Ok, it's not better then skype
What do you like best about the product?
I fill this out before. This is a waste of my time because your software doesn't work correctly. And I mean G2. I am not speaking about zoom. Zoom is a simple software that has a ugly surface and I am just using it because everyone is using it. I can't for the day when it is going to be replaced by software that has a much better interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
that I can arrange the window in more sizes. That I can't change the size of the video format after recording. the quality is often miserable. I have often disruptions with clients even though the internet is working just fine. And when I switch over to whatsappvideo call it works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
non really. google connect, skype, facetime are solving the same problems
Zoom has connected me to the world
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom connects me to the world. I'm an IP attorney whose practice is global; connecting to the world with decent video and audio is crucial for my business, and Zoom makes that happen
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and again, Technology fails. Someone's audio dies. Someone's video dies. Sometimes someone has to log off and log back on. Sometimes a computer restart is needed to make Zoom work. These things don't happen often, and the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom puts me face to face with people around the globe in a way that is not possible by telephone. Once the Zoom subscription is paid for, the possibilities for connecting with clients, potential clients, friends and family are boundless.

What do you like best about the product?
The app and online platform make setting up and running meetings so easy! Sharing your screen or passing it off to another presenter really make things simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not available 10 -15 years ago. Honestly I cannot think of anything negative other than some folks cannot follow directions to get on, but that is the same for any meeting app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meeting with clients out of town. It expands the markets I can reach.
Zoom works well for psychotherapy.
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and works well for teletherapy. Also it is not crazy expensive. I use Zoom almost every day and love how useful it is for my clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get glitchy now and then.if my WiFi cuts out I'm in trouble. Then I have to switch to telephone sessions. Or FaceTime.

Virtual meetings are a snap.
Long Time User of Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has allowed me to work from home. I conduct all of my meetings and interviews from my home office with ease. I also use Zoom for FB lives, which has been great considering my partner and I live in 2 different states.
What do you dislike about the product?
When recording, when two people are speaking only one voice is picked up. The other voice is muted realizing this makes the discussion feel stilted at times and not flow normally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unable to leave my house to work. I have been disabled and working from home since before the pandemic. My work includes conducting interviews and hearings. This technology plus the pandemic has made what I do easier for people to accept as a remote contractor thus making me more marketable to companies who would not have considered contracting my services in the past.
It is always very dependable and accessible for me

mobile app toggle function is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the sync between phone and video to work more consistently ... maybe it's connectivity but frustrating. I would also like to be able to toggle the drawing tools and arrow some how

the challenge of being able to build a business across the globe. Your solution has single-handedly help me do that with ease.
Zoom is right around the corner from a huge competitive advantage.
What do you like best about the product?
The zoom platform is easy to use, easy to access, and you even have the option to record your zoom meetings and export them as audio or video. With this ability, you can save records of your calls and send them to people that were absent. Fantastic feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I will teach VOCAL LESSONS and INSTRUMENT LESSONS on Zoom regardless of the option for original audio settings. there are SPECIFIC frequencies that ZOOM filters out causing it to be very difficult to hear with ANY accuracy the student's performance. ZOOM NEEDS to add one more feature intended for hearing music 20hz up to 20000 hz and the ability to TURN OFF the natural compression that takes place above a certain threshold. This would put ZOOM at such an extreme competitive advantage sing NO OTHER highly used and well-known platform has cared to address or solve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beginning with the pandemic, providing music education became very difficult to do safely and responsibly. Zoom just happened to be one of the apps that a friend encouraged me to use for totally different purposes. However, due to its ease of adoption and versatility, I was able to continue teaching most of my students through Zoom. To this day, Zoom is a perfect option for the busy adult who would have to fight through traffic to get to my studio. Instead, they are able to receive their instruction from the comfort of their home. Zoom even allows for multiple people to sit in one class at a time without figuring out how to rent space to hold new students.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. I find the visual features most helpful. I appreciate the ease of use of the system. It is straight forward and there is always support. Other systems are too cumbersome to use more readily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Zoom.everything seems to work appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the world's connectivity issues at a global scale. The impact zoom has on global communications is uncanny.
I wish more meetings could be zoom meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to stay home and still meet 'face to face' with people, being able to customize the background to maintain some privacy in your home, being able to attend a meeting from my phone when I am on the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better integrated with my apps so that when you click the link it reliably works as a zoom but sometimes you have to really jump through some hoops to schedule or to attend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to meet up with other people when we can't physically be in the same space. Because I work all over the state and I can't be in two places at once, except when I can because zoom allows me to be physically in another location and also attend a meeting elsewhere. It really makes a big difference for my work.
Zoom has allowed me to create interactive lessons for my students.
What do you like best about the product?
I like giving my students control of my screen. This allows them to be more interactive with the variety of subjects that I teach. I even use Zoom for interactive online Orton Gillingham lessons. The software works great for this purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major downsides to Zoom is that students have some difficulty navigating the annotation controls. It would be helpful for teachers if Zoom could make them more user-friendly for small children.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me reach students that are far away and I provide them with the benefit of my teaching skills no matter where a student may be located. I can give them the same services that I offer as I would be able to give them if I were in person.
