from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer have phisical offices. All meetings are on zoom.
Webinars for marketing are held on zoom
Training programs are conducted on zoom too.
Participants from different time zones are able to meet and discuss seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
I actually like the camera filter the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the quality could be better, but I would expect to have to pay more for better quality. I'd also like the opportunity to set up an email automation for registrants to receive once they sign up for something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to have our customers in a room so that we can teach them has been invaluable.

Zoom works for me

What do you like best about the product?
When Covid-19 struck we wanted to continue worshipping together without being in the same room. Zoom seemed like the best choice. Folks at home could not only watch worship but share prayer concerns. I could talk to the children during children's time and they could respond. We thought we were only providing an option for Covid but the Zoom audience has been growing even after we return to in-person worship. Shut-ins, snowbirds, vacationers and folks that have moved away all attend on Zoom. The weather is bad, people log on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was one Sunday morning when the Zoom dropped offline. No church that week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had people in quarantine able to attend meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate their easy-to-schedule platform through their website. It is easy to use and the template option makes the process of setting up common meetings simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration between Zoom and Google doesn't feel helpful. I have tried using the plug-in with my Google calendar, but it ends up assigning numbers that don't seem to work + then they don't show up on my Zoom list on the normal Zoom website. I have been burned a few times with using the Google calendar plug-in, so I don't trust it anymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make it super easy to add features for month or two, and then drop them again. As a small business, sometimes I will need an additional feature for an extra meeting or two in a month, so I can add it on - but then they make it extremely easy to drop that add-in feature so I am not making a long-term commitment for services. This gives me peace of mind that I can try out new things.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature to allow you to feel more confident about having your face in a camera and the sharing screen capability
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone uses so sometimes have to use teams. The blur background doesn't always work. The updates only seem to happen when you have to get a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in touch - so much more advantageous seeing people and their reactions rather then guess on phone calls
